Because I have a difficult time contacting an agent. When I have questions I would like to be called at least the day after I called the first time. I do not think I should have to call the number on my Progressive policy.

Contacted Long & Foster to request explanation for dramatic increase in homeowners premium and asked for agent to provide comparison and quote. Was told agent would return call within 48 hrs. A week went buy without a return call. Was a customer for 8 years and not even the courtesy of a return call. I called another local agent and found better coverage for less. This was the 2nd time that we had reached out to L&F without a response.

It was very helpful to have L&F Insurance as part of the umbrella of services available. Salaries in the area tend to be higher than the national average but hours worked are longer and solutions that help homebuyers pull together solutions in one place is extremely helpful.
Contact me annually at least a month before my policy renews with an offer to review any changes on either side with me. When I reach out... three day turnaround feels "comfortable" instead of enthusiastic. And, maybe send a printout of the comparisons via email rather than me just taking the agent's word for it over the phone. Yes, I am satisfied, but also open to being courted.
