Quality installation with very helpful people

Highly recommend salesman was knowledgeable crew was efficient & knew what they were doing Gutters worked just like they were designed even though they are very expensive they work well I think I would let the customer know pricing sooner in the conversation so it’s known whether the client can afford them and neither are wasting their time Thank you

The rain water runs more over the gutter, than in to the gutter and down the downspouts.

Leafguard is a company I trust and their product works. I know, because this is the third house that I have used LeafGuard gutters on.

After the communication with the sales staff and the promise of how the product would be installed and what kind of material would be used. On the west side of my house, instead of using promised material they used what look like salvaged trash material. I had to call them back out to have it repaired again! Even though the second team did it correctly I had to oversee every single step! And then reviewing the rest of the system there are several screws missing better supposed to hold things to my roof. I just hope that the gutter system holds up to its warranty. Be careful with who your salesman promised and what the installation team actually does to your house.

The young man who came to explain the process was knowledgeable about the product, extremely patient with the questions we had & clear and easy to understand with his explanations.

Installers with better knowledge of downspout locations AND better understanding of aesthetic installation of the downspouts.

I told our sales rep we planned to paint the exterior of the house while also replacing our existing gutter system as we planned to go with a completely different color on the house's exterior. He assured us we should install the Leafguard system BEFORE painting the house, and he scheduled the installation for the very next day. We've since had estimates for the paint job, and in fact, we were advised the painting should have been completed BEFORE the gutter installation. It will now cost us more for the paint job because of the extra labor to cover the new gutter system. Additionally, I asked our sales rep twice for a business card, and he did not produce one. All we know is that his name is "Kyle". It seemed very shady to not produce the full name of the sales rep when in fact he was provided our personal financial information and making a sale for $25,000 for the Leafguard system.

Should have hired them first!!

I'll let you know later. It's only been 24 hours, no rain yet.

It is a great Company, especially the workers.Young but very respectful

Every stage of the process from initial contact through installation, completion and clean up was upfront and professional. If any of our neighbors at Heritage Ranch ask for a recommendation we will give the. Leaf guard.

Great customer contact service by sales representative and the installation person

The representative that met with us was informative, easy to talk with, and made our decision to purchase an easy one.

From start to finish, crew was clean and professional. Wish I could give them a 10+

The salesman (Brian) explained everything. The workmen did a great job and cleaned up everything. Happy with the results. Would recommend.

The water still runs off the peak of the roof causing pools of water beneath it. The concrete at the end of the gutter spouts does nothing to redirect the water so that the dirt is washed away from the foundation. I called regarding these issues and was assured someone would come and assess what needs to be fixed and 2 weeks later I have heard nothing from them. It’s a waste of your hard earned money!

More detail to work. Clean up all debris

I was sold on the quality and worry free maintenance that LeafGuard Gutters bring to my home. When I met the installers at the end of the day I was impressed by Osmin’s knowledge and attention to detail as he explained everything they did in the walk through.

The investment to protect the property with out having to worry of cleaning out the gutters

Co. gave a courtesy call to check to see if l was satisfied with the installation.

The design and heavy duty quality impressed us. The men had it done and everything cleaned up in less than 7 hours.

If you're going to get gutters, get them from the best Leafguard.

Everything about the entire experience.

Well I can't seem to contact anyone about a problem with the gutters. I was told that debris would enter the guttering but that has turned out to not be completely true. I don't seem to have a way to reach out and get assistance or at least a discussion on what can be done about the problem

The salesperson as well as the installers were very informative when explaining the product, installation and financing.

Only partial work is done! Marcus Powell didn`t have the complete work order, it seems! When Jordan came on April 22 and repaired the LEAKage of the New Gutter, I showed him the damage of something he had done! So he might have given some info to Joash and Marcus came w/ the elbow today!

Right after finishing the installation of the new gutters on March 11, I showed him that he destroyed the black pipe that was attached to the elbow near my patio side, he didnot have to pull that out and throw in the trash but he just went away w/o giving me any explanation.

I am an old widow living alone, did`nt need any new gutters, don`t know how I signed up for new gutters for my 43 yrs old house! NO WAY, I would have signed if I could think straight then! The family responsible for me knew about it, they were shocked, tried to cancel but I did`nt let them!
Godley Johnson is my power of Attorney now, Joash Fowler had talked w/ him, please call him 972 809 6560 and he will tell u what happened!
Any explanation about ALL the MESS I got into because of forgetfulness will be explained by Godley. He works at U T Southwestern but he will be glad to talk to u about how your sales Rep made me sign for the deal even w/o giving a QUOTE!!!

LeafGuard was unresponsive when I reached out to them because of an unfinished area on the gutters.

There was no rush and explained everything. I learned a lot about gutters. Didn't realize how much there is involving

The company involved is LeafGuard, located at 1475 Avenue South, Suite 300, Grand Prairie, TX 75050. I am 74-years-old and was subjected to questionable sales and business practices that raise serious consumer protection concerns. These practices included high-pressure sales tactics, potentially misleading representations regarding product necessity and performance, and pricing that appears excessive relative to the scope of work.

Professional and courteous and a good product!

It is the best system on the market and it is the best way to protect your home

Was told upfront about company and great service.

The leaf guard gutters are extremely attractive and made of high quality materials.. Neighbors commented on how great they looked.
The installation team arrived on time if not a bit early. They got to work immediately.
And their cleanup was excellent. It was as if they had never been here. I am very pleased with the product and sorry. I waited so long with flimsy crutty gutters before I installed leaf guard.

Everything went great from the initial meeting to the final install. Material is high quality and comes with a lifetime transferable warranty

Because the installation was so recent, I cannot attest to the results but the workmen were very professional and I was given a thorough overview as to what had been one and why. My problem is the lack of customer follow through. The salesman offered me a vacation package and I indicated that I was not interested because, at nearly 90 years of age, I no longer do any traveling. I mentioned the advertisements I had received concerning a $50 visa for having a consultation and, although he did not specifically say so, I assumed that I would be getting this. Instead, I received an email ( which I have not opened) regarding the vacation package. I have talked to various persons regarding this. The first person indicated that the visa would be given to me by the installation manager. When he came on March 22nd, he was unaware of the situation and called his supervisor who said that it was being mailed. On the following Monday I mentioned this to the man who called regarding my final Visa payment and was reassured that I would be receiving the Visa card. Nobody has followed up on this, which leads me to wonder what sort of service I would get, if there is a problem in the future. As an aside, I also wonder why, when the customer has to print the 30 page sales document, pages 2 & 3 are eligible

Was very pleased with the sales person Ayden, who was very professional and very knowledgeable about the scope of work required and the ability to meet or exceed my expectations on replacement of my home’s gutter system. I was additionally was very pleased with Josh, the installation technician, who completed removal of our 30 years old gutter system and replacement with the Leafguard product. The workmanship, professionalism and quality product of the whole Leafguard experience far exceeded my desires.

I’m still waiting for my first hard downpour of rain to see how they handle it but I’ve been promised they will handle it. They look great and are built very strong.

The product and the people. Price was a little high but I bought it.

They were professional and friendly. They explained what they were doing and very friendly

Quality, professional, knowledgeable and efficient and price is reasonable for the type of product offered.

It has not rained yet. It is hard to rate rain gutters when it has not rained.

on time and finance

Quality of product

Used product before on another home

They quickly did the installation. Right now everything seems to be great!

The whole process was quick and well done. Everyone was friendly and loved working with them. No regrets about our decision to have this done.

Great service just too expensive for my friends and family. They have all talked about me badly for what i paid.

WE already have and no solution

The process of getting everything approved for financing was great and the plans of placement were great. The installation of the downspout on the front of the house by our front door was not installed the way we had talked about in the paperwork when making the plans. It was installed on the front side of the brick coming down the wall instead of the side like we had discussed and is a total eye sore for the front of our house. I had also mentioned that we would be re-doing our flower bed/planter area next to that same downspout in the Springtime and it may change the height of the ground. I was told that we would be receiving a flexible bottom to accommodate for that as well. That was not done. The bottom of the spout is the same material as the rest of the gutters and sticks out past the end of the flower bed and onto the grass. The flower bed is roughly 3-4 feet wide so it's a huge bottom piece attached to the downspout to clear that whole flower bed. I messaged the sales representative that had set up the entire thing and she didn't seem like she cared much. She said she would look into it, and I still have never heard back after months. My husband was the one at home during installation while I was at work and approved the job before I got home from work; not realizing the plan was different originally. I am not unable to do the flower bed the way that I would like to because the bottom of the downspout is totally blocking it and is not flexible so unless I completely remove the bottom of the gutter there, I can't do anything with it. I mainly hate it because again, it's dead center in the front of our house and is a total eye sore. The sales representative and I walked through everything together and she had marked down on her map of the house exactly where we agreed to place things on that specific downspout, and it was not followed during installation.
