The actual process ended up being nothing like described initially
There is always room for improvement.
I was overcharged. They took more money than I was supposed to pay them.
I was so pleased with how painless the process was. Everyone was very knowledgeable and great at communicating the process to me. There was a unexpected issue with plywood on the roof but they were very good at explaining everything to me. I will tell my friends and family to use Legacy, and I will be using them for any future projects.
Firstly, correctly spelling a client’s name is important. The job had to be corrected 3 times, first when you sealed up our bathroom vent back and then tried to give us a different one than the one we originally had when you came back to fix it. Second, the first windstorm a shingle sheet had blown off and more ,upon further inspection, weren’t nailed down either. When that had to be fixed it was done the exact same way. You had to come back 3 different times to correct mistakes and I find that unacceptable and poor workmanship.
I have recommended legacy to several people. They did a good job, were responsive to concerns.
it took 3 years to complete.
I was satisfied.
Kept pressuring for money. Due to that, unfortunate they hit a check that was not due to them. (For gutter n painting). When explained this, was told someone will refund any over paid funds.
Not happening
This was my second project with Legacy Restoration and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. Very professional outfit!
It's almost been a year since we started and still haven't got our siding done and you have our money for it.
I had some issues, and the follow-up wasn't what I had hoped for.
I wouldn't recommend to anyone because I was told that I would have no out of pocket expenses but the deductible but I ended up owing $1233 and change after all was said and done. who would recommend anyone who lies.
The assigning of a new Project Manager in the middle of the project could have been handled smoother. There were changes that were not passed onto the new Manager and caused errors and confusion later.
Timely, cleaned up after themselves, roof looked good at the end
Survey requests are annoying.
They have very good communication with the customers.
Job completed in timely manner and cleanup was very good
IF AND WHEN SOMEONE WILL NEED.
They were amazing. They were wonderful to me. They walked me through step by step of what we were going to do. They were on time. They were easy to get a hold of if I had questions. They were great. I would recommend them to anyone.
After they were done—this was done in the fall—it looked like they did a great job with the roof. Also, the gutter had to have stuff pounded out of it. This was all done before the snow. Well, the snow fell, and all of a sudden, I had huge, huge icicles hanging in front of one part of my house, which I had never seen before, and that was after the job was done. So I don't know if that was connected to the roof or the gutter, but I've never seen it before. I looked around at my neighbors, who all had their roofs replaced, and no big icicles were hanging down from their new roofs and gutters.
So I just wanted the manager to get back to me. He said, "I'll talk to my department," but I never heard back from him, so my question was never answered. I wanted them to go up there and look at what I was seeing at the time. I said, "Could somebody please come out here and see what I'm seeing?" but nobody showed up or followed up with me.
Yes, I did, and the manager—project manager—said, "I'll talk to my people, whoever does that. I don't know." But then I never heard back from anybody. Well, of course, it's long gone. Winter's gone, icicles are gone, and nobody ever saw what I was seeing.
They never called me back about a problem I had with my leaking roof.
The color and quality of the roof turned out great. Highly pleased.
The quality of the work, the timeliness of the work getting done once they started, and the follow-up and communication with me as the owner were all outstanding. I got multiple quotes and bids for the work, and their quotation was the most thorough and detailed, with minimal questions that needed to be asked. Their quote included information about the house size, square footage, materials, timeline, and all the different parts and pieces—such as corners, thicknesses, and warranties. Overall, their proposal was better than the others.
They did a great job.
