The salesman said they could fix the back of the garage so they could install the gutter there.
The crew said they could not fix it and after we had it fixed they would come back and install the remaining gutter to the back of the garage.

We feel that since we understood the job would be compleated and was not, we are intitled to a refund of $1,875. for the cost of someone else doig the job

They are the best, period.

After 2 weeks the downspouts continue to lay in the dirt and fallen leaves in the backyard. When the installers left at 2:30 on the day of installation they did not say anything. I thought they were taking a late lunch and would return to finish the job. They did not return and have not returned. The only communication on the unfinished project has been initiated by us - several times. It continues to remain unfinished as of today, 10/20/2026.

It’s wavy with a lot of unevenness. Noticeable but is on backside of house & garage. Gutter 4 not put into drain. Was run off house & run off pipe just laying in yard.

The original installation went by just fine. There was some issues with my house that needed fixed before the install could continue. Once this was resolved I had to call Leafguard 4-5 times to finally get someone scheduled to come out. On that day they were a no call/no show. It wasn’t until I called again that they promised they would be here the next day to do the install. Not holding my breath they show up tomorrow.

Yes I would definitely recommend Leafguard. They are very professional.

Professional all the way from the sales rep to the installation team. When all was said and done I knew I made the right choice.

The two professional guys that put up my gutters, worked primarily in the pouring down rain without stopping. They were very careful to pick up all parts pieces and nails around the house. As I asked questions, all were answered right away. Very satisfied. I just only have one negative and there's nothing that can be done about it other than it is very expensive to have gutters replaced!

I just purchased & had installed the Leafguard Sytem. My early impression is a good one. Salesperson showed me samples of what I was buying & it seemed to be better quality then what I've seen in my area. The installers were friendly & did an excellent job of installing & cleaning up afterwards.

The installation process was smooth, efficient and problem free. The new LeafGuard system looks good, but we've had no rain yet for me to make any assessment on how well it will work. However, I feel confident it will perform as promised or, if not, the company will address any issues that may arise.

On the outside looking in the work looks very good. Too early to say it was effective.

We like the look and sleek styling of the gutters on our house in addition to the fact that they do not require maintenance and come with a lifetime no clogging guarantee.
