One of the worst experiences of our lifetime. We were duped, lied to, and made promises that were never kept. Ken Vona did not care about our budget, he did not care about our schedule, and would never come to the project site unless he was forced to by us and others. The arrogance and ignorance displayed was off the charts. Do not hire Ken Vona to build a dog house.
