Everyone from the sales rep to the installation team were friendly and professional and were very good about answering any questions we had. The windows are very good quality and they did a great job with the installation. They are also trained to remove/replace any framing or areas around the windows that have water damage or other issues which is a huge plus!

When you say the hours are 9am to 7pm you should stick to it...I know you make a 3 day commitment, but it's hard on the home owner when the workers are here until 9:40 pm just to finish up

So pleased with our new walk-in shower. The quality and workmanship are superb. Everyone from the sales personnel to the installers were kind, knowledgeable, professional and made sure it was as stress-free as possible for us. I especially appreciated how hard the installer worked. It was a long day for him and he had to make lots of adjustments to our old house to make sure the install was perfect.

The installation was terrible took all windows out in winter at one time and I froze in house. Cut holes to big around windows so now house had to be resided

Eric the installer was on time. He explained the entire process before starting and kept me informed throughout the process. He covered the floors with drop cloths and did a fantastic job cleaning up. We thought it might be a two day job, with the old cast iron tub and all the tile. Eric completed it in one day.

The guys were very professional, kind and considerate. They were here at 8 AM, did very clean work, used drop plastic so not to leave old insulation on floor, considerate of my home as they even vacuumed the rooms. I was very proud of the way they did their work. The difference in the heating of this house is amazing. Great job.

I feel the price is really high but we did get very high quality windows and having the team come out and put them in was pleasant. The contractors were very nice and respectful.
