I was promised 1 day installation by the representative and TV advertisement. My remodel took more than 3 days of disruption
They were very professional and I was impressed with how the work area was so clean after they left. They kept the dust to a minimum and were respectful of their surroundings.
Value is not there. I called after seeing all installation fees were waived. I never saw a breakdown of materials vs labor. I am in sales and embarrassed that I fell for tried and true sales tactics. Installation man was fantastic but this shower is NOT worth $15K
Very professional and the work went very well. We are very happy with our product.
The technicians and designers were great!
The guys worked really hard. I have an old house and don't have drywall. It's concrete rebar. They worked all day one day just tearing it out. They came back the next day and installed it. They worked really hard.
Every single person we worked with was fantastic. We ended up with a lot of "dings/dents" in our paint that required mudding, sanding and repainting. Nothing drastic, but it seems like the damage could have been admitted and apologized for.
The installation appointment was re-scheduled 3 times before any work began. This resulted in lost time at my place of employment as I had to be home for work to be completed.
On the first visit, the Jacuzzi team neglected to check the integrity of the product before sending the team to my home for the install. After the team draped the work space, they found that the product box looked have sustained prior impact. The box was opened and the tub surface was cracked and not fit for installation.
The second visit was scheduled for 4/20/2026 by Chris. I took a other work day
Good work -- looks great
It was all wonderful when it was finished and they said not to use the bathroom for 24 hours. When I got in there, he left glue or a substance on the tile of my floor, which took me two weeks to get up off the floor. I didn't see it when we first walked in because it was clear. Once it dried, it was all around the edge of the tub. When you pay $20,000 for a tub, I don't expect glue to be left behind.
The two workers went above and beyond to be respectful of my home and the rules we have with removing shoes and things of that nature. One part I didn't feel looked right, and one of the guys went back and custom-made a piece so I would be happy with the way our shower turned out.
Sales person could be more personable and offter options and listen to customer requests.
The quality of the work wasn't up to snuff; they came out quick ot fix it. I have no complaints there. I am very satisfied with the completed project.
They arrived on time and did a beautiful job. The salesman was thorough and very nice. I have no complaints at all.
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel did an outstanding job!
I feel it was expensive.
James and Jeff were on the team that came. They were very good and very thorough. They came back a couple times to make sure the caulking was done properly and they fixed a manufacturers mistake. They worked well with my wife and really listened. The caulking was an issue and they made it look great.
From our first meeting to the completion of the project Jacuzzi made sure we got our dream shower remodel. All employees were polite, respectful and on time. Communication was great !! They returned my calls promptly and answered any questions I had. - Thanks Jacuzzi !!
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel did it all amazingly in one day. It just turned out beautiful. We're super happy with everything they did.
The total experience, from choosing materials to installation was very professional and we were completely satisfied with our shower conversion.
The installation per contract took 4 days total and 2 visits. Everyone from installers and that I talked to on the phone were very nice and helpful. The shower itself turned out great. Just a couple frustrations with getting information on when the second visit would happen, and then not explained we did not qualify for 0% 12month loan, it ended up being 15% interest. We had to pay it off faster than planned.
Left work incomplete and pressured me to sign completion paperwork with incorrect timestamp based on the verbal promise of a follow-up appointment. I had to make multiple customer service calls and ultimately e-mail a national Jacuzzi executive to get this matter rectified. Since being introduced to Raymond he has been an excpetional communicator, but the lengths I had to go to to get basic follow-up are absolutely unacceptable. I would never subject a friend to this.
Some of the quality is not what I expected. The spigot looks really cheap. They did not use copper piping and used PVC instead. I expected higher quality. They were nice and did a good job, but did not tell me to remove things from the shelf in the bedroom. Things fell off those shelves and broke, and it damaged some furniture. They were a little pricey also.
The young crew that did the installation was fantastic. I tried to go online through Google and give them an attaboy, but I can't get on there. They were fantastic, the two guys that put the jacuzzi in.
Jacuzzi provided a very good service. They were timely, polite, clean, and did a job well done.
