I have been dealing with them for two years. They refused to work on my house. When I finally got it done, they lost most of my belongings. They have been arguing with me and harassing me. My insurance paid them, and they still haven't given me my settlement. They have been harassing me and causing me and my kids stress. I am a single mom of two kids, a 7 and 9-year-old. I have anxiety attacks and harassment because of them. Tomorrow will be two years.

They had great customer service. Their team was great, great communication, and the people were friendly.

We hire a GC to handle all coodination so that we dont' have to do it ourselves. We don't mind paying the extra markup for this, but if it doesn't happen we are paying to babysit.

Lawton came out to my property during the midst of one of our worst storms on record. My newly purchased home was the victim of some of the damage occurred during the storm and these guys came in ready to go, even during the storm, and got my home restored to a safe state where the damage could be confidently addressed. These guys are really great, going above and beyond what they were even required to do, I felt like I was in great hands during a very stressful situation.

They did good work when they were here, but in the middle of our job they switched project managers and never notified us, until a week went by and I called to find out what was going on, the was told by the girl answering she didn't have our file anymore, after a few other calls I finally got to talk to the new Proj mgr. Also, when I questioned a couple of items worth a few hundred dollars on their detailed list that they did not do but were charging for I.e. to name a few, moving furniture, assembly of a bed, there was no bed and my husband and I moved all furniture. and wanted it adjust, the new proj mgr, adjusted all the other prices that we approved before to make it over the amount than we were asking to remove.

They lost items. It was such a nightmare.

This company has zero integrity. Unanswered calls and text. Charged for items and services not provided. (charged for 2 bathroom renovations that they did not do) and the quality of work is atrocious. They sub-contract out to the lowest bidders. (Floors/drywall/kitchen)

It is two because they didn't start when they said they would and didn't finish close to on time, and I had a hard time getting a response back as to when they were going to come back and finish.

Overall, Lawton did good work on the cleanup and mitigation after our house fire. The only hiccup was that after removing the doors which were to be saved, they left them leaning against a wall, which warped all of them. (Doors should be stored laying flat on the floor.) Therefore we had to pay for new doors.

This is by far the worst company I have ever worked with ever!!!! They weren’t responsive they took forever to do anything. They don’t tell you when they show up. Their lead manager was very inappropriate with me. I can’t begin to explain the literal pain and suffering I experienced with this company. I had to fire them for so many reasons I can’t begin to list.

I will refer and recommend you. I have already left a public review online including on Yelp.

You were slow to start, slow to finish, and outrageously expensive.

I thought the workmanship was really good. They delivered what they were supposed to. The situation was that someone took out the corner of my house and I was scared that it would not match, but they done a good job matching it up.

I worked with Chase. He was very professional. I had to call back about a few things and he promptly answered me. He came out and corrected a few things for me. I was completely pleased with him.

I was very happy with how Lawton Construction handled most things, except I do think I should have got back alot more of my things, instead of saying it was smoked damage.

The work was done in a timely manner and the quality was good. If I had any issues they addressed them in a timely manner and to my satisfaction.
