The job lasted too long because they could not get the city to inspect in a timely manner

If the process of getting a new shower had taken one or two days I would have been elated. As my house only had one full bathroom and an issue came up after the tear out had begun, I was without a way to shower for 45 days as I waited for a custom shower pan to be manufactured and sent from the factory. Too long of a wait. I give Jacuzzi a 7 because the final product looks spectacular. The installer Hiroki was very understanding throughout the process which made a huge difference. Communication regarding the status of the part needed to finish the project was very poor.

The guys put down tarpsall the way up the stairs and into the bedroom. Had it done in a little over a day and very particular about their work!

After taking 2 days to install shower, there was no teak seat installed which I designed, ordered and paid for. Someone was supossed to call me on Monday I which they didn’t. I ended up calling them. He created a case number for me. I’m still waiting to receive a call on what they plan on doing to take care of the teak seat problem. I need to start hearing from someone. Please have someone respond.

There was a big delay in getting it done. The delay was 5 weeks.

Shower came out really nice.

your customer service dept is a joke. for starters we were charged for something we didn't order nor want and we had to get costco involved in the process to get the refund. we didn't get an itemized invoice of what we were paying for. when we spend so much money on a product - we shouldn't have to babysit the company to get information or results. thankfully both our bathrooms are remodeled and we won't have to contend with this again - unless of course, we have something that needs repaired. our first remodel was the same way - but we thought - oh, it's a one off - so we gave you another chance. big mistake. its a good thing the product and the installers were awesome. they brought the overcharge to light. 1500 dollars worth of overcharge for something we didn't even order.

I would encourage perspective customers to visit the showroom before deciding on the model, fixtures, coverings, colors and accessories. We love the overall product … it’s very cool. Melissa, the store manager, was great to work with. Installers were neat, professional and fast. Support staff were courteous and knowledgable. However, the shower we ended up with was so much better than the shower originally purchased due to our visiting with the showroom and having our site reviewed by installation staff prior to installation and product ordering. It all worked out in the end and we are very happy with what we got.

The pair of guys that Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Portland sent out were very good and kept me appraised of everything! I knew what was happening and let them work

Great job: excellent construction materials and methods, outstanding warranty. Their people showed up on time, and worked exclusively on my project until it was completed.

Installation techs, Domingo & Michael worked efficiently and provided timely progress reports.

It took five months to complete.

The job is not finished. Drywall work not done. Bathroom door is still propped up in bedroom.

I would have liked to have the option of having my floor done at the same time to really finish the bathroom

I ran an HVAC company for 40 years with 50 trucks on the road. Hiring and maintaining a quality crew is the hardest thing to do. The crew was exceptional, and the workmanship was exceptional. I give them an 81/2 on how they left it. The installers get a 10; they were clean.

Everyone was very professional and kind. The quality was excellent, and they did a fabulous job of cleaning up the debris from the installation. I am very happy with the service and quality.

Tyler A and Travis were very profesional in the work they did on our shower. they keep the work area very clean during and after the job was completed.

I like the way the team works; they were fast, and everything worked out. I'm very pleased.

It took 4 months after paying for service to get my shower in. It took 4 weeks after removing my shower to get the new shower in, too long.

So far, I have been very pleased with my shower.

Quick installation, great installers, respectful of property

I am likely to recommend them to a friend because I was impressed with what they did. These guys found our tub was leaking and the floors were fixed, no extra charge. They went above and beyond and we love the shower.

The shower fixtures and the main hose that the fixture goes onto doesn't fit any generic fixture from Home Depot or elsewhere. You have to go through Jacuzzi to get the right fit. I don't like that.

There was a lack of communication on the project.

The workers were great, fast, and they cleaned up after themselves. It was a great experience.

The people were very nice. I had a conflict with one of the people who would not believe a thing I said. He believed the guy who lived here over me. He would not believe me because I was a woman. They found a couple of problems, and they had to order another shower instead of putting a rush order on it. It took a month to get the product in. I started in Novemeber and it just finished last week due to the delays. They would not put some money back in my checking account until it came time to pay. I was asking for the money back, and it took them forever to give it back. I bought an accessory that never came in, and I told them to refund it. They said okay, but never put the money back in my account. I told them I was not paying until they sent the money back. They deducted it from the price of the shower.

The installers were good not great but as a whole I would not recommend
