I highly recommend this company when your looking for a remodel upgrade

Rating was based on sales experience. The sales rep fell very short of explaining and quoting. My shower according to Jacuzzi was a “custom” job- not sure how they figure that as I bought my house as a track home and I can’t imagine it was a custom job. The sales rep told me that Jacuzzi does not do the glass part of this job- later to find out that this means the doors, framing and glass. So they just do the shell. I was also told that the glass would be about $800. I thought, ok, I am saving money as this was a combined 3rd party deal with Costco Wholesale. Well, after spending $13000 on this Jacuzzi part of it, I am now at $1800 more for the “doors”. It was too late to cancel the job as Costco never got back to me for any resolution. The reason I give Jacuzzi even a 4 is that they worked with me some and dropped the original price some to help. I am still working on my glass/door purchase and installation. I should have gone to a company that did it all at once despite any benefits working by out of Costco. Won’t make that mistake again. Bad form Costco and Jacuzzi for bad representation. The representative that came to initially give us the information about the product and how it works and the qualities of the product and to make our choices was very wonderful. Levi was great and very patient and thorough. The workers who came out to install were very professional, efficient, and did a wonderful job.

I liked everything about the experience. The two installers were excellent and anything they would be doing, they showed us first and they did it quickly. They did an excellent job.

I don't think they carried out the whole process clearly regarding the door on the shower. They leave you in the dark about what you can do to the unit. You're left with trying to figure it out.

I am very pleased with the new Jacuzzi bath except for the fact that the doors were put on backwards. It makes it awkward getting in and out of the shower.

I was a little surprised at the background that they used. I thought it would be more of a tile material.

Although the product seems to be good, my experience was not the best due to a lack of disclosure regarding the glass and installation of the glass. I was not told about the fact that I had to use a third party to quote and make the enclosure until after the amount had been negotiated. It has been 3 weeks, if not longer since we have been able to use our shower. Not 1 day! Install of enclosure will take place finally tomorrow.

The response after the installation is very slow.

I had no problems with the local company. They were great. The company at large has real problems with their notification system and it was very disappointing.

The salesman did not go over all details of the installation, and I was unaware that the walk-in shower did not automatically come with a door. I did not know that I had the option of getting a shower rod or a door. I would have preferred that he discuss that with me. I assumed all walk-in showers came with a door, so now I'm having to have them come back to put a door because they gave me a shower rod. If he discussed that option with me, which I would've liked, we could've prevented this. I prefer he discuss that option I have when getting a shower if I wanted a rod or door. It would be nice.

The crews arrival time was right on que. The two teams worked together with extreme professionalism, and the work was done well. The quality of materials are beyond what I expected.

Everything went very smoothly, from the time the salesman came out, to the installation. Colby was the salesperson. Everything has been great and we love the shower.

Our experience from beginning to end, from in home meeting in terms of expectations pricing, timing, and ease at which installation would go, was better than expected. We are hugely appreciative because we had someone in household with health issues. We needed this to go smoothly and quickly, and it was perfect. We had no complaints. With chemotherapy it's always a little scary having people in the house, but everyone was careful. They laid out tarps everywhere and they swept underneath when they left. They were very considerate and went above and beyond.

It was the best service that I have ever experienced in Atlanta in dealing with these people.

Installation caused severe damage to our home due to negligence in the installation because the overflow pipe was not connected to the drain pipe and a gasket was not installed to the overflow hole in the tub so a few days after having the tub installed we filled up the tub to use it and the ceiling below began leaking so much to the point that the ceiling collapsed.

It was everything I expected. Omar and Jack did a fantastic job putting the shower in and explaining everything as they progressed.

They were very effective. We are very pleased with the work they did.
