My installer Michael did a beautiful job and I love my new walk in shower.

They advertised one to two days; it was significantly higher than other bids I received. The crew installed everything and on the second day when they were finished, they called me in to look at the job and it all looked great. They tried to turn on the water and nothing happened. The master plumber installed the diverter valve 90 degrees out. Credit to the crew; they did the best they could to try and figure it out but I am the one who saw the issue. They had sealed the wall and knew they had to take everything apart again. I was told by the crew I would receive a call from someone. I never hear from anyone. Two days later, I called and they said they would get back to me. I told them I needed it fixed and fixed now; I had been out of a shower for a week. I expected a significant discount on the price. They did come out the next day to fix it. The problem was not that they messed the work up; the problem is that they would not contact me. After two weeks they agreed to knock $1,000 off. At this point the product looks good and works well. I am happy with the result and it works and looks good. The fact is they drug their behinds without customer contact. I called the salesperson to ask for him to call me back immediately and I never heard from him. Overall, the lack of response has caused me to have no respect for them. If I had ever treated one of my customers the way they treat theirs, I would no longer be in business. Our reputation was word of mouth and our quality of work. I never had to advertise.

I love my new shower; I feel much safer in it. I am in my 70s, and I appreciate the grab bar and seat.

They are expensive.

The sales rep that came out was not very knowledgeable about the installation. He told us that the corners of the wall were fused together and not caulked which turned out to be not correct. The finished product does not look like what you see in the pictures that Jacuzzi has displayed.

They came out from 8 AM to 8 PM, and they told us to wait 24 hours to use the shower. After 24 hours, the shower would not work. We have called, and they had to send out a plumber. We could not shower for days.

I like that it was a one-day turnaround. I didn't want to have my bathroom shut down for 2 or 3 weeks. If you want something simple and fast, jacuzzi is the way to go.

The 2 gentleman who installed our 2 showers were super and had fabulous customer service. The job on both showers was above fabulous and zmy husband and I are very happy with the finished work.

Overall, the installation from Jacuzzi Bath Remodel was good. At the very end, the installers did not remove my towel rack and left it not in perfect shape when they left. They did not tell me that the towel rack was still loose. Communication and customer service were not where I expected them to be. I called three times to get someone to help me out, and it took me reaching out to the salesperson to get someone to fix it. They bounced me around, and I got a case number, but still I have not gotten a call. Even after the towel rack was fixed, I expected a follow up call to apologize for how it went. The installers seemed to think that the big advertisement is getting it done in one day instead of focusing on workmanship. I overheard them talking to a supervisor who came to visit to see how things were going, and the focus of their conversation was being number one in the nation. The focus is getting the job done in one day, but for me, I was very shocked that they would leave something unfinished and expect someone else to follow up and take care of it. They just left, and I discovered it myself.

I enjoyed the men who came there. They were decent, very respectful, did not curse, which I appreciated, and everything went according to the way they wanted it to go; it was perfect.

My friend just got theirs.

The person that installed out bath tub was complaining the whole time installing. Was not happy about being there on the phone all the time talking to people. Didn’t even tell us when he finished the job had somone else come and tell us. Did not clean the basement after making a mess. The caulking job sucked. Didn’t nail down wood by the base of the tub. Overall crappy…

I really liked the product and that the weight limit for the wall seat was 600 lbs. I paid $6000 more than the next bid because I was told the installers would be well trained AND THEY WERE NOT. They were TWO HOURS LATE the first day & made no acknowledgment of this let alone apologize. They could not have been 25 yrs old and neither introduced themselves to me. I finally told the girl my name & then she told me hers. When I said the other looked very young she said "oh he's done a few (and then immediately corrected herself to "some") of these." Two older guys came to check on him a couple of times & I heard the kid call someone a few times to ask questions.

The technicians that put in the tub were Cameron M. and Terrick P., and they were really great! They were very informative. They asked questions and got answers from me and my daughter about how we wanted things done. They did a great job!

Still have not made any repairs to a crack at the top of one of the wall pames

I wish the installer had been more vocal on the placement of the chair. I put it in the middle instead of the end. I wish he had more feedback; he just said, "Whatever you want to do." It was a bad decision on my part.

The work is of quality, but the salespeople are awful. It's like a flim flam. They were terrible.

The plumber left stains on my tile floor that were diffucult to remove. When I asked if permits had been pulled he said no because the city did not answer the phone. My hand held shower head did not work and no one returned my request to have it looked at for more than four days.

The installation was easily accomplished in 2 days. My satisfaction with the product used is fantastic.

Joshua C & JJ were very conscientious and were very concerned with doing the “Job Right.” They were very willing to let me know what they were doing, any surprises they encountered and how they were going to address it. They worked tirelessly and were extremely concerned about keeping the house clean while they were working. I think they did great work, and others who have seen the Shower Surround have used terms including “fantastic, gorgeous, beautiful, transformative, and really pretty.” Amazingly, it really does completely change the way the entire Bathroom looks.

They were very professional, cleaned up all the mess and worked till almost 7.

I was very happy with what they did. The problems that we ran into were solved.

Initially I wouldn't give Jacuzzi 0 stars. The supervisor came, and I started asking questions about a strip on the floor next to the bathtub. Come to find out, the tub looked small; I didn't question the size of the tub. The installers installed a smaller tub, and the strip was to hide where there was no flooring there. Why didn't they tell me initially that the measurements were wrong? I would have had to stop the work and start all over again if the supervisor hadn't come out.

Damien and Sabrina were extraordinary in their work and attitude. Both were very likable and informative during the process.

The sales person lied about what it would cost. He doubled the price. He lied about the non-slick floor.
