The shower install is great, but the shower door was a problem from day one. It was installed incorrectly and when fixed, it we continues to leak water.

Lots of reasons explained below but lack of communication is my biggest complaint. My entire career was spent in the customer service aspect & if I didn’t return calls or listen to my customers concerns, I would be called on it. Your customer service people only give you the information in the computer & do not take it to the next step. I never got a return call as promised‼️. DONE🤬

From start to finish, the experience was good.

I felt the salesman was conniving. He promised one thing and didn't deliver on it. He promised a reduction in price by $2600.00 in his notes and kept his notes. The bill didn't reflect the reduction. I had to fight to get half of that, and I got $1300.00 off.

Definitely would recommend. Good quality materials and excellent installers. Only negative was lack of communication between sale and installation. The Date of installation was a month later than planned with no explanation. Otherwise a great experience

The installers were professional, and the saleswoman was very well-versed in her job. We are very pleased.

They were clean and accurate. They came when they said they were going to and did not make a mess. I appreciate everything they did.

The quality of material products used. Lower the price.

Various issues with the installation

I'm very happy!

The issue I have is that the shower floor is too slippery. It is supposed to be slip-resistant, but it is not.

During the sales meeting, we expressed an interest in sliding doors for the walk-in shower that was eventually installed. The salesperson talked us out of that because they felt that the shower basin was too close to the toilet and it would be difficult to enter the shower from that side. Based on his recommendation, we opted for the shower curtain. He mentioned that we could change our mind later if we find that we prefer the shower doors and it would cost a few hundred dollars more. We mentioned all of this to the installers and they commented that we could have selected a shower door that opens on both sides, but they were only instructed to install the shower curtain.

We called customer support to inquire about installing the type of shower door mentioned by the installer. Customer support said that it would cost an additional $2,000 to $4,000 to install shower doors. We were under the impression that it may cost an additional $200-$300 dollars, so we declined for now.

We are very dissatisfied with the situation. We would like to install a shower door, but we don’t feel that we should have to pay for installation. We have purchased a shower door that we would like installed by a certified jacuzzi installer, if possible. We are eager to speak with a Jacuzzi representative to see how we can resolve this situation.

I think they were very late in responding to our request for the project. They were four months late. They didn't do their homework and get permission from the HOA. We weren't happy with the delay.

Everything was going really well, I thought, until right at the end of the installation, the installers discovered that they sent the wrong sized door for my new shower! So this installation had to stop and I am now waiting for an additional 3 weeks for them to manufacture another door ! Meanwhile I have a plastic shower curtain on a plastic curtain rod that I have to use in order to take me shower. I am not happy about this at all!! The lady who took the original measurements is at fault!

The preparation of materials was lacking. The installation didn't go as smoothly as it could've. I have about $1,000.00 worth of work that I have to pay for to finish this job. They tore into my closet and we have to pay extra to have them finish that up. It wasn't very pleasant.

I would not recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel because I assumed I was having a licensed contractor install my shower. Later I found out the person that installed it was a handyman.

More warning about dust that covered most of my bedroom; would have covered everything had I known

Their advertizing is misleading. The work was supposed to be done in a day. External factors are affecting the issues.

The people who did help me with the planning process were very helpful and friendly.

I liked how quickly the work was performed. The only issue that I had was that the workmen tracked spots of caulk on my rug, which when it hardened I had to cut out.

The project took 5 days to complete. Evidently, Trevor, the crew's supervisor reviewed pictures and determined there could be a problem of leakage down the road. Perhaps the review could happen before the team leaves the site...

Final inspection by County has not been completed

I'm not completely happy.

Installation process was terrible. Contract was signed & deposit paid in May. After being rescheduled 3 times, job was finally completed in August. Customer service was nonexistent. Will NEVER use Jacuzzi again.

Amazing! I have had a lot of work done over the years around the house, and this is the best job I have ever seen. I have no complaints.

Both gentlemen who were here were great, kind, and polite!

The two men who came are professional and well-mannered. They were methodical and easy to talk to.

The bathroom is beautiful. It turned out beautiful.

The price was more than I expected

There are issues with my installation. I would like to talk to someone about it.

We were told by the salesman that the new shower and fixture would be EXACTLY like our old ones EXCEPT they WOULD be new!
However, our old shower hardware was replaced by Jacuzzi Brand Hardware with is NOT and does NOT work the same or even as well as our old fixtures. These following fixtures are not EASY TO USE!!!!! Difficult to set show water temperatures to likable levels. Kinda like the ones in cheaper hotels! The hand shower is difficult to position very precisely. The fixed shower head is NOT one which allows for positioning and shower water patterns like our old ones!
In short the Jacuzzi hardware is cheap crap with no ability for the user to set water temperatures, shower, types and/or patterers to the users liking!!

On time and completed in two days. Always put floor protectors down and cleaned up at the end of the day. I don’t know what more they could have done!

I was satisfied on every single level. The workmen who came out were absolutely fantastic. If I were going to recommend Jacuzzi, I would specifically tell people to ask for Lorage, the man who did my bathrooms, because he was absolutely phenomenal.

Recommended with a warning to absolutely insure the specifications are correct. Take pictures of the proposed specifications. Pictures saved one of our two problems.

The reason for the low score is, that the project took months to initiate, when the project was done, I realized that the fixer were wrong, plus the water pressure is to low. Besides that it looks great.

It looks like it’s a long‑lasting project with good‑quality materials.

We decided to go with jacuzzi for the safety features since my wife is physically handicapped. We were told that the shower pan was non slip. It is not. It is very slippery and the first time she used it she slipped on the pan and fell. Fortunately she was not hurt. She elderly and a fall could result in a broken hip or other bones. It would be better if people knew it is not non slip. We are purchasing a non slip shower mat for her safety.

The Designer, although a nice man, did not know how to use the on-line computer contract app resulting in having to get a new shower pan because his measurement was 2 inches off. He also did not list the items I wanted in the shower resulting in the i stalker having to get the correct materials to complete the project. The office staff contacted me to make sure that everything on the contract was what I wanted. It wasn’t and they said they could fix it to make sure I got what I ordered and paid for. They didn’t. There needs to be better to training of the sta for that calls to confirm contracts.

The guys did a great job and I have no complaints. They came in, did the work, and left it clean.

The salesperson went on for 2 hours, there was no need for the pressure. Nice guy too wordy presentation.
The workman Omar was the very best ever. Kind, got the work done as fast as possible but they left a hole in the floor and didn’t tell me about it but maybe they didn’t notice.
Barbara at customer care was the best. She was able to sort out the billing mistake that someone made and believed me when I told her there was one.
I tried to email which didn’t work on Friday and Saturday. Just hope the floor gets patched up so no water damage occurs.

It is very, very expensive.
