Very friendly
I am satisfied with the work done, however i can only review the quality of the work done at this time and can in good conscience only give four stars overall pending the long term performance of the roof.
Hire cheap Mexican laborers and I have nails all over my ground nobody cleaned them up.
Dumpster trailer was left in middle of driveway for 4 days blocking our access after unsuccessful calls to remove it feel like not enough manpower to do job adequately
They kept me informed and explained everything they did if I did not understand it.
The customer service has been not been helpful in getting my roof finished after installment and or explaining to me what happened on the roof.
I am hesitant to comment due to retribution from company
Nobody spoke English and I wanted to tell them that when they came onto my porch they should not let the dog out and they let the dog out.
The customer service was terrible. It took over a month, until a second severe storm, a month after the one that caused my roof damage, before your folks got out here and did the work. Then, almost immediately, you were sending me emails, phone calls, and text messages too, I think, daily, sometimes more than once a day, and from multiple people, demanding payment. I haven't had the chance yet to go outside and check to see if what your folks did is holding up, but I did pay my bill.
We were sold on quality and craftsmanship and feel as though the project was so rushed we received neither. The Job was sched. for 2 1/2 days and was completed in 1.Too many crew members not working in sinc., damage to several window screen’s, damage to deck railings! The satellite dish that was supposed to be removed and discarded was not and attached in the wrong orientation when put back. They broke a sprinkler sensor that was attached to a gutter. Very sloppy flashing and other finishing touches.
Everyone was great. The men were all very nice answer questions.yes
Job done quickly with workman-like results.
I am highly unlikely to recommend.
Poor communication. Project Manager left early and crew did not speak English, so I could not ask them questions. Parts of roof do not look right. I have been trying to have someone investigate my concerns and answer my questions, but so far, no one has come to look at the roof. I have had no post-project quality inspection on a roof that was put on over two weeks ago. Was told someone would be at my house the morning of March 6, but no one showed up and there was no communication regarding that. I sat around waiting for someone, even had to postpone a meeting I had. No respect for the customer, in my opinion.
The quality of the work was great, but the communication was terrible. There was no on-site leadership. Workers were very productive, but lacked any kind of supervision
Many nails left around the house. One trash container left marks/dragged across our driveway.
I was glad to have the roof installed quickly. I suspect that there are aggressive sales tactics used as I was assured that crews were the best of the best, and yet, site cleanup was horrible. There are still loose nails on my roof. My yard was littered with scrap metal, garbage, nails, screws, and an actual handsaw blade. Half of my standard hydrangea tree's branches were chopped off; no one mentioned anything to me about it (as if they hoped no one would notice), but I noticed as soon as I returned home that day because, guess what, homeowners are going to notice details. The base of the stand for my front-yard garden bed lantern was broken; the actual lantern post was driven into the ground adjacent to the base. ZERO transparency or accountability for damage. There was no communication re: day/time of installation of gutters. I was never informed that the gutter guards were on back-order. I was never informed re: day/time of installation of gutter guards. I called MHI multiple times with inquires regarding installations/warranty, was told that I would receive a callback, and never did. The real icing on the cake is that your contractors damaged the siding of my home. I was told that this would be addressed, and nothing has been done. A "manager" was supposed to assess the damage last Thursday (2/26) and called me same-day to inform me that he was busy with warranty complaints (doesn't exactly instill confidence in my new roof) and couldn't be at my home until Tuesday (today). I have not heard anything from anyone regarding what will be done about the damage inflicted to my home. Again, ZERO accountability for damage. Definitely seems like a "write a check and we're done with you" kind of company. I regret that I paid for anything without learning what would be done about the damage to my home. Amanda was a pleasure to work with, but that's about it.
Roofers did a great job, but cleaning up not so good.
I'm not sure if I'd recommend them to a friend because I got my roof put on less than a month ago and I had shingles blown off today from thirty mile-per-hour winds.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, did great work.
Fast, well organized
I felt it was high priced, but I did not have a choice. It was a decent job.
Very professional, the head crew director was very courteous and would call on my mother and check on her and keep her updated on the job.
I was happy to find a flyer in my mailbox from MHI Roofing after I had interviewed a number of unreliable roofers in the area. I was very impressed with the free consultation I was given. The crew was prompt and precise. They were organized, courteous, thoroughly skilled and pleasant. Everything was cleaned up as promised.
They answered my call early on a Saturday morning and came out the same day prepared to thoroughly assess the wind damage done to my roof.
