After my bathroom was installed, I was very pleased. However, the rod was extension and not mounted. I speak with a guy name Elise and he expressed I will be compensated for the miscommunications that was written down. I have not heard back from anyone

It was pretty easy to do. The preliminary screening and the gentleman who came over to do the initial project survey were very concise and patient and explained it to my elderly parents for their bathroom, and they were able to answer every question under the sun. It took three hours, and they had a lot of questions, and they were comfortable sitting down with us to discuss it. The guy who came to help us with that we really appreciate.

The only thing I had a question about when they were installing it was the shower doors, because they were really expensive, and I could get them equivalent at Home Depot for a lot less. That was the only thing, and I tried to get him to come down on it, but they said no. They started off at 2,000 and up for shower doors, and I thought, wait, that's a little bit too much. Other than that, I'm satisfied with the job they did and everything else like that.

I had a great experience. They did an excellent job. It looks beautiful. The price is ok. They cleaned up well. I have used it, and it is fantastic.

Quality of materials, install on time and professionalism of crews.

During the installation, they damaged several walls in our bathroom, never returned our calls, and failed to replace the showerhead that did not fit properly. The lack of communication and failure to address these issues were extremely disappointing. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend their services.

I was very impressed with the work and quality that they did when they were here. They were very thorough and cleaned up after themselves. That was fantastic. Everything was done exactly as we wanted and with 100% quality.

I had a tub/shower converted to a walk in shower. The materials were top notch and the workmanship was top notch.

Because I have mobility issues it was dangerous for me to step in the bathtub for a shower. The gabsbars are securly installed. I am very satisfied with the security I have now.

Installed the shower doors correctly on the initial installation. Offer more variety on color options. The option shown on tv was not offered. Cost is very high when compared to Eestshore or Kohler.

I am happy with the shower.
