Sales pressure was intense, that would be a caveat warning in any recommendation.

When giving a recommendation, I will more than likely strongly suggest interested party to do there due diligence and talk to a couple of different window installers prior to sitting down with the Mad City Glass representative. This, by no means, infers that we are not satisfied with the quality of the windows or the installation of the windows. Will know more after we have gone through a winter with the windows.¹

The sales person who who I signed with had indicated that my old shower had showed evidence a water behind the front of the shower that could lead to a mold condition.
when the old shower was removed the cement block and studs were bone dry and showed no evidence of mold.
Had I known that this condition didn't exist I never would have singed up for a shower that I didn't need.
I have no complaints about the workmanship of the installer but cant understand how the cost of the shower is over $15,000.
It was not a complete bathroom remodel.
Id like to know how much was added to my price to correct the non existent mold issue.

When I called to ask a question after service was complete my calls went unanswered

when I had given my down payment I had expected my things to be ordered, but 2 weeks later another guy stopped, my shower pan was the wrong color and the free shower shelves I could choose from, the ones I choose were no longer free!
that should of been taken care of the first day, but in such a hurry to get a commitment, the bottom line was what was most important I guess!!
But now that it is installed, I'm very happy with it!
Just sorry I didn't get another estimate!

Installation is poor. Windows are a mess to clean up and Windows are also damaged.
