I am not happy with the way it went. They did damage to my house without fixing it.

Many mistakes in installation

They had to come back twice to fix what they messed up.

They came in, did the job according to the schedule they told me and did it well and cleaned up at the end.

Jacuzzi did a great job. That said, I was surprised that they did not put a door on the bath, such that one walks over a wall about 3" high. This means that when showering, water does get out of the tup onto the bathroom floor.

They brought the wrong shower. I was supposed to get a role in shower because I am in a wheel chair and they brought a step in shower. I can not walk. It took forever to get it in the first place. They did not lower the price any. They left my water running outside wide open for at least 5 hours. I did not have no good luck with them.

Whole process went smoothly. All involved were courteous, respectful of property and professional.

Everyone was well prepared at Jacuzzi Bath Remodel.

They were punctual and neat.

They were here on time, before the installation of the materials and my fixtures they were shown to me to make sure they were the correct.

Everything was great.

Overall experience was beyond ridiculous and will never in a million years choose Jaquzzi for another project, nor recommend to anyone I know.

Yes I would recommend Jacuzzi Bath for remodeling.

They need to have a better communication system in place, I explained that the shower was still leaking between doors so they sent a different agent to fix the problem but it only worked for a couple of days. The original platform was not placed correctly and the drain was not draining properly and we still had water on our floor. So to me the pan was not properly installed. Plus I have to call again because the edges of the shower wall need to be re-sealed with caulking.
Debating whether to bother calling.

The first time your installer lied to us that the color they brought was what we picked out. He said it was Crystal Frost which it was not and we told him it was NOT! He said we picked it out from a small sample and you really can’t tell what color it is. We complained to corporate that we have the wrong color!! They were very kind and they gave us a case number. John Hocking called and said he was ordering the correct color for us. They came August 5 and installed it . It looks beautiful!! We are very pleased now. Thank you for excellent service! They did such a neat job the second time. 😊 We think Ken Jefferies is an excellent salesman. He was very kind and helpful. He likes to see his customers satisfied! Which makes your company have better business. 😊

Quality of work by installer was very good. He , Tuff, was a young guy but really knew what he was doing. I’m very familiar with this type of work and was impressed with his organization skills and work knowledge.

After checking other installers it came down to 2 and both made their products as well as having their own installers.

They did a good job.

But I will tell them it’s pricey since most of friends are seniors or becoming one

Very clean workmanship

I wouldn't recommend them to a friend. I wouldn't want for them to end up in a situation like I did. The salesman gives you bad information for you to go through with the idea. It's another story once you go through with the deal.

Lack of communication is a problem.

I appreciated all his work; he really did do a good job.

Workmen arrived, did good, and finished in one day.
