First we were lied to. We were told mold would be taken care by Jacuzzi exclusively by the sa!we rep. Then the scheduler told us that they do absolutely nothing for mold, it is completely on the home owner to get it taken care of.
Second the cost is way higher then other remodel companies.
Third the installers were sent out without all parts and had to go back to the warehouse twice.
Forth the installers put dents and holes in the ceiling and wall, and were going to leave without fixing.
I was misinformed on what I would be getting.
My floor around the shower was left in an unsatisfactory condition. It appeared that the shower pan/floor measurement was inaccurate. There was a 1and one half inch to 2 and one half inch. Gap between the shower and the tile floor. The tile was badly broken where it was cut.
i was told it would take 2 to 4 weeks to get job completed. it will be over 2 months before completed. the cost is just way too much. for almost $18.000.00 i could have installed an entire new bathroom, not just a shower. it took 11 hours to install, i guess that is considered just one day. my concern for my 87 yr old husband to climb into a tub to shower fell on deaf ears. we have yet to use the shower as the glass will take at least another week or 2 to get the glass surround installed. just not a happy camper with jacuzzi.
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Atlanta was very professional, efficient, and on time and did an excellent job.
Job well done!
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel did a good job.
They were on time and very courteous. They showed great care about house such as floors and door.
They seemed to have done an excellent job.
I am very skeptical about the quality of my shower. On the 3rd day of having the shower part of the bracket that is supposed to hold up to 400lbs came apart. I alerted Jacuzzi and have yet to receive a response. Very disappointed.
Employes was hard working, knowledgeable and courteous!!!
They exceeded our expectations at every step.
They did what they said they would do, when they said they would, and for the price they said. You can't ask for more than that.
I am very pleased with the quality and craftsmanship. I couldn't be happier.
I am very satisfied with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel. They were able to meet all my expectations, and more especially having an older home that is over 100 years old. They over-exceeded my expectations, and I am just very pleased with the install.
Installation was sloppy and did not match what was promised:
— promised 3/4” pressure-treated plywood behind new shower panels; got 1/2” OSB sheathing, with unknown treatment.
— promised plywood would go full height of 92” shower panels; got only 80”.
— sloppy cutting and installation of OSB sheathing
— shower panel patterns do not match up in the corners. I pointed this out but told it would look correct when completed.
— panels have some waviness in areas instead of being flat everywhere, which makes the final product look cheap.
I would suggest you be mindful of the salesman.
We were very pleased.
The craftsmanship is on point. Khalid and Jay'o, the installers, were very professional and courteous. They got the job done in one day.
We wanted a folding bench for our shower as discussed with the designer, but was not installed.
everything installers where great answered any question
Everyone at Jacuzzi has been friendly, from the sales guys, to the installers, and to all the people answering the phone. However, once my shower was installed, Jacuzzi really became uninterested in helping me. I have installation issues and damage to my bathroom walls that need to be addressed. Today is three weeks since my shower installation. I am still waiting for Jacuzzi to do something about the wall damage. I have called many times. Every time, I am told someone will call me back. That never happens. A Jacuzzi employee did show up a week ago to address the installation issues, but that person said he was not told of the wall damage and could not repair it. During the sales presentation, the salesman told me that if I ever have an issue, all I have to do is call Jacuzzi. That just isn’t true. I even called, and emailed, the salesman, and he never responded. I like my shower, I like the people, but Jacuzzi really doesn’t seem to care about customers once they get payment. And for a shower replacement that cost me $17,000 I expected more in customer care.
The installation was beautifully done and the skilled workers were pleasant and super competent! And the cleanup was great. The new shower is beautiful and gives us much joy.
The people were sharp, in and out, and left no mess. Everything was as they indicated it would be.
They were professional and did a great job.
The people were there on time, which is huge in my book. The industry doesn't prove to be that way. They were cordial. They immediately corrected anything I questioned. I couldn't be happier. They were great and they did a wonderful job.
Everything went smoothly and in a timely manner. They protected the floors and walls in my home and kept everything neat. They worked continuosly and did a great job.
They were extremely dedicated to getting things right. It took longer than one day, but they got it done. I thought it would be easy to get the water people in. They were excellent, and it's too bad the people who did the glass could not come right behind them and get it done. They told us it would be at least this week. I don't know when they will get it done, and they don't seem to be in a big hurry.
Overall im happy with the shower install they did for me. I have one major problem and three small problems. First, I was under the impression my glass door was included with the shower remodel. I had a hard realization that it wasnt when I called after the shower was done. I felt like I got fine printed. That left a very sour taste in my mouth after being so happy with the final product excluding the glass door. Im already paying top end pricing for the product, i expect to walk away in the end extremely satisfied.
I have three minor issues First the corner shelf is incorrectly angled and so it collects water. After the shower I have to push the pool of water off the shelf so the water doesn't sit. Second, the 'temporary' shower pole for a shower curtain was too long and doesnt fit. So I had to personally got get one for my 'top dollar shower remodel'. Third issue I have is that I can't get my water as hot anymore. I dont know the cause of this but not being about to have a nice hot shower is very problematic.
Overall the shower is beautiful and feels great. But these glaring problems have taken what I was easily expecting for a 10/10, down to maybe a 5 or 6. I feel that I got fast talked by the salesman and missed some fine print.
Service was very professional.
They did my project in one day, which was phenomenal. Most contractors take more time.
The young fellows were very nice, knowledgeable, and knew what they were doing. I was imressed with them at being so young at 36 and 38 years old and they did a good job.
Excellent installation, NO GROUT! Pretty light and airy design.
I have tried twice to get the sales rep, Devon (?), to contact me. Crickets! I DO NOT like the shower control mechanism.
(1). I placed the order around April 2, and the installation didn’t take place until June 4. The first 2 install dates were cancelled the morning of. (2) The Jacuzzi salesman (Vince) assured me that it would be a complete shower including glass enclosure and any repairs needed to complete the installation. He even explained the type of glass that would be used for the enclosure and door. On the date of installation (after the installers were finished), I was told that it did not include the glass enclosure- and that I would have to handle that on my own. I was left with an incomplete shower. After reaching out to Jacuzzi, I was told that the contract did not include the enclosure. After numerous phone calls and text message, they ultimately offered to split the cost of completing the shower with the glass enclosure. I am very disappointed with this experience as I was misled by the salesman. I feel that it deliberate in order to make the sale.
The service was great… from sales to installation. I however would have liked if a door was part of the package. For all the money spent for a shower stall and if I decide to put in a glass door later ( or now) that’s another outlay of money.
The guys that installed were very nice and informative.
They have great customer service, excellent communication, and follow-through.
Include a shower door. The guys who installed the shower were very professional. Explained process, covered furniture and cleaned up area good.
Completion of installation in a day the quality of the Completion and the look is wonderful easy entrance and exit none slip floor and many other things like the grab bars located to my satisfaction
Sales rep was thorough in explaining process
There were a numerous issues - communication was bad. I reported a couple of problems online and to a rep on Wednesday. No one got back with me.
The big issue is something I noticed after reporting the previous ones and is far the most concerning.
The insert is noticeably crooked. A level confirms this. This needs to be resolved.
When it comes to major work like remodeling or bathroom rennovations, it can get complicated. When there is a different person from the contractor to the one who supplies the materials. Having things from one source makes it easier to work with maintenance in the future or if you were to have an issue. Rather than chasing down someone else, you go to one place to get it resolved.
It is not
So easy with a great finished product. A little messy though and definitely expensive.
While tub shower looks nice, it took too long to get materials. For the price, I could have gotten two bathrooms done. Yes, it was expensive and they only did the tub/shower area. The installers were great. They were on-time and very professional. They did complete in one day. Had to hire another contractor to finish the rest of bathroom.
Additionally, found out that the lifetime warranty is only covered under the purchasing party. Was never told that this doesn’t apply to new owners if home is sold. Bummer!
If it wasn’t for these disappointing facts, I would have given a 10.
Be careful of the financing that is offered.
They did a good job.
The installation team is professional, informative, and detail-oriented. I would highly recommend them.
I highly recommend this company when your looking for a remodel upgrade
