The rain water runs more over the gutter, than in to the gutter and down the downspouts.

Leafguard is a company I trust and their product works. I know, because this is the third house that I have used LeafGuard gutters on.

After the communication with the sales staff and the promise of how the product would be installed and what kind of material would be used. On the west side of my house, instead of using promised material they used what look like salvaged trash material. I had to call them back out to have it repaired again! Even though the second team did it correctly I had to oversee every single step! And then reviewing the rest of the system there are several screws missing better supposed to hold things to my roof. I just hope that the gutter system holds up to its warranty. Be careful with who your salesman promised and what the installation team actually does to your house.

The young man who came to explain the process was knowledgeable about the product, extremely patient with the questions we had & clear and easy to understand with his explanations.

Installers with better knowledge of downspout locations AND better understanding of aesthetic installation of the downspouts.

I told our sales rep we planned to paint the exterior of the house while also replacing our existing gutter system as we planned to go with a completely different color on the house's exterior. He assured us we should install the Leafguard system BEFORE painting the house, and he scheduled the installation for the very next day. We've since had estimates for the paint job, and in fact, we were advised the painting should have been completed BEFORE the gutter installation. It will now cost us more for the paint job because of the extra labor to cover the new gutter system. Additionally, I asked our sales rep twice for a business card, and he did not produce one. All we know is that his name is "Kyle". It seemed very shady to not produce the full name of the sales rep when in fact he was provided our personal financial information and making a sale for $25,000 for the Leafguard system.

Should have hired them first!!

The salesman (Brian) explained everything. The workmen did a great job and cleaned up everything. Happy with the results. Would recommend.

The water still runs off the peak of the roof causing pools of water beneath it. The concrete at the end of the gutter spouts does nothing to redirect the water so that the dirt is washed away from the foundation. I called regarding these issues and was assured someone would come and assess what needs to be fixed and 2 weeks later I have heard nothing from them. It’s a waste of your hard earned money!
