Everything. Very impressed with windows and especially the installer Will. Would recommend him highly.
We've done our bathroom with mad city few years ago &were satisfied just had windows installed& very friendly & made sure project was done right
Liked everything. The installer knew he's stuff. I said earlier here at 8 in the morning done bye 2.30. Cleaned up no mess. Looks fantastic.
This is the first time I ever hired out for a remodel and I was so pleased with the cost, payment availability, Wyatt Meyers the installer was efficient and professional. Overall I could not have been more pleased.
Absolutely!
To be determined
The whole experience was great, from the people we met at the home show to the man who came to our home to give us an estimate. The installer was on time!! and worked 10 hrs to put in 2 showers so it could be done in one day. We are very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone. When we need more work done, we will definitely call Mad City Bath.
Not be so quick to get paid & be gone. I didn’t have time to think of questions to ask. I didn’t know until the next day that the lock on the screen door didn’t work. I’m disappointed with the step up from the deck into the family room. If I knew ahead of time, I probably would have declined the purchase. This is a trip hazard and will be very difficult to get a wheelchair over. Our plan is to build a ramp to the back door so when our legs are no longer capable of climbing the stairs we will have an alternative.
Their workmanship was great & like the looks of both projects.
The sales person and the manager were very professional and they listen to what I said my needs were without trying to do a pressured sales pitch.
Very polite, on time and professional
Kind of pressured cause would loose the 70% off but after signed he couldn’t give me itemized bill
Your lead installer showed up with a runny nose and frequent sneezing. He was apparently ill with something, and it was contagious. Three days later, I came down with what I thought was a bad cold, but it became much worse. I required medical attention, and I'm still recovering very slowly. At age 79, disabled, and vexed by a number of serious medical conditions, this episode could have been fatal. It was very serious. Your employees shoud never visit customers when they are ill. I feel that I am owed some serious compensation.
Overall, what sold us on using Mad City for the shower conversion was the quality of the product, the warranty and the installation process.
I like the product, but what really sold me on this company was the lifetime waranty transferrable to the next owner.
You charge too much.
More correct information up front would be helpful. We were told one thing and found at installation something different.
Very professional and courteous
They were up front and kept you informed of what was going on. They came in the morning and were all done by dinner time. All the guys were very polite and bathroom was left just The way they found it. Clean.
nothing
Your service man William Dunlap was very informative, meticulous and professional. His workmanship really surprised my husband who is a perfectionist.
I love the look of my home from the new window.
From beginning to end, we were kept informed. The salesman was very responsive to questions at the beginning and throughout the process.
I am happy with my 1 week old shower but my tile had an accident during tear down it’s in outside corner that they probably don’t have the color or maybe not style. The repair man did repair a top tile that is white it looks good but broken tile is right below
Will wait for more time to pass to see how well the window holds up
The installation went very well and smoothly.
Great response to our questions and schedule from start to finish.
