It is very, very expensive.

The new shower does not work and getting Jacuzzi to fix it has gone nowhere.

The customer service and call backs were terrible. Sales person, was just that. Took the order. Didn’t explain options. Never returned calls or texts.
I called numerous times to get quotes on shelves, answers and spoke to multiple people and I had to initiate calls to get answers. They were nice, but never got results.
The scheduler was the person that got my grab bar shelf ordered.
We are in Montana for the spring, summer and fall. So we have not tried the shower.
It looks great.

I would not recommend Jacuzzi for lack of customer service or follow up on such a big purchase.

The people were very nice and explained things very well. I was thinking about putting in a bathtub even though I don't take baths. The salesman said to do what I want, and when I sell the house, whoever buys the house can put in what they want.

They did a very good job; we are enjoying it, and it was a great improvement for our home.

I wouldn't recommend them to a friend. I wouldn't want for them to end up in a situation like I did. The salesman gives you bad information for you to go through with the idea. It's another story once you go through with the deal.

They were fine. The quality was good. The people were excellent. I enjoyed dealing with them.

The only reason I have given them a 5 is that they do not include a shower door when they do a remodel. I love my shower, but without a shower door and trying to find someone who can do one, that has been a problem.

The contractors came out and began the demo and did a great job, but when it was time to install the shower floor, it was the wrong one. The drain was on the wrong side, so they had to stop. Day 2, the floor didn't get to the house until around 11:00am, so they were only able to place it and run the water lines. Then, when it was time for the shelves, we didn't receive the correct amount of shelves and were missing the foot bar; instead they sent 2 grab bars which we didn't order. Bottom line, they weren't able to finish until around 5:00pm the 3rd day.

The craftsmanship is on point. Khalid and Jay'o, the installers, were very professional and courteous. They got the job done in one day.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel did an excellent job. I am very satisfied with the results.

I am happy with their baths. But I am not happy with what I had last year as opposed to this year. What I got last year was not a Jacuzzi Bath door. Their consultant said it was not one. Why would they sell me a door that was not Jacuzzi Bath? I am very unhappy about it.

We wanted a folding bench for our shower as discussed with the designer, but was not installed.

Tv adds show 1 day install ours took 4-5 . At demolition our shower head was taken. The Jacuzzi shower head is not acceptable. Demolition dinged a few things. I was told at time of final payment those things would be cured by a 3rd party service. Not heard from them. Makes me think I should not have made final payment.

I appreciated all his work; he really did do a good job.

It's a beautiful shower and the installers were conscientious.

We would recommend them. One reason we like the Jacuzzi is that it is all in one. The installer knew electrical, plumbing, and such. We didn't have to have outside people come in. We have only used it once because we had to go out of town, but I was very pleased when I used it.

The fellows were great! New bath is fabulous - except they didn’t clean the silicone properly and I’m dealing with the mess on glass doors

There was not one part of the installation that I wouldn’t recommend to a friend. Especially bc of Phoenix. It couldnt have gone more smoothly.

Everyone at Jacuzzi has been friendly, from the sales guys, to the installers, and to all the people answering the phone. However, once my shower was installed, Jacuzzi really became uninterested in helping me. I have installation issues and damage to my bathroom walls that need to be addressed. Today is three weeks since my shower installation. I am still waiting for Jacuzzi to do something about the wall damage. I have called many times. Every time, I am told someone will call me back. That never happens. A Jacuzzi employee did show up a week ago to address the installation issues, but that person said he was not told of the wall damage and could not repair it. During the sales presentation, the salesman told me that if I ever have an issue, all I have to do is call Jacuzzi. That just isn’t true. I even called, and emailed, the salesman, and he never responded. I like my shower, I like the people, but Jacuzzi really doesn’t seem to care about customers once they get payment. And for a shower replacement that cost me $17,000 I expected more in customer care.

The work was done quickly.
