clean up wasn't very good
The initial install was not completed in one day because they did not have all the materials to finish the project. I called the area manager multiple times to get them back out to complete the project which took them a week later to come out. They had to complete the weatherstrip on the front of the shower. That resulted in them caulking over a nail that should have been removed from initial removal of existing shower. They had to return the next day to remove nail and recaulk. Knowing this project had to finish before Christmas. When I arrived back in January, I noticed a leak in the basement ceiling tiles showing that the P-trap was installed thru the ceiling tile and water had flooded the carpet. Jacuzzi came back out the next day and verified where the leak was originating from which ended up not crimping a ring on the Pex pipe. The area manager then asked me if I knew of a restoration company and I told them that was a Jacuzzi issue. They fixed the leak and had restoration company come out. When I returned 10 days later, I spoke to the area manager to schedule time for that week I was home. I had not heard from the area manager until I reached out later in the week. His reply was he was waiting on me. By this time it had to be delayed another week since I was out of town again. I called the area manager when I returned on Monday and we agreed to meet on Wednesday at noon. Wednesday noon I received a text from the area manager that he had to be on a conference call at 12:30 and would arrive as soon as call complete which was 2:30pm. When he arrived he went down into the basement to work on ceiling tiles and P-trap to get it fixed. When finished he was supposed to look at the shower curtain to replace with new one, but he walked outside while I waited for him to return and realized 10 minutes later he had left without looking at the shower curtain. I called and texted him twice asking if he was going to be back and where did he go. After 30 minutes I received a response from the area manager “sorry my phone was on silence I’ll be back.” When he reinstalled the new curtain rod he asked me if I had any goo-Gone to remove the stickers on the rod which I did not. It took him approximately one hour using water to remove the stickers instead of going to get the goo-gone. Thus from the time of appt at noon to the time he left was 5.5 hours. When the area manager was leaving he asked if there was a Monetary amount that would make me happy due to all the issues caused. I had given him an amount and he was checking on it. A week goes by with no response from him. He finally sends a text offering 10% credit for the project which I responded with $1700 even. The next day I followed up with him once again and he said he was sick and would get back to me. A week later still no response so I reached out to my sales contact and he was unable to help me. He was going to check with another manager. The next day that manager contacted me to assure me the credit was being processed and that it would take 10-14 days to see the credit. The credit was processed and it wasn’t the full 10%

Mixed feelings on this question. Love the new shower but it was quite a hassle to get problems fixed. Should not take 2 months to get satisfactory results. Communication was terrible.

We think that your pricing (15,300) is too high for the job. And you pretty much forced us to finance for the 12 months same as cash, since you had absolutely no way of giving us any kind of discount. Also, we have an issue with the finished project that we have contacted you about and we are waiting for a call from customer service.
I had the unit installed last Tuesday. I have had some issues with the installation and haven't received responses from anyone since the installation. I have called daily.
My experience with Jacuzzi Guild was it was bad. They screwed up my house. They broke stuff in my house. They left it dirty in my house. I had to hire another company to fix what they did what they broke. I am not very likely at all to give them a good review.
Everything went great for install, the workers left it clean and were very respectful, very happy with quality, also the young lady that came out to show me the product was absolutely fantastic!
Worked until the job was finished. The weather was horrible cold and snowing but they continued on with what they needed to do not letting the weather slow them down.
Overall, we had a good experience. From our sales rep that came out to the installers, they both were professional. Overall, it was a good job.

I am very satisfied with the outcome.
We had a Bath Fitter tub put in several years ago, and it was one piece. I am not too happy with the caulk, but the quality is a 9 and the workers were a 10. They said if it's not measured perfectly as one piece, they have to get a new one. They did a lot of caulking and fitting. There isn't a square area in our home, that's a true square, since it's an older home. I don't see $13,440.00 worth of materials, but the guys worked so hard. I don't want to affect the workmanship and hard work they put in. Furthermore, I am shocked at the price. I should have mentioned it to the salesperson. The next guy that came out did almost nothing, just a follow-up. I expected it to have fewer joints. Everything is caulked and joints. It's guaranteed for a lifetime, but I would like to see what the caulk looks like in 15 years. The caulk always fails or has to be redone. It was a very long process. Hunter and Axel, the workers, get a thumbs up. They wanted to make it right with what they had to deal with.
We liked the whole process and the quality of our new shower! We highly recommend this company and product!

The shower has very little pressure and only have hot water if I turn the handle down it shuts off. Very disappointed trying to get someone out here to fix it asap but have heard nothing
The man who came to do my installation did not properly protect the areas where they were bringing things through. They damaged a portion of my staircase, and I mentioned it, and was told they could fix it. The majority of the work itself was satisfactory, but if you are a reputable company, you should be fixing it. I cannot recommend a company that does not complete the job, including correcting any damages made.
You started our shower 3 weeks ago . As of today we still have the bottom half of a shower completed . We are still waiting on the top half which is the glass ??
We were expecting them to do the installation of a new top, but when we got a chance to look at it when they finished, it far exceeded our expectations. It was amazing. They did an amazing job. It was two young men from Jacuzzi. They did an over-the-top job. I was just, very, very, very pleased.
The salesman who has since been fired before my job started, made promises that could not be kept leaving me a substantial mess of expenses.

2. Greeted my wife and I warmly and enthusiastically
3. Talked to us about how and what they were going to do
4. Laid out everything that was to be installed for our inspection to insure that everything we had discussed and agreed on during the planning stages was there and it's quality.
5. Covered and protected any areas they had access to
6. Explained the process and estimated time frame for the project's completion
7. The demolition/installation crews were very professional, work areas neat constantly cleaning up work site. If something unexpected was found they automatically went above and beyond to correct it (Xavier is outstanding)
8. The supervisors insured necessary code inspectors were available to insure project was up to city/state codes
9. Everything was completed and pristine within the allotted time period, we were briefed on care and cleaning of installed equipment and given hands on instruction on how each item worked
10. The finished project exceeded our expectations.
Envisioning how any major project should turn out is one thing actually being elated at the results. OUTSTANDING...

I am thrilled with my shower conversion and I love it. It was quite an adventure having an older home.
Everybody did a wonderful job. Samantha was very attentive to my needs and helped me pick out the items that were best for my bathroom. The installers Xavier, Matthew, Jamie and Teady did a fantastic job. They were very professional and polite.
Hunter and axel were very professional and friendly and curtious.answerd my guestions, I would recommend them highly to anyone who wants to get their bathroom done by jacuzzi i give them a plus rating also the salesman who came here.
The finish work was totally unacceptable. I made two appointments for them to come back out, but they didn't show up or responded to my phone calls. Go spend your money some place else.
