We ordered a shower door for the stand up shower Mad City installed. We had to call twice for them to complete the order and charge our card. The shower door sat in the Fargo, ND warehouse for three weeks until we called and asked for an update. When the technician arrived he discovered one of the panels of frosted glass was defective. So Mad City ordered another door. That was two weeks ago. We’re still using a **** shower curtain in a $18,000 stand up shower and haven’t received an update on the door but you have the nerve to send me a customer survey.

I would recommend this company. If you can get past the lengthy sales pitch they do have a great product.

Window trim is different that what was delivered, was told better water pressure and there was no increase, project was more like roughed in and not a finished project and I was under the impression that the shower walls would go to the ceiling and not end a foot short. The window is smaller than I was anticipating.

the guy who came and sold the job, wasn't correct in his products. then the one who measured, said you were going to do the wall board fixing and all we needed to do was paint and get new flooring. the plumber took our shut off valve out and took the pipe, my husband wanted. he also walked on my floor and carpet not what was on the the floor to walk on.

Our experience was overall wonderful! Initially, our sales rep stated we would need a custom sized door but marked standard size door on the form, so there was a bit of a delay on install day while they got to the root of the problem. Instead of installing potentially the wrong unit, they sorted out what was promised vs what was most appropriate for our home, had the install tech come back to give his recommendation, and then a couple of weeks later they installed the standard size door. Installation went faster than expected on the day and the door looks amazing!

Like the whole process. Craftsmanship and materials being a big part of why we chose Mad City. Warranty being a main factor. Liked that your staff were friendly. Thank You for a job well done.

Quality is good, but thought it was a little pricey

My installer did a wonderful job.

They were very good but my screen keep moving so one day I'm scared there going to fall out

Due to pricing, I don't know if I'd recommend, but if price was not a factor I would definitely recommend.

The guys that installed the windows were extremely professional and reviewed the procedures before and after install. Excellent communication and all….Also clean up was perfect!

Everything. There wasn't a single thing we didn't like. The attention to detail was what drew us in and the time that was taken to explain everything including helping us get financing when we couldn't afford it otherwise was what sold us. We didn't mind the wait for our window as it was well worth it.
