Initially I wouldn't give Jacuzzi 0 stars. The supervisor came, and I started asking questions about a strip on the floor next to the bathtub. Come to find out, the tub looked small; I didn't question the size of the tub. The installers installed a smaller tub, and the strip was to hide where there was no flooring there. Why didn't they tell me initially that the measurements were wrong? I would have had to stop the work and start all over again if the supervisor hadn't come out.

Damien and Sabrina were extraordinary in their work and attitude. Both were very likable and informative during the process.

The sales person lied about what it would cost. He doubled the price. He lied about the non-slick floor.

The quality of work is excellent but it is pricey.

When the guys came, they were very professional and laid plastic on the floor from the front door to where they were working. They always asked to use the water from the kitchen sink. They had to leave and get some more board; Marcus continued working while the other guy had to go get the board. They worked hard from 7 Am to 7 PM. Eric Woelbling was excellent also; he demonstrated and showed me different pieces of color for the wall and different types of fixtures. They all did a wonderful job. Renee was the project manager; she gave me her contact number and said if there were any problems to call her and if I had to leave a message, she would get back to me. She answered all my questions. I let her know of all my allergies and she had them bring the air scrubber; she was excellent.

From start to finish, Jacuzzi was very open and upfront about everything. The installers, Jonathan and Aden, were there every step of the way with the removal and installation.

They exceeded my expectations and the installers were fantastic.

Thr. Shower is beautiful. The problem is i have vback to back bathrooms in my home and now water pressure in other bathroom is diminished and some grouting came loose also in that bathroom

They did an excellent job. We are very satisfied with it. The guys who were ere did an amaing job. I would hire them again. We have already shared them with other people at our church. This guy asked my husband if we got a new shower and he asked what they cost, and they were amazed that we got it done. His wife is jealous. They did an amazing job. It is so easy to get in and out of to take a shower, and give my dogs a both. It is just amazing.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the flimsy panels. Salesperson said they would be thicker than the samples she brought, they were not. Very over priced.

Sales person ordered the wrong color of material but the installers reinstalled the correct color and we’re just so so very friendly and professional thumbs up for Gavin and Ernest

It’s a beautiful functional shower

The sales visit was good as well as the 3 day install it took to do the 2 bathrooms (tub to shower conversions). There were a few issues that were discovered post install and it took 3 weeks to get the plumber out to fix them and we have since discovered that there is water leaking after each shower at the bottom of one of the shower doors. They should have fixed it when they were here the first time. The installers had to cut a 20"x20" hole in the drywall in our bathroom (to fix an issue they did) and we ended up patching it --- but have not been compensated as they said they would.
There is a consistent lack of follow-up from Jacuzzi and I have had to call them numerous times and all they do is apologize ---- just need Jacuzzi to take care of the issues. They do not call back when they say they will.

When they sold the job, they said they would clean up after completion. There was so much dust left all over the house that we had to do the cleaning. One of the pipes rubs against a sewer pipe in the basement. Also, the tub is so slippery that we have to be extra careful.

The installation crew was awesome. The customer service from Jacuzzi was quite lacking.

They did a perfect job. Every detail is amazing. They left room cleaner than when they arrived. They kept me informed.

We are elated with the installation and quality of the merchandise.

The workmanship was very good and very professional. Excellent.

I was very happy their work and they only took 1 day

I’m currently scheduled for the forth time to have my shower done. Three times our shower pan has been made wrong. Three times I’ve had to rearrange my schedule. Three times I’ve had take my belongings down to prepare for the install.

I am likely to recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of St. Louis to a friend because I was very impressed with the perosn who came out to sell it, the installers, and the final product.

I haven't used it that much to finalize my opinion.
