A permit was never pulled.. I was told work would be scheduled once the permit was obtained. When the work was scheduled I didn’t think I needed to inquire about the permit. Once the work began and was shut down by the management office I had no access tp my only bathroom. I repeatedly defended Jacuzzi and fought to get the project restarted. My friendship with mayor got me the permit. While this was going on at my expense I stayed in a hotel here on the Key at my expense. The “completed’ shower was beautiful. The workmanship impeccable save for one huge mistake, no handheld shower head. I asked the salesman about reusing my hand held shower head and was told no because that would void the warranty.The installation of a hand held shower head was my number one priority included and paid for. Last week a workman came with an incompatible handheld shower head. The job is incomplete.
I am bery unhappy!

They did an impressive job. The cleanup was good.

I was not present when they came out. I am his caregiver. My father signed the contract. My cousin was present, but he is not his caregiver. I tried to reach the corporate office, and they did not get back to me. It was not until I found the sales representative's number that I was able to get help.

Outrageous 18k price....14 hours

It was difficult to get a response on concerns that I had about the initial installation. I don’t feel the installation was done well. The caulking around the walls looks sloppy. And no one at Customer Service seems to care to clean it up or make it look professional.

Very impressed with the entire experience from the representative that came to our home and explain the product and the instillation, to the installers. The installers were extremely professional and worked together beautifully. I loved that the inspection was done by video on a tablet. That is why the install could be done in a day. The finished product is everything that was promised. My husband is a disabled veteran and the unsafe bath tube has been replaced with a beautiful and safe walk in shower!!

Install went fine but took 2 days to complete.

Was not completed in a day as stated. Had to cancel appointments and adjust my schedule to accommodate the second day. Their clean up was bare minimum.

The remodel lived up to the television hype. I love how it updates my bath area.

Louis and Maynor not calling me back, That I need to complain about the water is hotter compared to before Jacuzzi bathroom remodel work on it. They advertise about lifetime warranty, now I don’t even know what that means anymore. I already adjusted the water heater thermostat still hotter than prior.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel does an awesome job, but the price is too much, and my bathroom is still not finished, so I wouldn't give them a 10.

Very efficient and professional. Done within the timeframe and looks great. Perfect clean up too!

Lots of good choices- there are several styles and color combinations.The work is done in one day. The installers are professional. The quality of my shower is outstanding. Everything works. It’s easy to clean. You only use water and vinegar. No special cleaners that they sell you.

The material product is great, so far at least. The install was waaaaaay over the expected time at just over 12 hours - we were told to expect 6-8 hours. The install failed to properly secure the pipe coming out of the wall that the shower head is on and required us to call your techs back out. When I booked the appointment, which they gave me a confirmation number to, the tech never showed. To make matters worse the manager said there was no confirmed booking for me even though I had the confirmation number. I came to learn that my appointment was just never put in the books, but they gave me a confirmation number for the scheduled appointment. All of this after your staff verbally slammed all the other 'similar companies' out there that are doing shoddy work. I have to ask you all, what do you classify as shoddy work; because your staff displayed shoddy work a number of times.

The measurements are off! The ceiling and the wall panels are not even on the side. The front of the base does not look good at all.

I was impressed with the overall approach the workers took to doing and completing the job.

The work that was done does not reflect the price that was charged. The wall behind the toilet was not supported it was only siliconed. The wall was able to move and the silicone came apart. There was an open gap between the shower and the mirror. The faucet was loose after the job was done. The water pressure coming out of the faucet for hot water has no pressure. I spoke to the worker about it and he stated that was normal. The water pressure before the work was done was strong on both hot and cold water.

Lower prices

The installers were, Melvin and Alex worked hard to install the walk-in shower perfectly. They cleaned up and made sure I was satisfied

They provided timely updates regarding the ordering of my supplies and timely scheduling when the remodeling work would start.

First it did not take 1 day to complete, second some materials were not sent and the shower head sent was the wrong one and the walls were not the same as was pictured on the picture the salesman drew to me. I should have received a discount for all the hassle I went thru. The workers were fine they did a good show

The only trouble with the whole bathroom is that the base was too slippery. I had to get a rubber mat to keep myself from sliding around and falling.

Every thing was satisfactory however my friends think it was too expensive.

It has been a problem. They are supposed to come back and fix the bathroom because they messed it up. The walls are not level, so I can't put any doors in, so I have been unable to use the bathroom for months since they have been here putting it in. I am still waiting for them to come and fix it. They were actually supposed to come today, and they canceled again. The people that they hired locally are not showing up to work, so they had nobody to come fix the walls today so that I could actually use my bathroom.
