They did a good job on installation. It took them two days and after each day they cleaned their mess. They were friendly and very professional.

The contractor had only done 2 installations. One being me and when I am paying 15,000 I like to know my installer knows his job. It took a week and you had to send someone to redo some of the work over into another week.

Windows left dirty. Annoying stickers in plain sight. Screws stopped on locks. Chip in one of the windows trim. Never told us we needed to keep the stickers.

The company is terrific; I love the windows since they were installed. They knew what they were doing when they installed them. My house has wells around the house, and the guys broke them, but that is ok. I am not upset they broke them, but they did not tell me about them. The windows are beautiful, though, and I love them.
