Kind and honest sales representative, courteous and responsive crew, helpful office staff. Mad City was flexible, followed through on its promises to us, and held to its word when it came to timing and work done. We are pleased with our windows, as well. We will tell friends who need new windows that they should consider working with Mad City.

Everybody was so friendly. We were able to get what we wanted for a price I could afford. The only disappointment was the water pressure. It literally took me 10-15 longer in the shower because it takes so long to wash my hair. We were looking for our old one to install and we couldn’t find our original. Everything went well. Everybody knows what they are doing bc it is done so well

Im not happy with the entire experience. Had to come back a second time because they were leaking air badly. As the second guy said, yes there were gaps that needed to be filled. He fixed two of the four windows. He didnt check the others, they werent on his paperwork, so wait n see if they are leaking.
