I told our sales rep we planned to paint the exterior of the house while also replacing our existing gutter system as we planned to go with a completely different color on the house's exterior. He assured us we should install the Leafguard system BEFORE painting the house, and he scheduled the installation for the very next day. We've since had estimates for the paint job, and in fact, we were advised the painting should have been completed BEFORE the gutter installation. It will now cost us more for the paint job because of the extra labor to cover the new gutter system. Additionally, I asked our sales rep twice for a business card, and he did not produce one. All we know is that his name is "Kyle". It seemed very shady to not produce the full name of the sales rep when in fact he was provided our personal financial information and making a sale for $25,000 for the Leafguard system.

Should have hired them first!!

The water still runs off the peak of the roof causing pools of water beneath it. The concrete at the end of the gutter spouts does nothing to redirect the water so that the dirt is washed away from the foundation. I called regarding these issues and was assured someone would come and assess what needs to be fixed and 2 weeks later I have heard nothing from them. It’s a waste of your hard earned money!

Well I can't seem to contact anyone about a problem with the gutters. I was told that debris would enter the guttering but that has turned out to not be completely true. I don't seem to have a way to reach out and get assistance or at least a discussion on what can be done about the problem

Only partial work is done! Marcus Powell didn`t have the complete work order, it seems! When Jordan came on April 22 and repaired the LEAKage of the New Gutter, I showed him the damage of something he had done! So he might have given some info to Joash and Marcus came w/ the elbow today!

Right after finishing the installation of the new gutters on March 11, I showed him that he destroyed the black pipe that was attached to the elbow near my patio side, he didnot have to pull that out and throw in the trash but he just went away w/o giving me any explanation.

I am an old widow living alone, did`nt need any new gutters, don`t know how I signed up for new gutters for my 43 yrs old house! NO WAY, I would have signed if I could think straight then! The family responsible for me knew about it, they were shocked, tried to cancel but I did`nt let them!
