The whole process was pretty easy, from ordering to installation. The young woman who came to take measurements and give us an estimate was very professional and not at all pushy. The young men who did the work did a beautiful job. They were much quieter than I imagined they would be, and very skilled.

Sales pitch is to hard. Just need a price for your work.

Yes I would recommend with the warning to shop around before deciding and use caution not to fall for the sales tact’s used.

As we overall like the result, the steps to get there were painful we would warn anyone that the installation process may not go as planned, especially when the person that took everything apart was not there for the reinstallation. And when he did show back up, some items were removed and reinstalled to correct installation issues.

The cost was higher than I originally budgeted for, but the sales pitch was great and the quality of materials was very good.

Shower head was installed with debris in it & still is not working 100%

The product salesman Ricky Frank took time to explain everything clearly and was very patient with me answering questions. Also, Grimaldo the construction worker was very contentious and cared about his work. He informed me about steps needed to do job and really listened to my answers when he had questions for me about setting up shower pieces. He is a very hard worker and i could tell the pride he takes in his work.

Well I didn't think the quality of work done was worth the amount I paid the drywall they put up was thinner than what I had up so there was a noticeable difference. The door on the right side of the sink base was not the same height as the matching door when they were done my toilet didn't fill right, they tried to say it was fine so I ended up just asking them to leave and fixed it myself.

The end result is beautiful

They left the pipes under the house exposed. The installers opened the area by removing the vaper barrier and insulation and did not put it back. It cost me $500 to have it repaired. If left open, the pipes would freeze and the damage would have been very significant.

My wife and I feel $13K was expensive for a ready-to fit shower unit.

Your professional so-called professional work people like your project manager never even bother calling me back and then the guy who did the job could barely speak English and he didn't know how to repair my ceiling with popcorn texture

Yes I was pleased with the results of the results of the remodel, however the closet wasn't completed (which I was made aware of prior to the beginning of the project), so I am still looking for a carpenter to finish the project! Would have preferred working with a company that did a COMPLETE remodel!

Workers were polite and on task finished in one day shower is amazing and my wife loves it. Helps her mobility issues easy in and out no tub to climb over and i enjoy it to.

Took way too long to fix a couple simple issues. Installed the wrong color walls and just blew it off.

Everything about the process .on time, beautiful! Milton and Jose were very nice . Clean up, there was none. I will give their whole over all project 100% . Never would I use or recommend ANYONE else. The product is outstanding. WOW

Gabs in caulking around the window, areas open for water to get behind the walls. They used clear caulking rather than white leaving a view between the walls.

Very friendly, thorough and great work
