I had a part ordered, was told 2-3 weeks, never showed up till 4 weeks later, when something is ordered and doesn’t show up at time told a text or phone call would be nice, knowing the disposition of the item is important instead of calling and getting “ we will call you when part comes in and set up a install date” I didn’t appreciate that answer, I had prepaid my order in full, felt like I was put off.

The products look great and the installers , Jonathon and Juan were friendly and worked very hard

Install went fine but took 2 days to complete.

They need to have a better communication system in place, I explained that the shower was still leaking between doors so they sent a different agent to fix the problem but it only worked for a couple of days. The original platform was not placed correctly and the drain was not draining properly and we still had water on our floor. So to me the pan was not properly installed. Plus I have to call again because the edges of the shower wall need to be re-sealed with caulking.
Debating whether to bother calling.

The salesperson was not completely upfront about how much money was needed down. I do want to recognize AJ Woods, Isaiah Hides, and the two other team members who did the installations. I also want to recognize Brittany Vasquez from Jacuzzi’s customer service — she’s the one who called the sales rep, Brian Morrison, and found a last‑minute replacement for the reconstruction after they finished installing the shower. That team of installers and Miss Vasquez should definitely be recognized.

On time and completed in two days. Always put floor protectors down and cleaned up at the end of the day. I don’t know what more they could have done!

I was satisfied on every single level. The workmen who came out were absolutely fantastic. If I were going to recommend Jacuzzi, I would specifically tell people to ask for Lorage, the man who did my bathrooms, because he was absolutely phenomenal.

The sales rep that came out to show you their products was nice, but wasn't very educated on how they do things and missed up the measurements. So had to wait for someone to come out. And remeasure, it took them 6 months after that to come out and install my new shower.

Recommended with a warning to absolutely insure the specifications are correct. Take pictures of the proposed specifications. Pictures saved one of our two problems.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel had poor communication, and the quality of work is not the best.

The first time your installer lied to us that the color they brought was what we picked out. He said it was Crystal Frost which it was not and we told him it was NOT! He said we picked it out from a small sample and you really can’t tell what color it is. We complained to corporate that we have the wrong color!! They were very kind and they gave us a case number. John Hocking called and said he was ordering the correct color for us. They came August 5 and installed it . It looks beautiful!! We are very pleased now. Thank you for excellent service! They did such a neat job the second time. 😊 We think Ken Jefferies is an excellent salesman. He was very kind and helpful. He likes to see his customers satisfied! Which makes your company have better business. 😊

Quality of work by installer was very good. He , Tuff, was a young guy but really knew what he was doing. I’m very familiar with this type of work and was impressed with his organization skills and work knowledge.

The salesperson represents one thing but we received something different. Primary example the shower was supposed to be larger but she submitted smaller measurements for the installer. She also stated the glass enclosure would be at no cost.
