Work Done Right
Work Done Right - Mr. Jemar said he would have someone come out, gave me a time, and that guy was here right on time. It was going to rain that day and I had some shingles that had blown off to roof. It's a high roof. His name was Roman and he went up and looked. He took a picture, which made me feel good. He could have told me anything. He showed it to me and told me they had to be replaced. I asked if it was going to take a long time and he told me he could have it done in an hour. He went right to work and he did. I am so pleased. It did rain and it rained a lot. It seems to be fine. I checked by looking up to my cling and going outside and looking and it seems to be fine. I am very pleased!

Areas For Improvement - 1) My project was rescheduled, 2) There was no communication for weeks when I hadn't picked my shingles yet, 3) They left 10+ nails in the driveway which would have given my car a flat tire if I hadn't noticed
