It still dont look finished the seams have a ridge on it and it wasn't caulked properly

I would recommend with the caution that the pricing is a little high compared to alternatives. But this has to be balanced against the high quality and fast installation.

The tub to shower conversion was completed in just 8 hours. Blake was our very competent installer. He definitely knew what he was doing. He is very efficient. He did an incredible job.

Did a wonderful job. The quality and time it took to complete were top notch. The price was a little on the higher side but in this case, I think we got what we paid for.

I would advise them the cost before signing any thing, check companies for prices. To make sure you can afford also if you know a handy man or you know some one . Go thr Menards or Home Depot. Price the best you will save thousands. My shower is great, but I’ll b paying for it for years, even with their payment plan. I was amazed, shocked at price.

The only reason I didn't give a 10 rating is because of the cost. Although MadCity was the first and only estimate I got and I do not know how other companies compare. My friends and family perceive MadCity to be very expensive.

This is the second time I have had Mad City windows installed. Last year I had five windows and this year I had four. Obviously I am happy with the windows.

Mad City did an awesome job of installing a new bath/shower. Whenever there’s a question I might have, they are quick to respond.

I can't open my windows. I had surgery 1 week ago. The windows won't open with my good arm. Not at all as discribed or shown to me when I bought them. Waiting to hear back before I call BBB in QC
