Great team and really did a terrific job.

I'm STILL waiting for my window installation and every time I inquire about them I never get an answer back other then "that's a separate contract". I signed this contract with Coastal Windows and Exteriors and as your name implies you are still responsible for the installation of my windows whether it's a separate contract or not. It was all part of the same job which is still not yet completed. We had to call the electricians back because the original crew left some of the wires hanging from the house. A different crew came back in a timely manner and finished the job properly and they were dissatisfied with the previous crew. The exterior siding itself was done very nicely and I'm happy with that. But I've inquired at least twice now about the windows with no response.

From the initial inspection to the final walkthrough communication was excellent. The crew arrived early and completed the project the same day.

They were proactive in reaching out to me to bid on a venting project for which I received wildly different bids. They were not the lowest but they were by far the most professional and most prepared to do this particular job which required high exterior work and knowledge of proper venting techniques.

The workers were well supervise and monitored during the whole operation. The lead worker was very skilled and was a longtime employee or the company. He took charge in doing many of the involved areas of the work himself but it was observed there was constant communication by the other workers on the job with him for advice before they proceeded with their work. There have been many compliments from neighbors on the wonderful job done and the fine clean up when the job was completed.

The entire experience was positive, professional, timely and gave me a sense of confidence in them as a company.

I wanted to put up a new light outside because they were putting in new soffits. I ordered the lights from Amazon, but there was very little clearance—I didn't account for the soffit, so what I bought was not going to work. They went to Home Depot, bought two lights, installed them, and set them up high so I could actually see my address on my porch. Everything fits beautifully the way they did it. That was something extra they did.

180 Contractors did an outstanding job re[lacing my roof and replacing the siding on my house. It took two days to totally remove and replace my roof and 4 days to totally remove and replace the siding and install new gutters

It was good. There were just some issues until we really agreed on what needed to be done. It was a repair job, and the person who looked at the task at hand didn't have enough experience. However, in the end, everything was settled and completed as I wanted.

All members of the team were friendly and more than willing to accommidate my needs. they were all prompt and helpful.

Our Sales Rep Mark D was very knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and organized. He and his team always returned my call promptly. The installation team got the job done in one day to my satisfaction. They offered great options for financing, and the owner even followed up to make sure the work was done well. A local company, they have a great website and printed materials. Would highly recommend!

Communication - With the snowy, icy, rainy weather we had through the winter, we never doubted that we had been forgotten. Michelle kept in contact with us throughout until the weather cleared long enough for our siding job and then soon after our roofing. She answered all my concerns throughout with a response time of under 24 hours. Roger, as well, communicated with us prior to our siding install in which he did an excellent job. And then supervising his team of six to finish our roof in one day! Excellent job done by all.

Budget

Budget - They stayed within the budget they quoted us, which most would agree is not what we expected being that the old roof was Old! No made up charges.

Value

Value - Yes, their price was substantially lower than 3 other bids I received, using the same materials and doing the same work. No extra fees, nothing hidden

I would highly recommend this company. So amazing from start to finish. My job wasn’t that big but there was no pressure to give me anything but what I initially wanted. All involved in the job were courteous and professional and after job was done a rep came out to make sure everything went well as far as installing and cleanup and to my satisfaction. So happy with 180 Contractors!!

They came out to the house, evaluated the problem, proposed a fix, provided a very reasonable quote and completed the work in short order and never tried to ‘sell’ us more than what was needed!

When we got a quote for siding from 180 Contractors, my main concern was a couple of bedrooms upstairs that were very cold. We purchased the highest quality siding with insulation and were told we would notice a difference in those upstairs rooms. However, we have not. They are still freezing-cold in the winter.

Great from first contact to finish

180 Contractors recently completed the placement of my roof. Initially I met with Ken, Project Consultant to review the options available to me. The informational materials presented were extremely concise and helpful in making an informed decision. Ken brought samples of materials that would be included in my selection. He was also very knowledgeable in the financing options they offer. I was able to provide the information to apply at that time and received a loan approval, so we were able to move forward with the scheduling of the project. Kudos to Al, Production Coordinator for keeping me informed regarding the installation timeline and Jerry, Project Manager for the installation team. With the colder weather closing in, I was grateful they were able to complete the project in one day. The communication provided by all was exceptional! I highly recommend 180 Contractors!!

I think they did an excellent job. They came in and completed it over two days. They cleaned up afterwards. We were concerned and nails because we have dogs, but they took them all with them. It was a quick and easy experience.
