The window is very nice, but did not meet my expections for noise reduction. I called and Nick (manager) couldn't possibly have cared any less about my concern, frankly I found him to be dismissive and somewhat rude.

I like the quality of the windows and the ease of cleaning. The appearance of my house improved inside and out.

The installer did a great job, was timely, kept me informed of what was happening, and cleaned up the site both days.

Clean up could have been better outside, there was a pile of sawdust left in the middle of my driveway.

We just had a cabinet refacing project completed last week. Our installer Corey did a fantastic job!!! We love our new dream kitchen. In addition to being a very talented craftsman, Corey was a pleasure to work with! He was very knowledgeable and really made our experience with Mad City a great one. I feel the pricing was extremely excessive for the product received I will tell friends and family where the sliding door is from but will also warn them that the sales rep is extremely pushy and the product is not worth the price I paid in my opinion, I cannot for the life of me find any brand door in the size we purchased that would cost $10,000 installed. Even if this door cost $5000 which feature/size wise it shouldn't, then $5000 to install it is an insult to anyone's intelligence meaning the installer got $1250/hr to do a job I could've and have done myself. Maybe it's buyer's regret, maybe it's just feeling dumb for letting myself get taken advantage of. At least the door works and looks very nice and replaced an extremely worn out door.

I will recommend your service, but I wish it was not so expensive. I honestly don’t know that my friends and family would pay the amount we did.

The installer was very nice and respectable he was not a problem, the issue I have is the job was extremely rushed and not given enough time to complete. Only one installer was assigned and he worked as fast as he could. He finished on the 3rd day and asked my wife to sign off at 8 PM as I was not home. I reviewed the work the next day and most windows looked good. Unfortunately one window is extremely tilted off level. It needs to be leveled so I will need to tear it out and reinstall it. The worst thing about the job is the rush. There was no clean up when finished, the yard and driveway had sawdust and debries everywhere and broken bits in the landscaping.

The place was a mess when the crew was done. There was adhesive spots on the floor, plaster chunks around the access door to the pipes and 2 rips through the windows shade. I woke up that night and that windows was wide open. No one mentioned the they had any need to open that window or that it had been torn. I had to pay a cleaner to get the bathroom cleaned because I can no longer get down on the floor and I have severe breathing issues.

They look great- installers we're efficient and very respectful of our house. Very clean install inside and outside our home.

Excellent communications, always returned calls promptly, showed up when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves.

Installers were here at 8am and worked hard all day, They picked up after themselves and swept up the dust before leaving for the day. Very nice gentlemen,

Installers were knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, respectful of my home. The fellow who measured the windows was very good and had good tips on what to watch for.

The whole process went smoothly. When we had questions, they were answered appropriately, and everyone was kind and enjoyable from the beginning to the end end when the cabinets were installed, including problems that we had. They were solved quickly and efficiently.

The workmanship was beyond our expectations.

I have tried contacting your company because I have a leaking shower head and a damaged ceiling due to shower install on July 1-2. I have emailed and called, no response.
