Johnathan, was our builder, he was excellent. He and Josh were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, they absolutely did a fantastic job. Our shower is beautiful and we will certainly enjoy it for many years to come.

Excellent workmanship.

I had my tub/shower converted to a walk-in shower and am very happy with the result, the process, and the crew who worked so efficiently and skillfully. Felix, Raul, and Michael were a great team. Not only was my project able to be scheduled sooner than first anticipated, but once the ceee got here, they were amazing and completed a quality job in just two days. They didn’t rush, they just worked efficiently. Plumbers, permits, and inspectors were scheduled by their team without any glitches. I love the way my new shower looks and am looking forward to having future guests in my home be able to use it.

The professionalism, courtesy, cleanliness, and consideration shown by the crew were outstanding. The job could have taken two days, but they arrived at 9:00 a.m. and made sure to complete the entire project in one day. The job was completed at 10:00 pm.

It was a great experience from the beginning to the installation.

After my bathroom was installed, I was very pleased. However, the rod was extension and not mounted. I speak with a guy name Elise and he expressed I will be compensated for the miscommunications that was written down. I have not heard back from anyone

Very pricey, to expensive! Since it was supposed to be no installation cost we expected way less.

My experience was great. The technician did an excellent job and I was well pleased.

The only downside I had was that they do not provide the glass surround or doors. I had to get another company to come, and that took another 3 or 4 weeks.

Project took too long to complete from the sale to the completion. We were told it should be installed in 2 days, but it took 3 whole days They should have sent a crew of 2 persons for this project which required a lot of tile removal and replacing some studs on the external wall.

It was pretty easy to do. The preliminary screening and the gentleman who came over to do the initial project survey were very concise and patient and explained it to my elderly parents for their bathroom, and they were able to answer every question under the sun. It took three hours, and they had a lot of questions, and they were comfortable sitting down with us to discuss it. The guy who came to help us with that we really appreciate.

I thought the installers were kind and professional and on time.

The shower pipe on the wall is much higher than the previous one. I have trouble reaching it to use my handheld shower. I have called the install manager and he said he would forward my issue to someone to call me. I have been waiting for a week or so and nobody has called me. I have trouble taking my daily shower and need this fixed.

The two installers were absolutely fabulous. The shower is beautiful; the quality is wonderful.

They did everything they said they were going to do.

The only thing I had a question about when they were installing it was the shower doors, because they were really expensive, and I could get them equivalent at Home Depot for a lot less. That was the only thing, and I tried to get him to come down on it, but they said no. They started off at 2,000 and up for shower doors, and I thought, wait, that's a little bit too much. Other than that, I'm satisfied with the job they did and everything else like that.

Price, time to completion, quality of materials, and communications were not up to advertised expectations.
