I liked the fact that it was easy to communicate with K-Designers. I have no complaints. Everything was perfect and I love my new windows! The workers were polite and cleaned up after everything was completed.

Communication with anyone at the company has been terrible. They are unresponsive. And the windows we got were not as promised and the handles don’t match our other windows as we requested. And they are supposed to replace the handles but it is going on 4 weeks now and we have been unable to reach them despite many many messages.

Feel like I got bait and switch buy sales man. Because the windows I got sold on were not the windows I got installed.I had the installer put them in because was tired of the run around. Not being told what was going on the previous 3 weeks. My self having to call and find out what was going on. The only people I feel that did there job to perfection was the install company. I told them I would pay for the windows when finished in cash but they ran a credit account on the purchase anyway stating that the way they do it. Then having to sign more paperwork to do a cash sale instead of using the credit line they forced was treated me to apply for. The salesman man was supposed to give me quotes on the other windows so I may purchase and do the install my self, but not follow up! Don’t think I’ll be doing that! Not happy of how I treated. On patio doors thescreen in closrd position shoud not hacve it's frame esposed so tht view thru the window is unobstructed.

Very professional worker and great customer relations. Very happy that I picked K- Designers.

Communication between the lead contractor initially and us was poor. This breakdown amounted to me taking over the relationship between the day-to-day contractor operations. This was not the intention of having a full service company coordinating our renovation. It should be mentioned that once the initial lead contractor handed over communication to someone else in your organization, the relationship improved immensely.

All of my concerns were addressed and satisfied.

Ok the guys were very nice but not very professional in some areas. #1. Cleanup we’ve got a lot of pieces of leftover construction pieces all around the exterior of the house, including nails and screws.
#2. They started out great filling trim with wood filler then they slacked off. ( I was gone the second day d/t my wife having surgery) on Tuesday when I returned from the hospital, the guys were just finishing up… in a hurry to leave it seemed. Then I started noticing things… I had to pound in nails where things weren’t properly finished. I don’t generally complain but, I feel like doing 10 windows in one day is pushing it. It would have been better to slow down and finish each room completely and then moving on. In their haste to leave a few items were left behind.

I will not!!

I never could get someone to return my calls. When I finally got a response, they hadn't even ordered the damage panel.Yet when they want something from me I get at least one email a day.

Based on the professional work, materials and even the assistance with shower design,value of remodel, would highly recommend this company!

i would happily recommend you guys if you got the work done sooner. t took two months to do the glass so we could use the shower which was originnaly done well,

They were great to work with. The whole team was very friendly and helpful. Any issues that I had were taken care of before work was started. Gavin, and Oscar were great to work with. I would definitely use them again on other house projects that I will be needing. They started on a Monday and were done with everything on Friday however I changed a couple of things do they stayed on last day to finish everything up. Great team!!!

Sales men were describing what I have to do for the remodel. One would ask me a question about my preference and the other would tell me how to answer. Then when the installer came out, he didn’t know what to do. He was asking my wife questions that he should’ve known. The whole point of this project was to custom cut the slabs to fit our bathroom but there is an inch of space where the installer used some sort of goopy filler instead of cutting the slabs correctly. He cut into the bathroom bench in a jagged way but went too far so he had to use the goopy filler. The edges of the shower look horrible and pose a danger to our toddler. On top of it all, we were told if we signed the contract by the end of the week, we would have the shower installed by Thanksgiving. We didn’t get it installed until mid January. Really bad experience to get a sub par “custom” shower

Adam Heyne was my sales rep and he was amazing!! The crew that put on my siding were totally awesome. They answered questions, showed me what they were doing and why. I now have a beautiful home that I get to share with folks. If you're thinking about putting on siding, K-Designers are your ones to do the job!!

Terrific installation tech. Very proficient, very knowledgeable and very precise.

The installation went smoothly, and the installers were courteous and professional. They answered our questions that came up as the installation went along. The installation was meticulously performed with good quality.

Though it did take slightly longer than expected, but that was most likely due to the changes I have made.

They showeded up about the times they said and communicated schedule differences. Did job just fine.

My windows have less tint now. I don't feel like they are as energy efficient as my old ones. I can't really get a rebate as my windows don't qualify for gas and only the small rebate for the power company. Then, I can't get the one for the power without the square footage. I asked for it, but never received it. All of my windows were put in opening the opposite direction. We'll, except for one that we definitely needed changed.

There was no initiated contact from K Designers following the sales rep coming to our home. Weeks passed between us signing the contract and getting anything scheduled. Our first install day, I had to take PTO to be home and the installer was a no call no show. When we got it rescheduled again, they canceled on us the morning of. Third time was a charm but the person who ordered the materials didn’t order enough or the toilet and we had a 1/2 finished job for almost another month. The office had very poor communication, and when we called the office day was very unprofessional and flat rude. The administrative side of things was a mess start to finish, though the installer did a lovely job I cannot recommend anyone else have this experience.

We have an issue with an area of siding that we have requested be addressed. Our project was completed in October and we have repeatedly requested that someone come and fix it. We have sent pictures ,text messages and made phone calls and still at 2 months no one has been out to look at it! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
