I called to have someone come out and look at the AC unit in my rental property, I was given a quote which I felt was extremely high and proceed to get other quotes after receiving additional quotes, I choose another company.

It depends on the brand of windows. Fiberglass, Aluminum or vinyl clad wood windows usually start around 600-700$ per each vinyl windows start at 350-500$ each

I have white Thermofoil cabinets that have peeling doors and drawer fronts. How do I go about ordering replacement doors and fronts?

This is not exactly an answer, but I just installed thermofoil doors and drawers at a cost of 30K. I hope your doors are old because this question got me worried.
