I’m happy with the product and the work, and the installer did a good job. I just thought it was a little overpriced.
It is such a long and drawn out process. My install started in February and was not complete until June. They had to order replacement parts and had major issues. I had to get ahold of them because they did not reach out to me. I had a very unpleasant experience with Jacuzzi and had to wait for them to fix their own problems.
They were very easy to work with, communicated clearly, and were always available whenever I had a question.
Products where fine except for the two things listed below
Salesman didn't measure correctly nor all necessary areas that should have been included. Therefore workers improvised and are having a difficult time finishing.
The cost may be a factor in our recommendation.
Very professional. Always let us know what was going on. Found a drain problem in one of the showers and fixed it without hesitation. Excellent work.
Sub standard install.
The installers were excellent. They helped with questions. The workmanship was exceptional. There was a lack of communication from the company to take care of some damage.
They did an excellent job. We were kept informed of the progress and timing from the very beginning.
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel upper management does not take care of their customers or care about customer satisfaction.

Offer a complete installation including a shower door install without using a separate contractor which I would have to arrange.
The installation was great but the next day my husband looked over the glass doors and noticed one of the doors needed to b adjusted. He has called 3x's and left messages but no one has called or come out. This has been since June 2nd. We r very unhappy. We spent a lot of money on this and they seem to b done with us!

Already had a neighbor ask about my remodel, and gave her y'all's information, she looking to get her kitchen and bathroom remodeled.

They have ruined my ceramic tile that was already there. the tile was supposed to butted up to tile it was not . they cut part of the wall above the tile told me to mud it. I believe if i am spending this much it should at least look good. I have sent pictures of my bathroom called costumer service to try to get this resolved with no luck . The next step is calling a lawyer to deal with it. Very dissatisfied Will not be paying for any of this until it is resolved. Telling all my friends not go to Jacuzzi
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel's customer service was not the greatest.
I thought the craftsmanship was going to be better than what I got.

Jacuzzi was great; they did everything above and beyond my expectations.
The installation was ok, but it’s been almost a week and no one has called or come back out to finish the job. A wall was put up, but it’s only dry wall. It needs to be finished and painted. I was told that someone would contact me, but so far I have heard from no one.
