We had a very pleasent experience with the staff, the one man crew, Rarry, and very happy how our new shower turned out in our small bathroom.
The floor is slippery. I thought when I bought this, it was for safety.
Really liked the young man that came and did it, waiting for the inspector for 5 hours in the Hot weather was not Good!
Quality and installation were excellent.
However effective customer communication were/are poor at best. Phone calls not returned; commitments not kept; contract details missed (items discussed with our sales rep were not in the contract). I was promised a change order to my contract last Thursday (10/15/26) on Monday (10/19/26) my project manager (Gustavo) indicated I would have the change order by EOD (end if day). It is Wednesday (10/21/26 after 1:00 PM) despite emails yesterday and around noon again today no change order and no contact update. I did receive an email from Gustavo detailing what would be in the contract change order. Believing what i was told, I paid off my contract on Monday (10/19/26); I think that was perhaps premature.
I have been very happy with it. My wife and I were thrilled with the salesman and the installers. They were very polite and did very good work. There was one thing; it wasn't thier fault, but when the salesman put down what we wanted in the shower, he left out the shelves by accident. He called me a day later and said he had to come over and amend it so I could sign it. We had to leave the next morning for Mexico City. Everything was great, and I wrote the check. The next morning, I noticed they forgot to put the shelves in. The salesman left it off the first order; he put it on the amendment, and the paper got mixed up. When I got back from Mexico City, I called them on Saturday. They set up a day for today and put it in; we are very happy. We understand things get fouled up a little. We have no problem; we're thrilled with the shower and everyone. I called to let them know I hadn't heard from anyone to put it in; they called and set up a date. Everything is good, 100%.
Communication is really bad. I was told by the Salesman that came to our house that we could add shower doors if we decided that we would like them. I am still waiting for the change order to add the shower door to our Guest bathroom, and when the installers were here for the Primary bathroom I was told that because I have a "Hotel Stall" shower there is no shower door that Jacuzzi offers in that size.
I was quoted a price and opened a loan for that amount of money. When the job was completed I was contacted and told that I owed an additional $1210.40. The additional charge was blamed on an employee's error who was no longer with the company. I argued that this was the companies mistake and I shouldn't be charged. None the less I ended up sending a check for the additional amount. I am not a happy customer and would not reccomend your company to anyone. I hope that someone in management reads this reply and makes this right.
I was impressed by the product, but not by the communication and customer service.
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel provided excellent service. They were on time and it was very well done. They were very accommodating.
Like Paddy for being so responsive to my requests, The installer was incredible and the shower results are beautiful
The quality exceeded my expectations. The install was very efficient and well done.
Project took too long to complete from the sale to the completion. We were told it should be installed in 2 days, but it took 3 whole days They should have sent a crew of 2 persons for this project which required a lot of tile removal and replacing some studs on the external wall.
They did everything they said they were going to do.
They left my house messy. The drywall is exposed.
I had a very good experience; it just took a long time for the product to come in.
The original contract indicated install by the end of August. We didn't get anything done until second week in October. It did not take one day, it took 3 days. I still can't use my new shower because I have to wait for a third party to install the glass. I don't have a date for that yet, additional cost $2000! I was also told that a temporary rod would be installed so I could get a shower curtain and use my shower while I waited on the glass. That didn't happen
The only thing I can compliment is the gentleman that finally did the install. He was easy to work with and he did a good job.
So all and all we were not happy with Jacuzzi and find that they really didn't live up to their commitments at any point inthe process. It certainly is not the same as your commercials advertise.
I can't use the bathroom. It is dangerous for me.
From the initial consultation to the end of the project we will highly recommend!
Once the materials for the remodeling were available, the installation was performed in a very timely fashion. To be sure, the actual installation was completed in about seven hours.
the job was performed as advertised. The workers were professional and well qualified. The financing offer is exceptional
Communication needs to be better. Also maybe two workers do job can be completed in a more friendly manner.
Installer were great. Admin leaves a lot to do a better job.
The walk in shower is an excellent addition to our home. Everyone who sees it is very impressed
Angela Jackson sold false expectations.
This project has been going on since March. The shower door is just going in today, in September.
I was under the impression that I would get the same or similar fixtures as I currently had. They were a hand held shower rather than a fixed mount. I was not offered this option by the sales representative. I now have to take care of the matter myself or hire someone to do the work as I was advised by your personnel it would cost around $2000+ for Jacuzzi to do the work.
I spoken with Dave and I also spoke with Stephanie who assigned me a case number because I have submitted pictures to the both of them showing the damage that was done my bathroom wall and was told to go to HOME DEPOT AND GET A WORKER WHO STANDS OUTSIDE WANTING A JOB ALSO THE CAULKING ON THE CEILING LOOKS LIKE A 10 YR DID IT. AND THE FLOOR BETWEEN THE EDGE OF THE SHOWER AND THE EDGE OF MY LINOLEUM I HAVE LIKE 2-1/2 wide and 5-6 ft long BARE
The shower install is great, but the shower door was a problem from day one. It was installed incorrectly and when fixed, it we continues to leak water.
Lots of reasons explained below but lack of communication is my biggest complaint. My entire career was spent in the customer service aspect & if I didn’t return calls or listen to my customers concerns, I would be called on it. Your customer service people only give you the information in the computer & do not take it to the next step. I never got a return call as promised‼️. DONE🤬
From start to finish, the experience was good.
I felt the salesman was conniving. He promised one thing and didn't deliver on it. He promised a reduction in price by $2600.00 in his notes and kept his notes. The bill didn't reflect the reduction. I had to fight to get half of that, and I got $1300.00 off.
Definitely would recommend. Good quality materials and excellent installers. Only negative was lack of communication between sale and installation. The Date of installation was a month later than planned with no explanation. Otherwise a great experience
The installers were professional, and the saleswoman was very well-versed in her job. We are very pleased.
They were clean and accurate. They came when they said they were going to and did not make a mess. I appreciate everything they did.
The quality of material products used. Lower the price.
Various issues with the installation
I'm very happy!
The issue I have is that the shower floor is too slippery. It is supposed to be slip-resistant, but it is not.
During the sales meeting, we expressed an interest in sliding doors for the walk-in shower that was eventually installed. The salesperson talked us out of that because they felt that the shower basin was too close to the toilet and it would be difficult to enter the shower from that side. Based on his recommendation, we opted for the shower curtain. He mentioned that we could change our mind later if we find that we prefer the shower doors and it would cost a few hundred dollars more. We mentioned all of this to the installers and they commented that we could have selected a shower door that opens on both sides, but they were only instructed to install the shower curtain.
We called customer support to inquire about installing the type of shower door mentioned by the installer. Customer support said that it would cost an additional $2,000 to $4,000 to install shower doors. We were under the impression that it may cost an additional $200-$300 dollars, so we declined for now.
We are very dissatisfied with the situation. We would like to install a shower door, but we don’t feel that we should have to pay for installation. We have purchased a shower door that we would like installed by a certified jacuzzi installer, if possible. We are eager to speak with a Jacuzzi representative to see how we can resolve this situation.
I think they were very late in responding to our request for the project. They were four months late. They didn't do their homework and get permission from the HOA. We weren't happy with the delay.
Everything was going really well, I thought, until right at the end of the installation, the installers discovered that they sent the wrong sized door for my new shower! So this installation had to stop and I am now waiting for an additional 3 weeks for them to manufacture another door ! Meanwhile I have a plastic shower curtain on a plastic curtain rod that I have to use in order to take me shower. I am not happy about this at all!! The lady who took the original measurements is at fault!
The preparation of materials was lacking. The installation didn't go as smoothly as it could've. I have about $1,000.00 worth of work that I have to pay for to finish this job. They tore into my closet and we have to pay extra to have them finish that up. It wasn't very pleasant.
I would not recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel because I assumed I was having a licensed contractor install my shower. Later I found out the person that installed it was a handyman.
More warning about dust that covered most of my bedroom; would have covered everything had I known
Their advertizing is misleading. The work was supposed to be done in a day. External factors are affecting the issues.
The people who did help me with the planning process were very helpful and friendly.
Tim did an outstanding job taking care of me.
I am satisfied with their work.
I liked how quickly the work was performed. The only issue that I had was that the workmen tracked spots of caulk on my rug, which when it hardened I had to cut out.
The project took 5 days to complete. Evidently, Trevor, the crew's supervisor reviewed pictures and determined there could be a problem of leakage down the road. Perhaps the review could happen before the team leaves the site...
