I would give more than a five, if possible. I am very, very pleased with Legacy. They worked with my insurance company to get my roof covered, and once they started the job, they were quick and efficient. They tore off and replaced the entire roof in just one day, which I thought was amazing. The people there were friendly, and the project manager I worked with was great. The job manager was also awesome and professional. I appreciate him for taking care of everything; he was very communicative.

Legacy did a fabulous job siding our house, from helping decide color scheme to the cleanup. They truly cared about our happiness.

The thing I didn't like about the company was that I had asked for a porta-potty because I had seen many neighbors who got their roofs done recently, and the workers were just using the bathroom in their yards. I did not want that. They delivered the porta-potty, it rained for two days, and the workers didn't come and work. They took away the porta-potty before the workers were done. I looked out of my window one day and saw one of the workers urinating in my yard. I didn't like that.

I had been through a lot of agencies because we suffered with the insurance for over three years.
I had about five different restoration companies come out, but they never did the job.
Legacy came in, and within weeks, we got it to go through insurance, and they had the work done. They had our checks to us and everything. Legacy Restoration went above and beyond! I don't know how to thank them enough. I don't think I would have got it done if it wasn't for them.

I had a great experience with Legacy; they were thorough and communicative and did excellent work.

The group that was supposed to replace the roof did the replacement absolutely unprofessionally . They had to come a second time to open the first three rows of the roof and replace them , and I am not sure if all of this was done properly before a possible ice damage .

As much as they preached communication, there was very little.

They were very reliable with getting back to me and with their customer service. They got back to me right away during the process. I had a follow-up issue that they came right out to discuss. They had good follow-up and communication.

Legacy Restoration did a good job. I just have to get up in my attic to see a couple of things I'm questioning right now. I need to see what they did in my attic. Other than that, everything looks good.
