Everyone we in contact with from Long Home was professional, polite and respectiful. I have a family member from Maryland who before our installation cautioned me about communication. I never found this or anything else to be a problem. Very happy with our decision.

Liam, Jacob and customer services were easy to reach

They came when they were supposed too to give a quote and did not reschedule. Brent was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything. The two gentlemen Phillip and Masis new everything the performance their job. They covered the floors, cleaned up after themselves and removed all that was needed to be removed. They were polite and answer all my questions. The first day to change the tub and walls took 8 hours. The second day also took 8 hours to remove and replace the walk in shower. They both had walls to the ceiling. And the walk-in shower had a panel on the ceiling. The acrylic walls were etched to look like subway tiles. I paid more than I expected but the results were fantastic. Everyone who sees them compliments them.

There was damage to my apartment due to a pipe leaking during installation. The ceilings in the apartments below sustained water damage. Repairs to the water pipe stopped the leak, but the damage to ceilings were partially repaired and the company has not responded when asked to complete the repairs.
There was also a chipped brand new ceramic floor during installation.

My wife and I had the most disappointing experience with Long Home. All we were having done was a tub replacement and getting our old cracked tiles replaced with acrylic walls in the shower. During the demo day, our transition tile to the tub was smashed, and our project manager, Fernando, agreed to give us new white tile. We then received black tile, and it felt as though we had zero input on our OWN BATHROOM. The install guy then laid that black tile on top of the old smashed tile, which created a lip. An insane tripping or slip hazard getting in and out of the bathroom. I asked Fernando, "This isn't going to stay like this," via text, and he replied saying "No, I don't think so; let me check," but he clearly had zero form of communication because it stayed just like that. During the install day, our bathroom sink counter was chipped. Not to mention the scratches and scuff marks on our walls and ceiling from how unprofessional the work was. Our project manager, Fernando, had the worst communication skills I’ve ever received from someone who is supposed to be managing the project. I constantly had to reach out to him or a guy named Chris, who had nothing to do with the timing of the project, in order to get an answer from Fernando. When I sent him a picture of the chip in our counter, he replied with “oh it looks like it's just caulking” when I’m very clearly looking at it. The communication became so bad that Chris escalated the project all the way up to the Regional Production Director, Brandon, who was very helpful and communicative. A project that was supposed to be a new tub and walls that we were told would take a week turned into a new tub, walls, tile, counter and 3 WEEKS. I hope you have a better experience than my wife and I did but I recommend STAYING AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT GOOD COMMUNICATION AND A SMOOTH AND QUICK PROCESS.

Salesperson told us we could have pivot door open towards the middle so hinge would be on edge. Can’t happen. Also no way to regulate flow of wayer

I think we paid more than we needed to. I would warn a friend to check their options with a carpenter prior to along home consultation to be sure they are getting an honest price.

The initial interaction with the salesman was good. He explained the work well and helped us understand the costs and what our options were. The installation itself was done professionally and efficiently and the installers were fantastic. The only thing we would have preferred different would have been more communication between when we agreed to the project and when it was installed.

Great installers. Excellent customer service from GM, Nate. My only concern is water on my floor after a shower. I am going to test the doors by closing them in reverse order to see if it continues. If it does, I'll be in touch.

Long Home truly exceed my expectations. The crew was very professional and got the tub to walk in shower completed in about 6 hours. The finished project is just beautiful. They took time to explain the shower head features. I had no clean up to do after they left, everything was spotless. Thank you for a job well done.

It took forever and I had to hire a plumber to come and replace dryer vent with rigid after your plumber cut it. No one at Long Home was capable of doing it. Matt assured me he would split the cost with me. He has yet to return my calls.

Your installer was rude and combative. Tracked dirt back and forth, never covered his boots.

The showerhead is not exactly what we expected. There is no way to adjust the spray. We probably should have asked more questions during the consultation.

Contractor were very respectful and when financing they were very helpful and when Wolfgang when he came to initiate the project was the best he knew what we wanted and explained everything

Responses from Jacob the project manager on my concerns . But you really should disclose the permit and inspection process that delays the install. And not tell customers it’s only 2-3 days. That was the most frustrating part of this.
