It took 4 months after paying for service to get my shower in. It took 4 weeks after removing my shower to get the new shower in, too long.

So far, I have been very pleased with my shower.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel did an excellent job. I can't complain about anything, so far.

Quick installation, great installers, respectful of property

I am likely to recommend them to a friend because I was impressed with what they did. These guys found our tub was leaking and the floors were fixed, no extra charge. They went above and beyond and we love the shower.

The shower fixtures and the main hose that the fixture goes onto doesn't fit any generic fixture from Home Depot or elsewhere. You have to go through Jacuzzi to get the right fit. I don't like that.

There was a lack of communication on the project.

The workers were great, fast, and they cleaned up after themselves. It was a great experience.

The people were very nice. I had a conflict with one of the people who would not believe a thing I said. He believed the guy who lived here over me. He would not believe me because I was a woman. They found a couple of problems, and they had to order another shower instead of putting a rush order on it. It took a month to get the product in. I started in Novemeber and it just finished last week due to the delays. They would not put some money back in my checking account until it came time to pay. I was asking for the money back, and it took them forever to give it back. I bought an accessory that never came in, and I told them to refund it. They said okay, but never put the money back in my account. I told them I was not paying until they sent the money back. They deducted it from the price of the shower.

The installers were good not great but as a whole I would not recommend

I'm still confused about price. Haven't used shower yet looks nice but still feel as if I paid to much .

The team showed up on time, were very professional, and treated my house like it was their home. They covered the floor where they would be walking and also covered the bathroom sink and toilet to protect them from dust & damage. I really could not have asked for more!

Our sales man was a high pressure sales guy, and I did not like the high pressure sales.

They ordered the wrong-sized pan, delayed the work, and caused damage to other parts of my bathroom. I am still waiting on completion of the work.

Water was shut off for 8 1/2 hours because the plumber left for several hours to go to another job. The tub was filled on Wednesday for final inspection, and it is now Monday and no inspection has been done! I’ve called Jacuzzi several times and keep being told they’ll get back to me! Very disappointed in the process!!!

I would recommend them to a friend because I'm a product designer for half of a century, so of course I'm going to be tricky and they were able to do it in their normal stride. It took a little longer, but it was in budget, on time, and great stuff.

Very efficient and clean. The two young men who were here were excellent, personable, and businesslike; kept everything clean; and worked hard while they were here. They completed the job in a day and a half; I give them tens.

My experience with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel was extremely professional from beginning to end.

Multiple problems not addresses properly. When I called to follow up the person who left the message was completely uninterested in listening. NO, effort was made to take responsibility for two cracked pans or employees that were trying to install broken parts. No apologies at all. This was BEFORE we discovered the leak that ruined my office ceiling which is still in need of repair. I would not recommend this outfit to ANYONE. So so so unprofessional and slap shod.

Not a one-day project, as sold. More like 24 hours in our home, they left at 10:15 PM finishing our second bathroom.

Jacuzzi stayed in touch throughout the process, from initial planning through scheduling and installation. Everyone I spoke with was professional and friendly. On installation day the crew was prompt, worked well together and gave good advice concerning an unexpected problem to correct. The final product is perfect. I couldn't be happier with the result. Overall it has been a positive experience.

They are very professional and appropriately friendly. They were very responsive. I had a slight problem after and they got back to me the same day. They came the following day to fix it. They jump to fix issues and I am very pleased with the work that they did.

Jacuzzi is much more expensive than the competitors. The true quality of the products won’t be known for years.

The process was extremely easy. The installers were great. Everything went perfectly.

It took four months for our installation. The wrong equipment kept being delivered, and it leaked after it was installed.

They advertise a one-day install, and it has taken a month now to get it done.

I am likely to recommend them to a friend because I'm happy with installation and the design consultant, but I've called the customer service department several times and I wasn't getting a call back. The installation failed twice and I'm not sure who was giving the incorrect measurements, but when I'd call the department, they wouldn't call me back. I contacted Brittany and everything was resolved. Other than that, I'm happy with everything else.

The service, and install was great with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of St. Louis, but the communication was lacking.

During whole experience, Jacuzzi Bath Remodel was incredibly professional, very efficient, and very repectful of my space, considering it is in the master bedroom. It was fantastic experience from start to finish. I would totally use Jacuzzi Bath Remodel again, and I'd recommend them anybody looking to do it!

Everyone was professional throughout the project. They were on time and did a great job. They made sure that I was happy.

I was told I would only need to paint. Instead I had to have above the shower fixed, taped and textured before I could paint. An extra $500 expense.

Worst experience ever! Signed contract MARCH 31, Dec and still not completed as they had to rip it out again, 3x. They finally decided to start completely over. Hopeful it will be completed to a high level of satisfaction by the end of this year but won’t hole my breath.
Gotta love those ads I keep getting for false promises of shower in a day. I can understand having to wait for materials, then when they come out, it’s installed in a day but at this point it’s just crazy! They started with a completely bare canvas. There wasn’t even any sheet rock on my walls. It was already down to the studs due to damage in that bathroom from water exploding.
