The installers were quite professional and worked tirelessly to make sure it was done properly. Chris and Bobby worked together to to a great job.

The sales rep thoroughly explained the construction and materials of the window, with samples, and answered every question I had. He worked to make it fit my budget.
The installers were on time and efficient. They cleaned up so well, that except for having the new window, I wouldn’t have known they were there.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. The sales people are horrible. They are unqualified, they don't communicate with each other, they don't put the customer first, and they use pressure and lies to get you to sign.

Impressed by your mission statement and especially the quality workmanship that Jeremy provided. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I would also highly recommend you give him a raise or a bonus.

Some of the work we were told would would be done wasn't. We were told the "accessories" (shower head, safety bars, etc) would be quality but they at least appear cheap....the rings spin on the handrails....the wand and large shower head we were told would be used weren't.

The warranties and window quality were selling points.

I liked the fact you had a no fuss warranty company seemed very reputable no pressure. It says something when a company does not have to rely on a ton of ads etc. to get business. Word of mouth seems to be your process.

The whole experience was awesome. From the sales person to the installation completion. Everybody knew what they were doing. They were extremely friendly. They really cared about their work. They put tarps throughout our house so that they didn’t mess up our carpet or floors.Their pricing was excellent. The quality of their work was excellent and so were the parts that they used. They also have financing available which is interest free for a year.
However, I wanted to pay it off immediately, and that was an option too. I highly recommend this company to do your shower install or bathroom upgrade. Seriously, don’t go anywhere else. You’ll be glad you went with the Renuity.

My salesman understood my request for low pressure quote. Follow up was great. Price was great. Install quick and done with no issues and no callbacks. Could only be better if it was free and let's face it, you don't get this quality for free.

The installation was quick and the worker was experienced. He kept everything clean...even as he worked tearing the bath apart.

I think most people need to think long and hard before making such an investment.
