I think they were very late in responding to our request for the project. They were four months late. They didn't do their homework and get permission from the HOA. We weren't happy with the delay.

Very professional and the work went very well. We are very happy with our product.

Whole process went smoothly. All involved were courteous, respectful of property and professional.

I had a superior install team who got the project done in less than a day. The quality is good.

The install took 2 days, which I would not have minded, but they quit at 2 pm on the first day and then whrer here unti 6 pm the second day to finish up. While they did put down mats and plastic up, we had a fine film of dust tythrpupout our entire bedroom area whih I am srill trying to clean up

Everything was going really well, I thought, until right at the end of the installation, the installers discovered that they sent the wrong sized door for my new shower! So this installation had to stop and I am now waiting for an additional 3 weeks for them to manufacture another door ! Meanwhile I have a plastic shower curtain on a plastic curtain rod that I have to use in order to take me shower. I am not happy about this at all!! The lady who took the original measurements is at fault!

We were not given a choice of faucets at any time and the faucet we got is horrible in that one can't have low flow hot water.

I am still waiting for my shower door.

They did a great job, but it's expensive. We were very happy with the work.

I was surprised at how well it was. I had never used Jacuzzi Bath before. My sister used Bathfitter, so I knew about her issues with them.

The technicians and designers were great!

The guys worked really hard. I have an old house and don't have drywall. It's concrete rebar. They worked all day one day just tearing it out. They came back the next day and installed it. They worked really hard.

They did a great job. Joe and Cody were awesome. They were professional and answered all questions.

They were really good at coming in and spending time with us to explain every detail of the remodel. The salesman was very informative and patient with all of our questions.

The preparation of materials was lacking. The installation didn't go as smoothly as it could've. I have about $1,000.00 worth of work that I have to pay for to finish this job. They tore into my closet and we have to pay extra to have them finish that up. It wasn't very pleasant.

I was very thrilled with the installers and the customer service representatives. I wasn't really happy with the salesperson. The order wasn't correct, and it took a long time. It took two months, and we called to find out it had not been ordered yet.

I would not recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel because I assumed I was having a licensed contractor install my shower. Later I found out the person that installed it was a handyman.

They were very efficient.

The products are overpriced.

In the master bath we had the tub removed the existing shower removed and a larger shower installed. The crew arrived on time, put carpent and floor covers down, covered the counters with plastic sheets and started the demolition. Once completed with that phase part of the crew left and two workers remained prepping for the new shower. This was a two day project, which we were highly impressed with, they took the time to ask questions and share their thoughts about other projects and how it would work for us. These two workers are very qualified and professional in their work, clean up was very good. I would highly. Recommend their services for the remolding.

I was pleased with everything: the way they handled it and the workmanship.

They do not do what they say they will do. You sign a contract to have something done, and they do not do it. That leaves a bad taste in your mouth. They did not do what they said they would do for me, so I cannot recommend them to anyone else. They did not do what they said they would do. I am very frustrated.

I was misinformed on what I would be getting.

The salesman didn’t communicate with us as the installers were doing their work. What was said was not followed thru. Beautiful work by the installers. .
