There was terrible communication throughout the whole process.

I selected Legacy because I observed how quick, clean and professional the reroof was for my neighbor. I received the same great service.

The ice dams on the roof continue to be an issue.

They handled the whole situation. The insurance company, they were on the job, cleaned up the mess. Did a great job fixing the roof

There was a long delay between the roof completion and gutters being added. I got lost in the shuffle. While it wasn't a huge inconvenience to me, others may be more irritated.

The thing I didn't like about the company was that I had asked for a porta-potty because I had seen many neighbors who got their roofs done recently, and the workers were just using the bathroom in their yards. I did not want that. They delivered the porta-potty, it rained for two days, and the workers didn't come and work. They took away the porta-potty before the workers were done. I looked out of my window one day and saw one of the workers urinating in my yard. I didn't like that.

I had been through a lot of agencies because we suffered with the insurance for over three years.
I had about five different restoration companies come out, but they never did the job.
Legacy came in, and within weeks, we got it to go through insurance, and they had the work done. They had our checks to us and everything. Legacy Restoration went above and beyond! I don't know how to thank them enough. I don't think I would have got it done if it wasn't for them.

I had a great experience with Legacy; they were thorough and communicative and did excellent work.

The group that was supposed to replace the roof did the replacement absolutely unprofessionally . They had to come a second time to open the first three rows of the roof and replace them , and I am not sure if all of this was done properly before a possible ice damage .

As much as they preached communication, there was very little.

Caused a leak and spent months trying to get out of paying for it. Put a lein on my house after agreeing that I wouldn't pay till after the leak was fixed, since the roof wasn't done yet. Still didn't pay the full amount I'm owed

They were very reliable with getting back to me and with their customer service. They got back to me right away during the process. I had a follow-up issue that they came right out to discuss. They had good follow-up and communication.

Legacy Restoration did a good job. I just have to get up in my attic to see a couple of things I'm questioning right now. I need to see what they did in my attic. Other than that, everything looks good.

No matter what went right or wrong, they were always there, and they took my comments seriously and did not quit.

The guys did a good job. There was a problem at the end I wasn't crazy about, but it was minor, so I won't make a big deal about it.

Legacy Restoration was highly organzed throughout the pocess, having project managers who kept me updated and checked with me regulary to make sure that I had inpuit in each step.

I had work done six months ago, and I am in Minnesota, so I don't know how well the roofing job will hold up.

I would not recommend them to a friend because they lied to me to do business. They didn't do what they promised. I couldn't talk to anybody because the workers who did the job didn't speak English. I couldn't converse with them what I needed done.

Legacy Restoration put gutter guards on this last Fall. I don't know how they're going to hold up, so time will tell.
