Looks really nice. Love it and installers were very kind and asked about positioning of hand rails etc.
The craftsmen that installed the shower were absolutely professional in every way. Their measurements were precise, the materials they used were superb, the installation was perfect, and they left no mess whatsoever to clean up. If I decide to do another bathroom, I'll request them again.
Cost and quality
Installation process was terrible. Contract was signed & deposit paid in May. After being rescheduled 3 times, job was finally completed in August. Customer service was nonexistent. Will NEVER use Jacuzzi again.
I needed to have a complete redo of the shower, and the redo took over six months to complete. We're happy with the final result, but it just took a long time to finally get done.
The installation per contract took 4 days total and 2 visits. Everyone from installers and that I talked to on the phone were very nice and helpful. The shower itself turned out great. Just a couple frustrations with getting information on when the second visit would happen, and then not explained we did not qualify for 0% 12month loan, it ended up being 15% interest. We had to pay it off faster than planned.
Left work incomplete and pressured me to sign completion paperwork with incorrect timestamp based on the verbal promise of a follow-up appointment. I had to make multiple customer service calls and ultimately e-mail a national Jacuzzi executive to get this matter rectified. Since being introduced to Raymond he has been an excpetional communicator, but the lengths I had to go to to get basic follow-up are absolutely unacceptable. I would never subject a friend to this.
My remodel started on July 1st. The crew arrived and removed the existing garden tub and shower combination. They waited for the plumber to show up and finally left early afternoon. The plumber showed late afternoon and informed me that a shower vent was needed (not something they would do). With the holiday weekend I was not able to contact a local plumber until the following Monday. Once I contacted the local office, they scheduled their plumber for July 14th.
Went the shower vent was completed on the 14th around noon, I called Jacuzzi to inform them I was ready for the followup installation. The person answering informed me someone would call back. I waited and on the 16th after not receiving a call back....called once again. Same person, someone would call back. On the 20th, I called again and was irritated and upset due to no response. The third call, same person, finally got results.
She scheduled a follow up crew for the 28th. They arrived and didn't do much, advised a plumber was needed before they could continue. They did leave a contact number for the plumber. I called the plumber and he said he would be here on August 3rd at 9 am. At 9:30 I called and he was on an emergency, would arrive late afternoon. He didn't show up and no one called to advise me. I attempted to reach the plumber and his voice mail was full, so I tried a text. He did answer the text and would be here on August 4th. I received a phone call from office staff advising he had an emergency and would be here at 3pm on the August 6th. They also set an appointment for installation on August 7th.
On the 5th, Joe (the plumber) called and asked if I would be home between 6:30 and 7:30 that evening. I said yes and he did finally show up about 7 and after about 45 minutes completed his task and left. The on the 7th, the crew of the ( Ian Goad, Keith Wilks, Teo Montes) showed up and completed the final phase of the remodel.
I do have to say I am pleased with the work done by the final crew and love the final results. It was an ordeal getting to the end though.
The advertised 1or 2 day installation did not happen. From July 1st until August 7th is definitely a 1-2 day install.
The bathtub removal and shower install was impeccably completed in one day. They vacuumed inside and didn't leave a trace of anything outside. I was truly impressed with the workmanship and professionalism of the crew.

Some of the quality is not what I expected. The spigot looks really cheap. They did not use copper piping and used PVC instead. I expected higher quality. They were nice and did a good job, but did not tell me to remove things from the shelf in the bedroom. Things fell off those shelves and broke, and it damaged some furniture. They were a little pricey also.
Everything. Was the best experience I’ve ever had. So beautiful. Jonathan E and Mark E were so kind and professional. Explaining every step. I absolutely love it. I am 70 and had an 18 inch high tub was so hard and dangerous getting in and out. Jacuzzi Bath was worth every dime. I love my new shower. Five stars is not enough.
For the money paid to this company I would expect much better communication. The time it took to get my project completed, with no communication is not acceptable. Apparently "missing parts" - but, of course I did not know this until I started making phone calls.
Not craftsmanship. Damage to existing tile floor and baseboard. Caulking residue on glass doors, walls and shelving.
See the responses below.
The whole bedroom was coated in dust. The floor was sealed without cleaning a footprint off so the dirt is sealed in! And the job took six months to complete. Awful communication and incomprehensible behavior. The only reason this job was finally completed was us involving Costco corporate. Costco intervened on our behalf.
Yes I would recommend Jacuzzi Bath for remodeling.
Very poor communications
Amazing! I have had a lot of work done over the years around the house, and this is the best job I have ever seen. I have no complaints.
Both gentlemen who were here were great, kind, and polite!
My particular installers were very good, professional, and very helpful.
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel did a good job.
The young crew that did the installation was fantastic. I tried to go online through Google and give them an attaboy, but I can't get on there. They were fantastic, the two guys that put the jacuzzi in.
A waste of money! I can’t believe Costco supports this company!!! Very disappointed with the whole situation
Jacuzzi provided a very good service. They were timely, polite, clean, and did a job well done.
They have a great quality of work, and they got things done in a timely manner. They have really good customer service too.
Everyone was fantastic. They explained everything, and we're very pleasant. Answered all my questions.
The two men who came are professional and well-mannered. They were methodical and easy to talk to.
They did the job in a timely fashion and did well on the clean-up afterward.
They were on time and very courteous. They showed great care about house such as floors and door.
Everything was fine.
Great service and professional installers.
Took almost two months after we placed the order before they began installation.
The bathroom is beautiful. It turned out beautiful.
Not every one can afford it,
My experience was wonderful.
I wouldn’t recommend mostly because the price was so high, and the communication was almost nonexistent.
After agreement was signed, I was kept updated often with where we were with tbe process. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable. Clean up was done very well. Love my new shower.
The price was more than I expected
The quality of materials and the communication.
Installer forgot to come back and finish the job. The floor looks lousy.
They seemed to have done an excellent job.
I foudn the communication to be very poor. The products and everything were fine.
Debris and dust from demo was left all over walls, window , mirrors , toilet and floor. Access panel behind tub was taken off and not put back and there was broken up plaster on floor along with dust from demolition that wasn't cleaned up. Also in the basement same thing. Called twice on it and still no one has called me.
When I called customer service the second time I also told them about the caulking being sloppy and in some places not smooth and also on the window corner caulk did not cure so it was coming apart.
Now when I was in the room with the Access panel there is a crack in the wall all the way from the access panel to about 6 inches from the ceiling. Also there is a crack from the shower wall that extends at least a foot. Also since things were not confined to one area there was dust in front room and stairs. All over everything.
There are issues with my installation. I would like to talk to someone about it.
1. Set the appt for the salesperson to come to my house, and explained I would like to spend no more than 1hr to review products and make a decision same day. He then spent over 2.5hrs before getting to the product review, regardless of my prompting to skip the 30min company history speech.
2. In spite of the explanation of the process and communication flow, I have been in the dark on status updates and next steps. I purchased in March, and it was explained that I was looking for the install to be completed by end of May. They just finished at the end of July.
I spent 3weeks contacting the customer service line before reaching the local install manager team, just trying to learn why the manufacturing took 4months instead of the two months promised
3. Two separate occasions, estimates came out and took measurements. Then during the demo/install, the plumber discovered a pipe he had to move that would've left a 3" hole in my roof. Another week of delay trying to get a roofer coordinated. Wish that was figured out when they were assessing the job.
5. I still have not received any word on what glass manufacturer is supposed to be doing the doors.
6. Because this has now taken almost 3months longer than expected, I have lost multiple months of rental income. Extremely displeased with the delays, the zero effective communication from Jacuzzi and the real 'not my problem' feeling im getting from the company. Dont feel taken care of as a customer, at all.
I am very skeptical about the quality of my shower. On the 3rd day of having the shower part of the bracket that is supposed to hold up to 400lbs came apart. I alerted Jacuzzi and have yet to receive a response. Very disappointed.
We were told by the salesman that the new shower and fixture would be EXACTLY like our old ones EXCEPT they WOULD be new!
However, our old shower hardware was replaced by Jacuzzi Brand Hardware with is NOT and does NOT work the same or even as well as our old fixtures. These following fixtures are not EASY TO USE!!!!! Difficult to set show water temperatures to likable levels. Kinda like the ones in cheaper hotels! The hand shower is difficult to position very precisely. The fixed shower head is NOT one which allows for positioning and shower water patterns like our old ones!
In short the Jacuzzi hardware is cheap crap with no ability for the user to set water temperatures, shower, types and/or patterers to the users liking!!
Everybody that I worked with, Keith and Matayo, the people who installed it, were easy to work with. They found something they didn't like with the quality, and they went to the shop and brought back a new wall.
Employes was hard working, knowledgeable and courteous!!!
