Everything. Quick,the workers were fantastic.they worked steady and kept everything neat . They cleaned our driveway so well. I highly recommend long homes and they grew.

Roof is fine but final cost seemed a bit much. But since I never saw a materials and labor cost breakdown I can't know for sure.

Professional, easy to work with, efficient, worked very hard to find a financing option that worked for me. Happy with the roof so far, looks great.

Not sure if we overpaid for a new roof. Was our first quote and we felt a little pressured to accept.

The cost kept going up after I was told that their program was fairly accurate. I was also told that they are known for how well they clean up and when they were finished, there were roofing nails sticking out of the grass everywhere and insulation all over my yard along with some packaging materials I also wanted a gray PVC roof and they installed a white one.

I have reservations because the promotional period offered to me is different from the promotional. That was running in May 2025, which is 18 months no payment no interest.

Everybody that we meet at Long Homes, worked very hard to earn our satisfaction. Particularly the project manager, Billy, and the crew that put on the roof and 5 skylights. They were amazing. They talked very little because they didn't have to talk a lot, they knew what another was doing. Everything they did’m they did well. Billy, I thought, loved his job, his profession, he loved and knew a tremendous amount about home building and home building material, beyond just roofing. All of them worked extremely hard to earn our satisfaction that included an absolute and amazing clean up.

Long Home is much more expensive than other companies.

We’re very happy with our experience with Long Home. Jordan was very professional, explained everything in great detail and was able to give us everything we needed at a fair price. The communication getting everything set up was excellent. The roofers arrived on the day and the time they were scheduled. They were very professional, kept us in the loop of what was going on. they cleaned everything up, including all the nails, which I definitely appreciated as I have a dog. Everything went smoothly from start to finishI would definitely recommend Long home and will keep them in mind for future projects.

I am not ready to recommend them yet.

The communications between the office and me were poor. I received a message yesterday stating the materials were still on oder although the project was finished weeks ago. The workmanship appears good, but not impressed with the communications. There numerous other communication issues along the was as well.
