Well, first of all The project was delayed. Secondly, after further review, what was done was too expensive. And the work is not finished. There are missing components right now and cannot use the unit as it currently exist. And some of the components are inferior, not as advertised.

Quick turnaround and basically a turn key job.

Did not like the install clean up and focus on detail. Had to add corner strips to rough edges. Shower install was great. Rating 10

I like the look of the windows. The sliders are alittle difficult to lock when they are above the kitchen sink and washer and dryer. Also, it would be nice to have a lever to stop the windows from opening all the way so I don't have to worry about someone coming through my open window we'll sleeping.

Didn't address a few of my concerns and made promises not kept.

They could get the same work for a lower price by another company.

The sealant in the corners is coming up and the right side does not look professional

I would advise anyone considering this project to talk with other installers before deciding. I wish I had done that.

Professional staff were easy to work with. My husband asked me to take the lead on design, style, color/pattern and options. I was even consulted during the install before each step. Accessories were placed at heights that I preferred! Highly recommend!

My shower drains more slowly than it used to, even though the plumber replaced the pipe with a larger diameter one. I don’t know who to call about this.

I am very happy with the job! They came in a couple of weeks earlier than they told me. Brian and his crew were friendly, efficient, and cleaned up everything perfectly. They did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them again.

Quite frankly, I think your prices are too high for one day's work. Installation was good, but pricing was high.

The crew was fabulous. Courteous and thoughtful of my home. I had a couple of items on my lunch list from the installation, and everything was taken care of very promptly.
