Actually, the best part of the project was the sales person. BTW, he doesn't work there anymore. The installation of the large window itself was going well till the very end. The two man crew put the trim coil around the window but didn't finish caulking it. They ran out of caulk. I was assured that if I signed the completion document that he would turn in a service ticket and someone would be out there soon to complete the job. That was September 3rd. I complained to 2 or 3 people at Mad City and the original installer came back on September 18, over two weeks later. I am not impressed. Also, he didn't do what I would call a professional job caulking. So, don't sign the completion document until you are 100% satisfied. Some of the caulk that was installed the first day separated before he came back 15 days later.

Project was finished in a timely manner and was very neatly cleaned up before workers left. We were included in all decisions as to position of accessories.

I think you should always send 2-people to install showers. It was a struggle for one man to do my installation. My wall was scratched but nothing I can’t fix. It also would have gone much faster with 2-people. It took two days to install.

They addressed our issues in a timely manner. We are happy with the final product.

I would actually recommend the technician Scott that came to install very professional work with us doing a great job. If I was going to have to have new cabinets, I would suggest and recommend him to do your cabinet.

There were a lot of materials left over. I did not get any answers about whether there was lead paint removed. The installers strapped a bush and left their strap on the bush. They also left nails and screws in the driveway. I never got to meet the field manager at all.

plumber leaked my radiator messed my wall up down stairs if it want for the other guy he would of left it off then we had to put a smaller base in I warned the sales man and the estimator the radiator was in the wall and heated the bathroom

We had two people working on our shower the whole time. As they worked to dismantle and replace the older shower lining they would keep us updated on things they found or questions they had. We had a little bit of water damage and they brought me in to discuss the findings and what they recommended. I enjoyed having Camille and Judd working on our project. He seemed really good at explaining why he does things a certain way in the project. That impressed me about him. They were respectful of our property the entire time. Each day they cleaned up their mess. They also had two or three people pop in to see how things were going. Everyone was friendly and respectful. The work was done in a timely fashion. My husband and I were very pleased with the outcome. I love our new shower. The bottom of this shower feels much more sturdier than the previous one. I would certainly recommend this company and the product.
