Arrived on time, worked hard and fast and good, good communication
Like quick installation. Like final look. Appreciate clean up.
Contractor was efficient and friendly explained what was needed .
For transfer of ownership for warranty have to pay a fee to the manufacturer for it to happen
Mad city should absorb that
Explain about the fixtures more. We found out that the chrome bars are slick and cannot be held on too well when hands are soapy or wet. Also the bed pan is slick and have experienced slipping which was one of the biggest resons that we wantd a walk in shower.
Excellent product and equally excellent installation.
#1 I liked the sales person, Alex Miller. He sold us on the quality of your materials. He was trustworthy.
#2 The man who came to measure also was trustworthy. He was efficient and friendly and knew his job.
#3 Jose the installer was very trustworthy, kind, friendly and both were extremely skilled.
There was not one bit of a mess. I hardly believe they were able to get so much done in so little time.
Only time will tell if the quality of the product is as good as you all say. It certainly looks very, very nice and I am happy with the appearance.
Timeliness of replacing my bath tub to walk in shower. Quality of product and service.
Mad City associates were very friendly and personable. The windows look good installed. However, we feel that the product was misrepresented by the sales person, and that info influenced our purchase without even getting another bid.
This is not my first time using Mad City. In the spring, I had them replaced five windows in my house. I was so pleased with the workmanship and the windows when I decided to do the bath I picked Mad City to do that. The quality is excellent. The workers are excellent. I am so pleased how this turned out. I plan on using them again to replace some more windows, but I need to get my finances in better shape before I do that. The lifetime guarantee is another plus for this company because they’re gonna stand behind what they do.
I will show it off to interested parties and share the cost and any details that I know but I am not a salesperson.
The overall process was seamless and efficient.
Cabinets are beautiful. Had a few discrepancies with my drawers, but management fixed the problem and made it good. Highly recommend.
From the start there were a few red flags I should have picked up on. The salesman, Ryan, would not accept that he was the our first estimate. When I asked if we could call him in a week or so after a few more estimates he began dropping the price. He offered a credit if I would have a sign advertising in front of my house after install(which was never put up or brought up again). Then the price written on the contract I signed was not the final price he quoted. I was going back and forth with canceling and 2 days later he emailed and texted to say he had given me the wrong price and needed to send me a new contract in need of signatures. I should have cancelled at that point, but I was hopeful that these windows and this company would be a positive experience. The measurement gentleman came out and had to do everything a few times and didn't understand the way that Ryan had written everything down and what the windows were supposed to be. But it was straightened out quickly. The windows came in in approximately 8 weeks which is what I was told. So an appointment was made for the first Thursday in February. I had my parents come to my house for the morning so that there would be someone home and I took the afternoon off in order to be there for the remainder of the install. That Thursday morning they were to arrive between 8-10am. I missed the original call at 9:41. The voicemail was just music. So I called the number back at 9:45 am an was informed that they were unable to come that day and could we reschedule for Friday the next day. I said that is difficult since I had already made arrangements. The tech said he did not feel it was appropriate to call me on the Wednesday prior to installation and cancel. Later that Thursday (no work has been done). I received an email and text stating "thank you for choosing us and please let us know if we can do anything. We hope you love your new windows". I called the number which I'm assuming was the home company in Wisconsin. The gentleman I spoke with apologized and rescheduled my install for this past Tuesday the 19th. Again it was an 8-10 arrival window. I got a call at 9:30am saying they wouldn't be there until 10:20 or so and they were sorry. They arrived at 10:20 & in talking with Wyatt my tech said that they should be done around 4. They left at 7:30pm, and had to have a crew of 3 more guys come at 5:30 to help them finish.
I like the product.
Mad City was more expensive than the other quotes I received so I would be careful about recommending unless I knew the friend/family member's budget.
Clealiness
Have not yet responded to my complaint about shower door.
I am a repeat customer and have told everyone I know how happy we are with everything.
I would recommend the installers, but buyer beware the fast talking sales person. See comments under #5 below.
We are very happy with our new windows. They look nice and keep the cold out!
Everyone was very kind and good at answering questions. I appreciate that when receiving work on my home.
Love the finished look. Will was very professional and friendly.
The final product is very good
Our home is 50 years old and we now have a new kitchen. New cabinet doors with no hinges showing and soft close drawers. We love their product!
