Very professional worked neatly and explained what they were doing

Brett the sales rep was great and so was Dylan the project lead. During the walk through after the installation, I pointed out a downspout that was on the back patio and that it shouldn’t be there but should be in a place that goes to the yard. He said he would be able to come out and fix it but when we were on the phone with his boss Jesse. I also brought up to Jesse that the double downspouts in the front look bad and I asked if there was a way to give the front better curb appeal. Jesse said he could come out and look at it too. Jesse said he could have someone come out Wednesday or Thursday, Dylan had a surprised look on his face and confirmed everyone was already scheduled for the next day. Jesse said someone would be out Thursday then. This was Thursday July 2nd. No one called and no one showed up. I waited until after the 4th to start making calls. I left a message with Jesse and was able to speak with Brett. Brett told me he would make a call and I should hear from someone the next day. Jesse called me and said he had meetings the following Monday but could come out on Tuesday July 14th. On Monday Jesse’s called and said his meetings just finished and could come out. I told him my calendar said Tuesday and I needed to keep that day. He said he had down Monday but he could come Tuesday after his meeting in Peoria so it would be early afternoon. Tuesday around 2, I called to see if he was still coming out and he said it was going longer than expected but he would see if his GM could come out. I told him the issue I have is the fact the downspout is still on the back patio when I’ve sat around and waited for someone to come out multiple days and it needs to get fixed this week. We scheduled for Friday the 17th at 9 am and I confirmed I could expect both people and he asked what I meant. I had to explain again that the downspout location needed moved and that Dylan knows the project and where the downspout was supposed to go but the new crew member put it on the back patio and our first conversation Dylan said he could move it. Jesse said yes he couldn’t do that and would bring someone with him. The sales rep was great the lead installer was great but trying to get someone back out has been frustrating.

Absolutely horrible. Talked a good game about how much better they were then other gutters and then half assed the instalation that cost over 10k. Didn't replace the rotten wood behind the gutters when I was told they would. I'm sorry I got my mom to use leafguard. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Too many negatives with this transaction

Leafguard installers came to install gutters on a Sunday morning and were finished in four hours. They did the installation on a day when the windchill was in negative numbers I didn’t expect them to work on a day when it was so cold. The installation was completed two weeks ahead of schedule.

I love the gutter system and the quality. It is kind of pricey, but worth it if you live in an area that has a lot of trees and leaves.

Cost was way too expensive for me to recommend Leafguard to anyone else. I like the design and wanted Leafguard gutters and happened to have the money, but they cost almost half as much as I paid for the house. I don't think the average person would be able to afford Leafguard.

Even though it hasn't been long enough to give a full review in my opinion we haven't had enough weather to see the full impact, but so far the gutters seem to be working better than the pervious gutters that were on the house when I purchased it. So far satisfied and would recommend 👌

Just the overall cost could scare other homeowners

I like the gutters I only wish they weren't so expensive. I would recommend but not sure many people would choose because of the high cost. However, the gutters work great and we are glad we got them just wish we didn't have to go into debt to have them

At this point I can only speak for the appearance of this product. We havent been around to see how well it functions. We headed for warm wheather before the rains and snow hit the area.

Why am I getting leaves in my Leafguard gutters? I'm hoping the 6" gutters will clear the leaves. If I get a blockage, I'll be using the warranty.

Due to the inaccurate information provided by the salesman, the installation crew had to change the plan for the downspouts which will cause my gutters to not work as well as they could have.

It was a great service. They were on time, and it was done in a good fashion. They cleaned up well after themselves. I am totally satisfied.

I have not had the gutters long enough to tell how well they are. They are extremely pricey.

It was a quick and professional installation, and they cleaned up everything. They took down old gutters and installed new ones, and I couldn't tell they were in my yard.

Highly recommend them they are expensive, buy I hope in the long run I'll never have to get up there and clean them

I have a problem with the price, but love the product.

The salesperson was professional, it looks great and works as advertised. It's unfortunate the installers needed two trips to complete the job, left three trash bags full of decomposed leaves and sticks in the yard and on the patio for my wife and I to clean up, along with quite a bit of screws, metal hangers from the old gutter, and other pieces of metal in the yard

I thought the whole experience went well

We had changes made by the installing crew that were not what we expected from the estimator that we dealt with. These changes changed some of the scope of the overall job ie. (gutters on one building were made but not installed).

Not sure because we never received a copy of the contract & warranty. We are put off about that! Please call us! You have our number.

I was looking for a solution to my gutter cleaning several times a year. Leaf guard came out and explain their system and we came to an agreement on price. I’m only a couple months into it but so far I think I’m liking it. Every year I try to put something into the house to bring up the value in this year it was my gutters

Installation was extremely quick and the gutters appear to be working as advertised so far.

You guys really rip people off. I'm a senior citizen and I'm on a limited budgit. I felt like I got ripped off and the door things keep falling off.

We took advantage of calling some of your clients to get their feedback and I would be open to receiving calls to give our feedback. We had one of your LeafGuard signs at the end of our drive, but the wind carried it off shortly after it was put up.

We are not happy with the ice hanging over the edge of the gutter. We were not warned of this until after it was bought and installed.
