Andrew tooks pains to understand my needs and was very responsive to changes and questions. He coordinated behind the scenes with the lender to help make sure closing on the house ran smoothly.

There's no relationship between you and the agent. It's always a different person and it is not how I wanted to do business anymore. In addition, I suspect unethical activities from an agent in homeowners. Our insurance always went through escrow for payment and to demand upfront payment, even for surplus lines, raised flags from us and our mortgage company. We dropped home insurance a few years ago and decided this year to get better service and connection from a local company.
