I was very happy their work and they only took 1 day

I’m currently scheduled for the forth time to have my shower done. Three times our shower pan has been made wrong. Three times I’ve had to rearrange my schedule. Three times I’ve had take my belongings down to prepare for the install.

I am likely to recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of St. Louis to a friend because I was very impressed with the perosn who came out to sell it, the installers, and the final product.

I haven't used it that much to finalize my opinion.

They were very helpful and very good at their job. They finished the work in one day, just like they said they would.

They were very careful to not get dirt on anything and put runners from the door to the bathroom to walk on. The workmanship was excellent.

All is great. First used on Monday 2/9/26 was very nice. Young men who worked on installation was both very pleasant and professional. Work continually and kept me aware of what and why they were doing. Michael and Tommy are welcome back any time.

the after-installation communication was awful. I could not get answers to questions for over 3 weeks. First no one was available, after that no one would respond to calls

Price is too high.

Gavin and Kenny did and amazing job my wife and I love it.

The installers were informative and answered any questions we had about the product and the installation. They were done with the full installation in one and a half days. We are very pleased with the whole process.

I wouldn't recommend the company because it did not work out like it was supposed to. We're satisfied now but we weren't satisfied while it was going on.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is very professional.

The crew just wasn't as thorough from start to finish as sold. Their cleanup was minimal (we should have expected that I guess) and we had to clean up a lot of demo debris in our basement.

Very disappointed in my install

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel did a great job. I am impressed. My house is old, and I was worried about them taking down the old tile. They did a great job making things fit and sturdy. It helped with weight issues in my bathrooms. The project only took two days. I was surprised. The shower is lovely. I have good water pressure, and it is easy to clean. I have recommended Jacuzzi Bath Remodel to friends.

It took all day. They did a beautiful job, except they got here at 7 am and left around 7 pm. It was a tedious day. They worked straight through.

The area was not cleaned very well. Water stands on the seat. There are questionable areas in the caulk that concern me.

Best decision going with Jacuzzi.

The craftsmanship is not what I thought it would be from a company like Jacuzzi.
