Quality product and overall positive experience when working with Reunity (sales, installation and office).

We were disappointed that we were requested to sign off on an uncompleted project.

Paid a lot of $$$$ & we are having to dump a lot more $ to finish this project. For almost $24 grand I should have a completed master bathroom! Flooring is now concrete.. had to put a stupid shower curtain.. list goes on>>

Existing power panel was at max capacity. A power upgrade to accommodate the new WIB was assessed inaccurately. The total cost of my new WIB increased by $13,000 on account of this, but I assume partial responsibility for this as I chose the premium package offered by the electrician who arrived on the first day of installation; nonetheless, the basic package for replacing my power panel would still have been a considerable increase to the cost of the project. I've always loved the brand Kohler, but had I thought a miscalculation of this type could occur, I would have consulted WIB competitors before closing a deal. An electrician should do a power assessment before a contract is initiated.

Electricians arrived late on the first day of the job which delayed completion by a day. The lead installer, Leonard, was friendly and very hard-working, but he was under stress as his assistant, Alfredo, was new and could only help minimally.

There was no supervisory walk-through/inspection at the end as offered on the day of the sales pitch.

Install team was very professional. Fernando is awesome, better communication with the customer about lead times and options would be helpful.

Sales people should try to listen to customers wants and desires rather than push product. This is a low to medium grade product. Custom work can be had for the same cost, but perhaps not the same ease.

Reunity did a beautiful job. Their people were very polite and very neat.

Really liked the way my tub to shower job came out. Highly recommend them for future jobs.

Let’s see: there is a small chip on the tub and I did not order scratch and dent tub. Floor was dented getting the tub upstairs. Problems with plumbing that I did not have before. This is has been a negative experience all for $35k.

If we were to show the remodel to others right now, it'd be easy to recommend but it's a little premature. I expect we'll be able to provide better information after several months.

I feel I got lied to about the final price and monthly payment. If I could go back I would have never done this project with Renuity.

Installers were meticulous about making sure none of the debris from removing the old walls was contained. They also were meticulous about installing the new walls and plumbing accessories.

The sales rep, Cale, came to our house on time. He also made sure any initial questions and follow up questions were completely addressed in a timely manner.

The installers were fantastic. They spent time explaining the process to me.

Their people are so friendly and professional. They’re also very patient in teaching you how to use your new spa tub. Their work is exceptional.

Very professional and on schedule

When we spoke to the salesperson in our home. He promised us that the complete cost would be. $16,000.
Yet, the complete amount owned was 19,900 ! This after I paid a 10,000 down payment.
Also, we asked the salesman about turning the space that the old shower was in.. to turn that space into a linen closet.
Which he said the people can do.
Yet, once the people came here and finished the new shower they told us they do not do that.
SO WE SRE NOT HAPPY!

There were problems with plumbing and we had to ask them to replace all the green board instead of just half of it. To their credit they fixed the problems. But we were out a bathroom over the Thanksgiving holiday.
The personal is very friendly and helpful. Our experience was just very frustrating.

The sales person,Eric, seemed experienced, knowledgeable and mostly believable (I never fully believe a sales person). The contract was thorough and contradicted only twice what Eric stated.

Ashley, the Reunity contact person, contacted me as per the contract requirement, answered my questions and informed me of the start date. Later, after the shower was completed, Ashley again answered a question I had! I enjoyed speaking with her.

Finally the two man crew that installed the shower were great! They did quality work and kept my house and work area clean! Additionally they were courteous to my AH neighbor that I KNEW would attempt in some way to hinder the project. Sorry I have such an AH as a neighbor.
