Everything was easy!
They did an excellent job in removing all the debris and walls. They stayed all day and completed the job, very professional.
Length of time it took was exactly as promised. Installers very professional.
I would much rather have my 40 year old tub back. What I signed up for and what I ended up with is awful 😭
No surprises. No hidden costs. No sales gimmicks. Quality of workmanship is excellent. Looks great. Documentation for cleaning is well done.
When my friends see my new shower I will tell them about mad city.
Efficient and great job on the install. Cleaned up and crew was pleasant and respectful.
Great fast excellent work
It was absolutely perfect. On time, efficient and great craftsmanship. Very pleasant personal and really listened to what I wanted. Thumbs up all the way.
Great quality windows, sales, customer service and install team. Very pleased with the windows.
Two of the side sliding windows don't open. Was told by the installers that it's likely a manufacturing defect. One of the screens is slightly torn. Both screens on those windows don't fit correctly and keep popping out or falling out completely, and one of them is missing a metal piece on the bottom that the other screen has. I still have to call to get everything fixed. The other 4 normal windows seem good so far. I like the quality of the glass. Feels heavy duty and controls temperature well.
Very professional. The sales representative did an excellent job promoting the product. I had planned on getting additional quotes for my bathroom remodel, but I accepted on the spot.
Very likely
The turnaround from when we signed to have work done and when it was complete was longer than told by our rep
Installation went well, mess cleaned up after completion. Very happy with the windows, especially the tinting of the glass. Installers were professional and quiet, no yelling back and forth and no radios blasting like previous workers had done.
The rep was knowledgeable and explained the product well
very pleased with personnel from start to finish-3 people.
All representatives were knowledgeable in their field (sales, installation, etc.). Everyone was professional, punctual, personable, and polite. There were no "surprises." They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and did everything very efficiently and competently. They were careful in my home; put down tarps to protect carpeting and didn't ding walls.
The gentlemen were very efficient, knowledgeable, about worked well together.
Loved the attitude of all we met or talked to. Never late, we never had to worry if the were going to show up. Very professional thoughtful and knowledgeable. Could not have asked for a better team.
The installation went really well and he worked hard all day, I know by the time he gets back home, he'll have a 12 hrs day..
You don't find that much these days!
I was very impressed with the sales person. I was just inquiring about windows was not likely to buy anything, but after learning about the quality of the window, the fact that they’re made here in America and that Mad City is the only company in Minnesota allowed to use this type of window. That’s what sold me on it. Over the course of the next year, I will likely have all the windows in my house fitted with these windows. I’m very happy with the end result the installers were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly Clean happy customer.
The whole process wasn't terrible, and we have all had bad presentations.
Installers were not only efficient, but respectful of my home as they worked. It was raining off and on that day, and they didn’t let that stop them from doing quality work, and protecting my home in the process.
In retrospect, the cost is high.
The salesman, Tyson, was amazing snd Ross, the installer, included me on so many decisions. He was so friendly, professional, and easy to work with.
I can not tell now how much it will help me. The true test will be this winter. How much it will save me on heat and keeping out the cold
I am extremely happy with my windows. The quality of the window is top notch. The installation team did a great job. They were courteous and efficient. I recommend them to anyone.
Very professional, I was well informed with each step of the process. Installation was fast and they cleaned up any mess caused by the installation.
Overall a very good experience
Very professional and good quality work
Very prompt service. Kyle was exceptionally efficient during the remodel process. We hardly knew he was in the house.
We were very satisfied overall with the process and the quality of the installation and the product.
At first I thought it was just another door-to-door sales company but Aurthur wasn't pushy and gave me some options to think about. Rian patiently helped answer the rest of my questions and got the order submitted. I was expecting production to take 6-8 weeks but was pleasantly surprised when I received a call only a couple weeks later saying it was ready! Installation was expected to take 2 days because of an electrical issue but once again they were ahead of schedule and it was completed the same day. It's only been a few weeks but I have no complaints!
Communication with employees was great. The installation team arrived early and got everything done in good time. Papers were signed by 4pm that day and we love our new windows!
Professional, on-time, and exceptional quality work.
The process was easy breezy from start to finish!
They did stand around and talk they were there to do a job and did. They took pride in the work that they did. I'm very satisfied with the work
From beginning to end, was phenomenal. I have been dealing with contractors for the last 10 years. Every representative was very professional, knowledgeable and would go the extra mile to make my experience the best.
The sales person was very good talked to us as long as needed
Very easy to deal with! People were awesome and caring.
The salesperson presentation was extremely long
Everything was great
Overpriced, I could have gotten the glass doors and picked whatever I wanted for thousands less and all professionally done also. I found out just little too late but they did do great job.
There was a disconnect between the seller and installer. The execution of the project, especially the countertop did not meet our expectations. The seams on the counter are not flush and the curved part of the counter does not have a routered edge. We were told that the installers were employees of mad city, so they would not be rushed just to make money on the job. However, the installers said they were subcontractors. The reason we were willing to pay so much for the job is that we know it is time consuming taking care of details and do high quality work. Some of the installation problems were rectified. A cabinet door that was hinged on the wrong side was taken care of graciously, and a leaking sink was rectified. 2 corner lazy susans were installed incorrectly so that they could not spin and the installers just left it like that. This was also graciously rectified as well. The poorly installed counter was not remedied. The edge of the counter top that we expected would have a routered edge was just too bad for us. Really, the design portion of these projects needs to be much more detailed. I replaced a counter whose seams were almost seamless and an isthmus on a counter top with a nice routered edge with a very expensive cheap looking countertop. Lesson learned.
overall project went well
The installers were very professional and got done in a timely manner. They didn't leave when there was a weather even. The window looks great so far.
Just impressed with Randy the salesman to Aaron, the guy who did the install to Doug, who took care of plumbing. Was a very positive experience with Mad City.
No response to items that need to be corrected on installation. Gap around ceiling light in shower and whole in ceiling below shower drain. Also missing foot bar in shower.
The entire experience, top to bottom, was professional and trouble free. The windows are of surpassing quality and are virtually indistinguishable from the crummy ones in the rest of the house, except these we can actually get to open...
