New West did a masterful job of managing the build. They were on time and on budget. This was pretty remarkable for the high quality build that we were working on. They have excellent relationships with subs and with the engineers and architects.

Schedule - The only delay we had was about 4 weeks and was due to an error by the architect. NWBC relationships with both the city and the county result in a very smooth process.
