It has been a problem since; they are supposed to come back and fix the bathroom because they messed it up. The walls are not level, so I cant put any doors in. I am unable to use the bathroom for a month since. I am still waiting for them to come and fix it, and they were actually supposed to come today, and they canceled again. The people that they hired locally are not showing up to work. They had nobody to come and fix the walls today, so that I could actually use my bathroom.

The value of lifetime warranty makes up for communication / cleanliness issues. All the installers were very professional and seemed to care about doing the job right instead of fast.

At our sales meeting we told Luke it would likely take 2 days, and he listened to us. Then we were rescheduled to a 1 day install, cancelled that morning, rescheduled again for 1 day which stretched into 2, causing my husband to miss two days of work total.

I like the shower they put in and the worker was very courteous and kept things as clean as possible.

The guys were very polite and did a great job; it took them two days and had a lot of repair to do at first but they did a fantastic job!

I love the new fixtures and the shower itself BUT the drain is to deep and you can't seem to fix it. The seat that was put in is extremely slippery and difficult to use as a seat. Our shower door is leaking and it's only been in for a month. We called for help and we are snowbirds and it takes to LONG to get something fixed. They also somehow got glue on my tile floor which was difficult to remove.

The response after the installation is very slow.

The salesperson as well as the installation people were extremely knowledgeable friendly and professional.

Costco vendor, higher end Quality, dispute resolution through Costco if necessary. The staff are attentive and the ones I had experience were good.

I am not satisfied or happy at all with the amount of money that I paid for into this. It doesn't work for me.

The job is not finished. Drywall work not done. Bathroom door is still propped up in bedroom.

Initially I wouldn't give Jacuzzi 0 stars. The supervisor came, and I started asking questions about a strip on the floor next to the bathtub. Come to find out, the tub looked small; I didn't question the size of the tub. The installers installed a smaller tub, and the strip was to hide where there was no flooring there. Why didn't they tell me initially that the measurements were wrong? I would have had to stop the work and start all over again if the supervisor hadn't come out.

I believe the cost of the shower conversion is to high.

They were very professional and very careful with what they were doing. The first two guys who came out to take measurements came up with a good idea about which side of the shower to make the adjustment on, since they had to do some work on the wall.

Your product is as good as you advertise.

My check was processed twice within 3 days which could have been financially embarrassing. They discounted the job $500. for that. The workers were here 2 full days. They should not advertise a 1 day project.

Damien and Sabrina were extraordinary in their work and attitude. Both were very likable and informative during the process.

The sales person lied about what it would cost. He doubled the price. He lied about the non-slick floor.

I will not recommend Jacuzzi to anyone. what a rip off !

When the guys came, they were very professional and laid plastic on the floor from the front door to where they were working. They always asked to use the water from the kitchen sink. They had to leave and get some more board; Marcus continued working while the other guy had to go get the board. They worked hard from 7 Am to 7 PM. Eric Woelbling was excellent also; he demonstrated and showed me different pieces of color for the wall and different types of fixtures. They all did a wonderful job. Renee was the project manager; she gave me her contact number and said if there were any problems to call her and if I had to leave a message, she would get back to me. She answered all my questions. I let her know of all my allergies and she had them bring the air scrubber; she was excellent.

I had no problems with the local company. They were great. The company at large has real problems with their notification system and it was very disappointing.

The salesman did not go over all details of the installation, and I was unaware that the walk-in shower did not automatically come with a door. I did not know that I had the option of getting a shower rod or a door. I would have preferred that he discuss that with me. I assumed all walk-in showers came with a door, so now I'm having to have them come back to put a door because they gave me a shower rod. If he discussed that option with me, which I would've liked, we could've prevented this. I prefer he discuss that option I have when getting a shower if I wanted a rod or door. It would be nice.

The installation was done very professionally. I am very happy with my investment with the exception of a few small things.

From start to finish, Jacuzzi was very open and upfront about everything. The installers, Jonathan and Aden, were there every step of the way with the removal and installation.

They came at 8:30 in the morning, and they left at 1:20 the next morning, and I didn't think that was okay.

The bath is beautiful. But they had to come out to replace my bath caddy insert because the first one was installed damaged. The process of removing the damaged one left scuff lines on the wall panel. While there is no damage you can feel from the scuffing it is visible. On the day of tear down they had to stop as we found a leak. I was told the plumber would be at my house around 1. He didn't show up. Customer service didnt know anything about how to contact him. He showed up at 6 which I wasnt expecting and thankfully was still home.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel has lived up to all that their advertising said they would do.

The two men who installed my new shower were friendly and courteous. They covered a path to the bathroom to protect the floor. They worked steadily and efficiently. They had suggestions and kept me informed about their progress. The shower looks great and I am very pleased.

The crews arrival time was right on que. The two teams worked together with extreme professionalism, and the work was done well. The quality of materials are beyond what I expected.

They exceeded my expectations and the installers were fantastic.

They were very prompt in arriving and very thorough in what they accomplished.

We were very much pleased with the entire experience with 2 exceptions. 1) We are supposed to get a Costco shop card and I requested that we receive a plastic card. I have been contacted twice about the shop card being digital. We don't have a digital device, so that is a problem. 2) Jacuzzi's advertising is somewhat deceptive in the timing. The installation was in fact done in 1 day, but we waited about 8 weeks for the installation. The advertising leads one to believe that the entire process would be a much shorter time.
