My experience was good. It took a little longer than expected, but besides that, it was a great experience.
The shower doors have a design problem and the shower floor is not anti-slippery enough.
They provide quality and service in every aspect, from sales to installation.
They were great at sales and had a horrible time getting help with repairs before work started. Finally got a number to help with the floor.
Expensive and not happy with the caulking job
Upfront and truthful expectations of what to expect for every step of the project.
We will tell the good and bad about this experience to those who ask. It is a good product but the misrepresentation of what the product would be is not acceptable. This is not the fault of the installer, but lies with sales staff and the frustrating call system within the company.
My issue is the way this service ended, not how it started or how install workmanship. Installed the wrong doors on our tub/shower conversion. Company gave option to schedule coming back out to correct or give a little money off. We opted for a little money off (should’ve probably asked for more) and then when contacted by finance they did not have the corrected amount. Two conversations with finance representatives (3rd party, not Jacuzzi staff), they emailed Jacuzzi 2x to verify price, I eventually called Jacuzzi (on recommendation of finance representative) to let jacuzzi know the finance team needed someone to call them. Again, I should’ve asked for bigger discount given hassle and follow up I had to do to straighten out Jacuzzi mistake.
It took Jacuzzi Bath Remodel 5 weeks to finish.
The consult and install were so easy! Everyone was very friendly and professional, it was a pleasure to work with the company and each person.
For the price that I paid, the craftsman had to come back twice to work on it, and I am still not 100% satisfied.
The guys who came to do the installation were very personable, helpful, and eager to explain the details.
I foudn the communication to be very poor. The products and everything were fine.
1. Set the appt for the salesperson to come to my house, and explained I would like to spend no more than 1hr to review products and make a decision same day. He then spent over 2.5hrs before getting to the product review, regardless of my prompting to skip the 30min company history speech.
2. In spite of the explanation of the process and communication flow, I have been in the dark on status updates and next steps. I purchased in March, and it was explained that I was looking for the install to be completed by end of May. They just finished at the end of July.
I spent 3weeks contacting the customer service line before reaching the local install manager team, just trying to learn why the manufacturing took 4months instead of the two months promised
3. Two separate occasions, estimates came out and took measurements. Then during the demo/install, the plumber discovered a pipe he had to move that would've left a 3" hole in my roof. Another week of delay trying to get a roofer coordinated. Wish that was figured out when they were assessing the job.
5. I still have not received any word on what glass manufacturer is supposed to be doing the doors.
6. Because this has now taken almost 3months longer than expected, I have lost multiple months of rental income. Extremely displeased with the delays, the zero effective communication from Jacuzzi and the real 'not my problem' feeling im getting from the company. Dont feel taken care of as a customer, at all.
There is a delay on my project. The communication was poor.
I would not recommend them. I did not get the service that was advertized.
Change design on the water valve, waiting for warm water need a better choice of a valve. While showering can't safely turn water off, then on again. Can't adjust the shower outlet, I'm going to replace with a former hose that I can get a better rinse of soap off, right now, a lot of wasted time and water using the the present shower head.
I chose Jacuzzi as it presented as a seamless operation with a quick turn around. The process took a full 3 months from contract signing to completion and left me without a shower for 6 weeks. If it was not for Costco handling some compensation for the hassle I would have felt I overpaid for a cheaper material with no added convenience. I will actively tell people to avoid getting services from Jacuzzi.
The quality and the amount of time the project was fulfilled in were terrific. I am very pleased.
It's a wonderful shower and we're really pleased with it. The price was much more than expected, but we decided to do it anyway. It was a good experience and a wonderful product. Thank you!
We got a brand‑new door, and they bonked it with whatever they brought in, so now I have to fix my door. The ceiling in the bathroom where they put the sides up got bonked in two spots. There’s also adhesive on the bathroom floor that didn’t get cleaned up. Besides that, it’s an incredible upgrade. I’m just disappointed about my door because we had just put it in the week before.
They were professional. It seems the materials they are using are good quality, and we are really happy with our shower.
The team was knowledgeable and easily fixed a problem that came about.
We were impressed at how quickly and orderly the whole process was.
The quality was great, and the process was very easy.
The plumber used is not following Oregon code for drain installation and the inspector is allowing it. Inspector says it saves the home owner money by taking short cuts
Very professional crew, pleasant and polite. Great result.
I will recommend Jacuzzi to anyone that needs work done.
The ceiling in my bathroom had a solar tube cover and an exhaust fan. The installation crew told me that they would cut holes to accommodate them. Instead, without checking with me, they covered up the exhaust fan, which was wired together with the other one I have outside the shower. Now that one does not work, either, and I have no way to vent the bathroom unless perhaps an electrician can perhaps rewire the one outside the shower. The crew also caulked the solar tube cover, which certainly looks nice, but I have no way to remove the cover and change the light bulb (for night use) when it becomes necessary.
Initially the salesman was misleading in something that he said. The customer service was difficult to hear back from, but the rest of it has gone well.
The Jacuzzi products are excellent. The issue is that we had to deal with the contractor’s management.
They provided poor communication, lack of follow through, and cost.
The only reason I have given them a 5 is that they do not include a shower door when they do a remodel. I love my shower, but without a shower door and trying to find someone who can do one, that has been a problem.
We still have things that need to be taken care of, so it is not completely done yet.
Missing parts, miss measured parts.
Easy to schedule, quick install, friendly and efficient employees
They responded very well and quickly to some issues that came up. There were some mistakes made that they responded to very quickly.
Very professional
I found them to be courteous, respectful, punctual, professional, and friendly.
The job lasted too long because they could not get the city to inspect in a timely manner
If the process of getting a new shower had taken one or two days I would have been elated. As my house only had one full bathroom and an issue came up after the tear out had begun, I was without a way to shower for 45 days as I waited for a custom shower pan to be manufactured and sent from the factory. Too long of a wait. I give Jacuzzi a 7 because the final product looks spectacular. The installer Hiroki was very understanding throughout the process which made a huge difference. Communication regarding the status of the part needed to finish the project was very poor.
The guys put down tarpsall the way up the stairs and into the bedroom. Had it done in a little over a day and very particular about their work!
Ease of working with the company and their personnel; quality materials, skilled craftsmen
After taking 2 days to install shower, there was no teak seat installed which I designed, ordered and paid for. Someone was supossed to call me on Monday I which they didn’t. I ended up calling them. He created a case number for me. I’m still waiting to receive a call on what they plan on doing to take care of the teak seat problem. I need to start hearing from someone. Please have someone respond.

There was a big delay in getting it done. The delay was 5 weeks.
Shower came out really nice.
your customer service dept is a joke. for starters we were charged for something we didn't order nor want and we had to get costco involved in the process to get the refund. we didn't get an itemized invoice of what we were paying for. when we spend so much money on a product - we shouldn't have to babysit the company to get information or results. thankfully both our bathrooms are remodeled and we won't have to contend with this again - unless of course, we have something that needs repaired. our first remodel was the same way - but we thought - oh, it's a one off - so we gave you another chance. big mistake. its a good thing the product and the installers were awesome. they brought the overcharge to light. 1500 dollars worth of overcharge for something we didn't even order.
They did a great job being on time and were very professional.
We are very happy with our new shower. We are really glad that we did it.
