My double hung vinyl window looks cheap in my kitchen. I regret making that choice.

First day of install installer called me and was canceling on me. After we talked a while, he decided to show up for a little while and then had to leave to go to dentist appointment. We have two strips of trim that need to be put back on a window that was never put in. He has not showed up three times. He was supposed to show up to do the install.
