The Milne family was professional and friendly. They came on time and cleaned up when needed. Before our roof was replaced, Devin came to nail some siding down because a storm was coming and he cared enough to come and helped us. We love these guys and I recommend them every time I can!!

The whole crew was professional, efficient, and careful with our landscaping. Great communications, and hand delivered samples made the experience easy from start to finish. Highly recommend this company.

NEIL MILNE ROOFING was excellent!!! The price, quality of workmanship, work ethic, and and ability to work with were all excellent. They did the work quickly and efficiently. Picking up nails and pieces of the old roof and hauling them all away. They used a tarp all around and magnetic devices afterwards to pickup any left over nails. These guys are fantastic!!! Many of my neighbors have used them and feel the same way.

I was surprised their bid was within two hundred dollars of a competing bid. I liked that I had an option to keep or reject a TPO portion of the bid as well as the option to include rain gutter. I liked that they pushed their workday to protect out roof from being exposed during rain. I loved that they came when they said they would for the tear off and were back the next day to finish up. I never had to go find them to find out when they were coming back.

These guys were so great! Communication was good, showed up when they said they would & got right to work. I liked that the owners were there during all of the installation. They cleaned up so my home looked better than it did before they got there.

Detailed estimate given in a timely fashion, answered all my questions in a professional manner, and no pushy salesperson.

The roof looks great with the Owen's Corning shingles. Devin spent at least 30 minutes on my roof figuring out the roof's problems during the estimate. Other contractors spent 5 minutes or less and missed issues that Devin found.
