The window is very good quality. They were professional, good, and patient putting it in. I have no arguments. They are pretty good.

Poor communication and concerns over the completion and lack of consideration and inconvenience to my work schedule.

Great work excellnt product

I have had several jobs done by Kubala Home Improvement, and I have been exceptionally happy with their services.

This is the fourth time I’ve used Kubala. I’ve purchased a bay window, a slider, a door and two large windows. I’m always more than satisfied with the communication from them, the installers and the product. The work is done efficiently and they clean up after themselves when they’re done. I still have additional windows that need to be installed and I will definitely use Kubala. They’re great from beginning to end!!!

This is the second project I have had done by Kubala. Fully satisfied with all the work they have done.

The whole process was very smooth and not complicated. Derek, the rep was extremely helpful and very informative. He went through the entire process with us and explained everything in great detail. He was also just very personable and great to chat with. He even stopped by the day of the install just to see how everything was going. We also spoke with Joe Kubala on the day of the install because there was a slight mixup with the order, but it was taken care of immediately, and in the end, we are greatly satisfied. The basement is so much brighter and cleaner looking with the new windows. The install team was extremely professional, and they cleaned up after themselves very well.

They came to the house professional but with a fun personality, We were able to talk to them as a friend without judgment of our concerns no matter how big, small or silly they may have seemed. The Kubala team takes the time to show you what you would be receiving with prototypes which is wonderful for those that need visual examples. They communicated well and often through text, phone and in person. They kept the working areas clean and safe and made sure we were satisfied before they left. Overall, a wonderful experience. We are so grateful to them for this much needed upgrade to our home. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their windows! Just do it, you will not regret it!

I am an elderly woman, and Kubala Home Improvement went out of their way to help me. I was supposed to take down my own curtain and blinds. I was unable to do that, and I didn't have anybody to do that for me. They took them down, and when they were finished, they put everything back up to how it was supposed to be.

The Kubala staff were always very professional, answered all of our questions, easy to communicate with and did an awesome job.

The overall experience was really good. They explained everything up front, completed the work when they said they would, and the cost is what they said it would be.

Recognized Excellence - From the original call, to the salesman’s visit, all the way through to the installation everyone we spoke with at Kubala was incredibly professional and helpful. A special thanks to the incredible Installer Aaron!! He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and we were amazed at his work and capabilities to move a massive picture window alone with no damage we saw to either the old window or new one. We just had Kubala replace 21 windows in our home and we couldn’t be happier! From our first meeting and assessment with Derek we were blown away. Derek was wonderful to work with. He took time to give us options that would work for our home and was not pushy at all. We had another window company come out a few days prior and it quickly turned into the salesman shaming us for not replacing our windows sooner and trying to pressure us into a sale that day. Derek was the furthest from that and was a breath of fresh air. He really sold us on Kubala, and as we met more and more of the team we were convinced we had made the right decision. The windows are beautiful and Serge, Aaron, and Egor did a fantastic job on the install. They were friendly, quick, and took great care of our home. The house already is quieter and warmer. We recommend Kubala for all your window projects!

Kubala Home Improvement did a great job from what I've seen so far. They still have to bring a couple of screens back too, but they said it'd be a few weeks. It should be anytime now.

Kubala Home Improvement did not do a very good job cleaning up, but there was snow on the ground, so they did not pick up the scraps.

The teams communication was fantastic and I was always up to date on how the process was going. I myself will be looking to reach out again in the future for other window or door needs.

The reason I did not rate recommending them to a friend a five is because of the sales tactics. I didn't like to have to make a decision that day to not get a 10% increase; other than that, they did great.

Everything about my experience with Kubala has been positive, and I will talk them up at the slightest opportunity with friends, neighbors, and workplace colleagues.

I was impressed by not only the door, but the quality of the storm door outside was much better quality than I expected. Overall, we are very happy about the entire process and quality of their work.
