The warranties and window quality were selling points.

I liked the fact you had a no fuss warranty company seemed very reputable no pressure. It says something when a company does not have to rely on a ton of ads etc. to get business. Word of mouth seems to be your process.

The whole experience was awesome. From the sales person to the installation completion. Everybody knew what they were doing. They were extremely friendly. They really cared about their work. They put tarps throughout our house so that they didn’t mess up our carpet or floors.Their pricing was excellent. The quality of their work was excellent and so were the parts that they used. They also have financing available which is interest free for a year.
However, I wanted to pay it off immediately, and that was an option too. I highly recommend this company to do your shower install or bathroom upgrade. Seriously, don’t go anywhere else. You’ll be glad you went with the Renuity.

My salesman understood my request for low pressure quote. Follow up was great. Price was great. Install quick and done with no issues and no callbacks. Could only be better if it was free and let's face it, you don't get this quality for free.

Not worth the price. It was very expensive but the product looks sloppy, even after they tried to fix the initial disaster. I am angry every time I walk into my kitchen. Service from the company is impossible, they do not answer the phone or return calls.

I was told they have a crew of guys and that each guy is trained for each job and that they do not hire subcontractors but the 2 guys that showed up where subcontractors. I also have a couple imperfection's one in the gram of a window and one screen that doesn’t wanna seal.

The installer was very courteous and respectful, making sure the job was to my approval, and cleaned all debris from my home. The first time we had our bathroom measured they had the wrong specs and had to come back. Then when we got called to schedule installation we were then told never mind, we don’t actually have the parts. Then the bench installed is a totally different color scheme from our tile.

The product is durable and esthetically pleasing, but the cabinet installers did not listen to me when I told them the cabinet above the fridge would need to be slightly sanded down to get back up in the nook, caused damage to my corner wall.

The actual installation was great. It was the other that made this challenging. Some tiles around the shower application were damaged causing us to have to put a new floor tile in. Make sure the surrounding area is prepped for installation.

I’m remodeling a bathroom so it’s going to be another couple weeks before we use the new shower. I can’t give a review until we use it.

Installation was very smooth and completed professionally. The only problem I have, they didn’t have my hand held shower, which I had requested. The installer noted it, that we were to receive a hand held shower head. I haven’t received it as of now.

The beautiful shining white floor, or drain pan was very slippery. We are all old. The caulk dried at the base seam and separated from the acrylic wall panel. The Technician that repaired the caulk also applied anti-slip coating to the beautiful drain pan. That was much appreciated. The whole shower area is beautiful !!!! Making big changes to an older home is stressful. The team that created this new walk in shower was very knowledgeable and courteous.

Yes, I would recommend this company. Their sales team was professional and explained the product and procedure with great knowledge and were able to answer all my questions.

I would recommend they seek more estimates from other contractors, before committing to proceeding at this great expense and regretting it. Two days were scheduled for the installation, but it only took one.

The window is good so far and the installers were great. I would recommend if there was a way to bypass the pushy salesman that sat at my counter for 2 hours on a work/school night when I have small kids. I'd be willing to bump that rating up, then.
