Countertop Installation crew was substandard, unprofessional AND obscene. Product was nothing more than pressed board wrapped with vinyl. 3 days after install the board warped. Called their service Dept. and was told they would send a tech out to correct. Week later tech tried to correct the problem after spending over an hour here he stated that the top should be replaced. 3 weeks later service called to schedule ANOTHER tech out. I was so frustrated I told him no more techs to fix something that could not be fixed. I told him I was through with Mad City and they should at least give us 25% refund for the faulty installation. Service said that was not possible but would continue to come out and try to correct the issue. Seems Mad City has quite the scam going on here. They sell you overpriced substandard product and offer life time service on their terms. Well as WC Fields once said "there is a sucker born every minute" and this time It was us.

The installation staff headed by Joe was excellent. Joe & Mason with 2 other helpers installed the tremendously updated cabinets over a 4 day period. They kept our home neat and cleaned prior to leaving every day. A wonderful experience

Work was done well and in one day. New shower is beautiful.

First, they said it would take about 2 to 3 months and, then I can start my payments. We'll, they came in a week and I already got a bill. When I wasn't prepared for what so ever. Got the bill before i got the windows in. Plus, the lip to pull open isn't as big as the rep said they would be. My kitchen window is in ********, the frame is uneven. Also, my front 2 windows are supposed to not have a middle when it does. I was disappointed with that. The rep said they would look a lot bigger and the difference i see is that they look taller. I don't think they were worth $14k.

Fast, efficient and very polite

The sales representative was very polite, explained in detail all what was going to take place. Went through the process and the products. Financing was a breeze. CJ the installer was very pleasant, explains as he was doing the job. The plumber was very nice, told me what he did, how the drain was going to work. From start to finish everyone involved was very professional, kind, & courteous. I even worked in a room across the hall, the noise level wasn't bad at all.

This is my second time using Mad City. They did some windows for me last year. I knew their work and am glad I used them for my shower remodel.

Originally scheduled for two days (10 windows) but very cold, snow and wind canceled start day. Next day armed with extra workers they finished windows in 6 hours and did an excellent job.

I had a little dent in my ceiling after the work was done. I notified the company, Marshal came out within 2 days, fixed everything good as new. I am very pleased. Thank you.

This is my first time using Mad City and it was a very positive experience. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helped me decide what I needed and then helped me get the price within my budget. The installer was truly fantastic. Lon explained throughout and helped me with some decisions regarding size and how to best install to get the correct functionality.
