Most of the problems that happened were because the sales person did not measure correctly. Because of that, the base pan was off by two inches. Which required a total wall reconstruct. Dominic did a great job. But, no one should be thrown into that situation.

There was a major screw-up in the payment; they overcharged me by $15,000. That was a lot of stress and caused issues with my credit card. It ended up being a clerical error on their part.

The actual work was very well done and the result is attractive, but the bathtub failed the county's inspection. If this could be fixed, and promptly, I'd give this survey 10's and nothing else.

Replacing our tub/shower with a Jacuzzi shower was more expensive than I expected. It’s not what everybody can afford so.

Our overall experience with them was quite negative, as they were very hard to communicate with, get responses from, and ensure the work was completed in a timely manner--especially for spending such a large amount of money. Additionally, when there was an issue with personal property being missing, their response was lacking, unhelpful and uncaring.

I like the product. The service was bad due to the fact that the installation was not done properly the first time. When they came out to redo it, they brought the wrong shower, and we had to wait months.

We had issues, and I was afraid that there would be issues underneath the flooring, which there was. It wasn't much, but they managed to figure out what to do to fix it. A supervisor came out and said that they can do it, and Bam! They took care of it, and everything moved right along again, which was really good.

I so appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of everyone throughout the process of one tub shower and one shower. Was very happy that Travis did both installs. He didn't assume the placement of bars and shelves. There was going to be a fold down seat in the shower. There was a problem with plumbing from a 1999 remodel. We talked about it, he showed me other places the seat could go. In the end I decided to cancel the seat. It was Friday before Labor Day. I made the call to get the change and was told it would take 24 to 48 hours. Travis made a call and when I signed the completion we could see the change had been done. Also very surprised how good the floors in front of the remodels look. This was not a spur of the moment decision. Have been wondering for several years about doing Jacuzzi showers. The old tub had a chip and needed to be replaced. When I walked into Costco and saw the Jacuzzi display decided to ask questions. Took 2 days to think about it and went back. Best decision ever.

It turned out better than I thought it would. The guys that did my whole project did an Impeccable job.

The team that came to remove and install the new tub/shower combination were courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient. They protected our entry area and stair carpeting so very well it was a joy to have this Team in our home!

I met a representative for Jacuzzi Bath at Costco. He invited me to ask questions, and at that time, he was able to schedule a representative to come to my home. The representative was on time and provided plenty of samples. He walked out with a contract in hand.

Our JBR representatives Kaden and Gerardo were amazing. They explained things and even gave helpful advise. They left the bath cleaner than they found it. I was very pleased with their service.

I am still waiting for someone to send me paper work adjusting the price because of a change order. I had an excessive amount of contact while they began the job and during the job but now when I want to see the final figures and breakdown for the change order, there is no communication and no paperwork! I may need to contact Costco as no one seems to be in any hurry to move on this problem

Can’t use the shower without having to soak up the water that the doors leak.

The job was extended a couple of times, due to a problem with misscommunication due to the height of my shower, then they did not have the product we ordered

Brian Riche & Josiah have to handle the install for Jacuzzi for JBRX to get a 7, Spent in excess of $25k for this JBRX remodel, and got radio silence. Without this excellent install team, it would have been a 1.
