Communication - With the snowy, icy, rainy weather we had through the winter, we never doubted that we had been forgotten. Michelle kept in contact with us throughout until the weather cleared long enough for our siding job and then soon after our roofing. She answered all my concerns throughout with a response time of under 24 hours. Roger, as well, communicated with us prior to our siding install in which he did an excellent job. And then supervising his team of six to finish our roof in one day! Excellent job done by all.

Budget

Budget - They stayed within the budget they quoted us, which most would agree is not what we expected being that the old roof was Old! No made up charges.

Value

Value - Yes, their price was substantially lower than 3 other bids I received, using the same materials and doing the same work. No extra fees, nothing hidden

I would highly recommend this company. So amazing from start to finish. My job wasn’t that big but there was no pressure to give me anything but what I initially wanted. All involved in the job were courteous and professional and after job was done a rep came out to make sure everything went well as far as installing and cleanup and to my satisfaction. So happy with 180 Contractors!!

They came out to the house, evaluated the problem, proposed a fix, provided a very reasonable quote and completed the work in short order and never tried to ‘sell’ us more than what was needed!

When we got a quote for siding from 180 Contractors, my main concern was a couple of bedrooms upstairs that were very cold. We purchased the highest quality siding with insulation and were told we would notice a difference in those upstairs rooms. However, we have not. They are still freezing-cold in the winter.

Great from first contact to finish

180 Contractors recently completed the placement of my roof. Initially I met with Ken, Project Consultant to review the options available to me. The informational materials presented were extremely concise and helpful in making an informed decision. Ken brought samples of materials that would be included in my selection. He was also very knowledgeable in the financing options they offer. I was able to provide the information to apply at that time and received a loan approval, so we were able to move forward with the scheduling of the project. Kudos to Al, Production Coordinator for keeping me informed regarding the installation timeline and Jerry, Project Manager for the installation team. With the colder weather closing in, I was grateful they were able to complete the project in one day. The communication provided by all was exceptional! I highly recommend 180 Contractors!!

I think they did an excellent job. They came in and completed it over two days. They cleaned up afterwards. We were concerned and nails because we have dogs, but they took them all with them. It was a quick and easy experience.
