Kady the sales person was awesome. Actually came to the house a 2nd time when I was not real sure about the wall color I originally chose.

The shower install is great, but the shower door was a problem from day one. It was installed incorrectly and when fixed, it we continues to leak water.

I'm still not satisfied with the shower yet.

The work was done in an excellent manner..from start to clean up..it is SO BEAUTIFUL..THANK YOU!!

I so appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of everyone throughout the process of one tub shower and one shower. Was very happy that Travis did both installs. He didn't assume the placement of bars and shelves. There was going to be a fold down seat in the shower. There was a problem with plumbing from a 1999 remodel. We talked about it, he showed me other places the seat could go. In the end I decided to cancel the seat. It was Friday before Labor Day. I made the call to get the change and was told it would take 24 to 48 hours. Travis made a call and when I signed the completion we could see the change had been done. Also very surprised how good the floors in front of the remodels look. This was not a spur of the moment decision. Have been wondering for several years about doing Jacuzzi showers. The old tub had a chip and needed to be replaced. When I walked into Costco and saw the Jacuzzi display decided to ask questions. Took 2 days to think about it and went back. Best decision ever.

Lots of reasons explained below but lack of communication is my biggest complaint. My entire career was spent in the customer service aspect & if I didn’t return calls or listen to my customers concerns, I would be called on it. Your customer service people only give you the information in the computer & do not take it to the next step. I never got a return call as promised‼️. DONE🤬

The end result is beautiful but there were some frustrations along the way. We were told it would take one day but it took two. Also, we are still waiting for a curved shower curtain rod in brushed nickel, as ordered.

Quality materials were used, workmanship was exceptional, and overall end result was as we had hoped.

Installed the shower doors correctly on the initial installation. Offer more variety on color options. The option shown on tv was not offered. Cost is very high when compared to Eestshore or Kohler.

I had a friend coming from a nursing home to stay with me. I needed the job done as quick as possible and your team made it happen for me!

I felt the salesman was conniving. He promised one thing and didn't deliver on it. He promised a reduction in price by $2600.00 in his notes and kept his notes. The bill didn't reflect the reduction. I had to fight to get half of that, and I got $1300.00 off.

Jorge was the only professional, quiet, well-behaved installer in the crew. The other workers in the crew have behavior issues.

It is hard to figure with free installation included, the cost of my mid-size walk-in shower, could have had a starting price of near $27K before being negotiated to down to what was/is and incredibly costly price of $19.5K after seeing the actual materials and fixtures used. There is no way conceivable that the materials and fixtures costs were the sole driven reason for the initial price or the negotiated price.

Guys were very respectful. They kept the mess contained to the bathroom & cleaned up great after. They also explained everything they were going to do beforehand.

Definitely would recommend. Good quality materials and excellent installers. Only negative was lack of communication between sale and installation. The Date of installation was a month later than planned with no explanation. Otherwise a great experience

The installer was very courteous, nice, and explained himself. He did have some technicalities because they had to reorder replacements for the top and bottom. It took a little linger than I anticipated, but they did a good job.

I waited almost two months when the salesperson told me it would take three weeks. They told me the order was completed wrong. They were trying to give me chrome when I asked for nickel. They said 3 weeks to have a shower head delivered from New Jersey. Why pay $17,000.00 when I can ship something overnight? They said 3 weeks to have it shipped to their warehouse. They also told me they have a warehouse with everything and professional people there, and everything would be installed in three weeks. When they came in to deliver things, it looked like they picked it up from Home Depot. I have pictures of everything. They were not even professional. They looked like random people from the street. One piece came in chipped; he said not to worry, it would be covered. One guy kept slamming my door. I didn't say anything. I didn't want them to get mad and mess up my piping. The caulking wasn't done correctly. They said they would be here at 8:00 or 9:00 and came at 11:00 or 12:00. The last day they left at 8:30 at night. The first day they took a two-and-a-half-hour lunch. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

The team that came to remove and install the new tub/shower combination were courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient. They protected our entry area and stair carpeting so very well it was a joy to have this Team in our home!
