The workers did a great job, very professional kept me informed through out the entire process

They were on time, took the time to do and good installation, and left the place in clean shape.

Long Home truly exceed my expectations. The crew was very professional and got the tub to walk in shower completed in about 6 hours. The finished project is just beautiful. They took time to explain the shower head features. I had no clean up to do after they left, everything was spotless. Thank you for a job well done.

It took forever and I had to hire a plumber to come and replace dryer vent with rigid after your plumber cut it. No one at Long Home was capable of doing it. Matt assured me he would split the cost with me. He has yet to return my calls.

Your installer was rude and combative. Tracked dirt back and forth, never covered his boots.

The showerhead is not exactly what we expected. There is no way to adjust the spray. We probably should have asked more questions during the consultation.

Contractor were very respectful and when financing they were very helpful and when Wolfgang when he came to initiate the project was the best he knew what we wanted and explained everything

Responses from Jacob the project manager on my concerns . But you really should disclose the permit and inspection process that delays the install. And not tell customers it’s only 2-3 days. That was the most frustrating part of this.

I really enjoyed the initial contact I had with Nelson Rivera, He was very personable, knowledgeable and had a very low pressure sales approach. Everyone I spoke with after Nelson was very helpful.

Materials came in within time promised, and install was scheduled less than a week later. Installers did an excellent job and cleaned up well.

Was told 1 day installation and it took 3. Day 3 until 8:30 Sunday night. Also, never got the new sub-floor I asked for. They simply threw a piece of cheap luan over it. It was obvious they were getting frustrated and just wanted to leave.

We were very happy with the completed shower installation and would recommend to anyone who asks.

Some issues with timing caused the staff to be in my home from 9am to 10pm. The tub does not drain completely and I do not believe permits were pulled for the work. I would caution others before recommending this company.

Showed up on time. Finished when they said. Job done when they said. Only things we had to do was watch and learn, just as they said.

When you only have 1 bathroom, you cannot have it unavailable for a week or more for smaller contractors, it cost more for 1 day service but it’s worth it

The whole process was pretty easy, from ordering to installation. The young woman who came to take measurements and give us an estimate was very professional and not at all pushy. The young men who did the work did a beautiful job. They were much quieter than I imagined they would be, and very skilled.

Sales pitch is to hard. Just need a price for your work.

Yes I would recommend with the warning to shop around before deciding and use caution not to fall for the sales tact’s used.
