I needed a handicapped bathroom and it's suiting me well.
It went smoothly and efficiently.
Completion of installation in a day the quality of the Completion and the look is wonderful easy entrance and exit none slip floor and many other things like the grab bars located to my satisfaction
Very professional work, clean and fast.
The person who came over introduced us to the products clearly and concisely. He helped us quickly understand different products. The installers were super clean and put tarps out so they wouldn't track dust or debris. They did a good job.
It is too expensive for what you get. The quality is not worth the expense.
The installation and timing were great. They did not install what was in the contract.
Still waiting for my shower. No eta yet. Jacuzzi dropping the ball.
I was under the impression the installers were fully trained and all work was professionally reviewed, that is not the case, and I felt extremely dissatisfied after learning this.
Because it was supposed to be done in 1 day and it wasn't.It was done like in 3 days .The two gentlemen that were doing my bathroom did a wonderful job.
Jacuzzi was great; they did everything above and beyond my expectations.
Sales rep was thorough in explaining process
The product quality and the finish of everything are 10 out of 10. The project or production teams handling of the project are a 2 out of 10.
I am very pleased with the way the workers worked. They got the job done and it's nice. I only had one complaint, which is about a shower rod, but hopefully somebody will call me on that.
When the commercial said done in one day, I didn’t believe it, but it was done in one day
There were a numerous issues - communication was bad. I reported a couple of problems online and to a rep on Wednesday. No one got back with me.
The big issue is something I noticed after reporting the previous ones and is far the most concerning.
The insert is noticeably crooked. A level confirms this. This needs to be resolved.
They were very neat and professional and we thought easy to work with - We love our new shower and it will be easy to clean and as we age it will be helpful to have a larger shower with grab bars.
I M extremely likely to recommend Jacuzzi to people. I have all ready recommended you (Jacuzzi) and your product to my sister.
The work looks fantastic and work was quality.
The installation was ok, but it’s been almost a week and no one has called or come back out to finish the job. A wall was put up, but it’s only dry wall. It needs to be finished and painted. I was told that someone would contact me, but so far I have heard from no one.
The installer was horrific. It took four days to complete the install. Originally it was told to take a day a day and a half max.
No communication with the customer was a huge downside.
I would highly recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel. We absolutely love our new shower and it was completed in 2 days! The crew was amazing and made sure to check with me throughout the process on all decisions. I also appreciate the attention to detail, for instance we had a bulk head above the ceiling that could not be removed. They were able to customize the material to wrap around that part of the ceiling and it turned out amazing.
They were very good. Everyone was really professional and nice.
It was really good.
The material product is great, so far at least. The install was waaaaaay over the expected time at just over 12 hours - we were told to expect 6-8 hours. The install failed to properly secure the pipe coming out of the wall that the shower head is on and required us to call your techs back out. When I booked the appointment, which they gave me a confirmation number to, the tech never showed. To make matters worse the manager said there was no confirmed booking for me even though I had the confirmation number. I came to learn that my appointment was just never put in the books, but they gave me a confirmation number for the scheduled appointment. All of this after your staff verbally slammed all the other 'similar companies' out there that are doing shoddy work. I have to ask you all, what do you classify as shoddy work; because your staff displayed shoddy work a number of times.
Excellent workmanship
When it comes to major work like remodeling or bathroom rennovations, it can get complicated. When there is a different person from the contractor to the one who supplies the materials. Having things from one source makes it easier to work with maintenance in the future or if you were to have an issue. Rather than chasing down someone else, you go to one place to get it resolved.
The workers were highly skilled and did an outstanding job with their construction. I highly recommend them.
It is not
The installers were very polite and accommodating. Worked quickly and were able to finish the project in just one day. The finished product was amazing.
The measurements are off! The ceiling and the wall panels are not even on the side. The front of the base does not look good at all.
The installer did a wonderful job, and I am completely happy with the result, but the helper who was with him bought the floor protectors, and they were disgusting. I mentioned it to Ethan. They were stained, ripped, and hadn't been cleaned in a while. It was pretty bad. The quality of the floor protectors was my main complaint. I got a couple of scratches on my floor. I can probably get them scrubbed out, but it was pretty disgusting.
After I paid and before constantly calling texting every single day even after I tell them I already spent 25k on dam shower
I was impressed with the overall approach the workers took to doing and completing the job.
The installation was great and the guys were good. The follow-up and clean up people do not show up.
I am not happy with the job.
My experience was when the first team came to tear up and install, they ran into a problem with a code violation due to my foundation. The builders used total concrete, and I live in a first floor condo. All they told me was that it was a code violation and to contact Little & Young, my HOA. I went round and about multiple times, and the only information I got was to contact my HOA. I understand they could not do anything for me at the time, but I felt that it could have been communicated to me better.
I appreciate all of the work and quality, but there is a leak in the bathroom. I am not sure where it is coming from. They haven't finished the work they said they were going to. It's been two weeks since they left. I called them twice, and they responded once, and I haven't heard back from them since. The rack they brought was too big, so they had to order another one. They left the one that was too big here, and were going to take it back once they installed the new one, but they havent been back.
There is a design flaw. The window was not framed. I knew the wall side would not go as high as the top of the window but the window should still be framed. It looks incomplete. Picture a framed home window without the top part of the frame.
I thought it was more expensive than need be
I will recommend only if Jacuzzi has backing of Costco. That is the only reason I felt comfortable.
So easy with a great finished product. A little messy though and definitely expensive.
Installer was very polite and efficient. He did his work in a timely manner.
The work that was done does not reflect the price that was charged. The wall behind the toilet was not supported it was only siliconed. The wall was able to move and the silicone came apart. There was an open gap between the shower and the mirror. The faucet was loose after the job was done. The water pressure coming out of the faucet for hot water has no pressure. I spoke to the worker about it and he stated that was normal. The water pressure before the work was done was strong on both hot and cold water.
Better communication and follow up
I tried asking questions about the water pressure change and got ignored
I chose to get it, but other people can make their own decisions.
Double check products before they are loaded on the installers truck. We were given the wrong shower door and the seat was missing. Thankfully the warehouse was only 15 minutes away. We asked for and were quoted for a seat and was sent a picture of the final shower look that had the seat on it but it was not in the final paperwork. It was quickly resolved by ordering the seat but the install was pushed to the next week. When the second install began and when it came to the shower door , it was the wrong door; a stationary glass wall with a single glass door. It did stop the install for about an hour till the workers went back to the warehouse to get the proper shower door.
Communication is horrible and scheduling a less than robust process
