The installation process was smooth, efficient and problem free. The new LeafGuard system looks good, but we've had no rain yet for me to make any assessment on how well it will work. However, I feel confident it will perform as promised or, if not, the company will address any issues that may arise.

On the outside looking in the work looks very good. Too early to say it was effective.

We like the look and sleek styling of the gutters on our house in addition to the fact that they do not require maintenance and come with a lifetime no clogging guarantee.

I was supposed to get a credit. After they installed my gutters, I have been having trouble getting the credit applied to my loan and with Leafguard. The issue is not getting resolved.

Cost to remove the old gutter from back of our house was way too high,500.00. We could have had it removed prior to installation if we had been told of the charge by the sales agent when he was here in our home

Great product looks nice functions as it should

Normally, I am very happy with LeafGuard of Columbus/Dayton's service. But the last gutters I bought, they told me one thing and did another. I have had them installed on six houses.

Why because of the price most could not afford it or would not pay the price

The workers were efficient. It didn't take long for them to get their work done. The gutters seem to be working well. The waterfall that was over the back porch has stopped.

They are expensive. We are surprised by the leaves we find in the clean-outs on the downspouts.

The rep that came out to give the quote was very thorough and honest. The gentlemen who came to install were very professional, nice, and timely.

I will and have recommend LeafGuard. The feedback I have received is in regard to cost. It's perceived as being too expensive.

The gentleman who came to the house and sold it to us was awesome. When they were going to do it I told them that I wanted to be here and they showed up. I got a message that said it was done. I waited and waited for someone to show up and walk around the completed job with me after they said they would be here to do an inspection. They have not resolved our issues as of yet.

I am likely to recommend LeafGuard of Columbus/Dayton because of the quality of the product and the installation.

We have recommended LeafGuard to others, but I must comment that they are concerned about the price, as were we. We do see the value of this product, though, and are glad we decided to purchase from LeafGuard.

The only issue is that the edges of the downspouts were leaking when it rained.

LeafGuard sales associate explains, in great detail, the difference in the competitors gutter and LeafGuard's gutter. The pros and cons are very educational.
