Mad City installed a beautifulwalk in shower in my 67 year old bathroom. Everyone I delt with was professional, friendly, and honest. The sales person was knowledgeable and the plan he presented went according to schedule. I would have liked a little more communication between the time of the measuring and the notice of when the instal was going to happen. The installers worked in a timely manner and were clean and did a good job of cleaning up before they left.
It was overall a a very good experience and I would recommend them to anyone interested in a new shower or bath.

Constant trying to contact me for more windows. The replacement windows are cheaply made.

Great service quality work and products

The patio door we had installed is defective and we have been waiting to get it replaced. A very noticeable bow in the center at the top. As well as shoddy work on the j channel and inside trim. As well as a lock mechanism that had to be shimmed by myself after a tech attempted to fix it twice to no avail.

We are now on the 2nd month and still have no answers on fixing these issues for a door we spent $7000.00 dollars on.

It was amazingly fast.
