We absolutely love our Jacuzzi shower. The installation was all done in one day, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

The installation was very smooth and was done in one day. The workers were very pleasant. My only negative comment would be that I was suprised with how expensve it was, even with discounts.

When I try to cancel and no parts were ordered, he told me it was going to cost me $10,000. The second reason is their first team on our first bathroom left a mess outside, left a mess inside, and kept leaving the front door open.

My experience was excellent. The company was knowledgeable, nice, police, and prompt. I couldn't ask for much more.

I don’t feel this company was completely honest about the amount of time they could complete the project. Also, cost is not clear- I was asked to complete a loan app thru Greensky which I did. Now Costco is also billing me for the same amount.

The salesman first talked to us on May 26. We have a walk-in shower that is fairly long. The salesman talked to someone on the phone and showed him pictures. They recommended a dry off area with a step. We agreed, and a price was developed for the whole project. June went by and so did much of July. We had not heard much from them, so we sent them an email asking asking about the project status. That same evening we got a call from them saying they could not do the dry off area and we had to sign a change order, even though the dry off area was their suggestion. There was no mention of any change in the project cost. On Aug. 13 the installers came out for the first time and discovered that the pan was not correct and had to be remade. On Oct. 6 they came back and did the installation, finishing on Oct. 7, 135 days from when we signed the initial contract. The materials and the finished product is excellent.

Everything worked out very well with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel, and they were way faster than they scheduled and thought it might take. I was really happy!

They did great work and were amazing.

The cost is almost prohibited. We did have other estimates and it was within the same guidelines, but we were surprised.

One wall panel is higher than the other one the first corner that you see when you walk into the bathroom. Other corners look fine but not the one corner for which you want to be paid $23K.

Terrible experience-- cost us over $14 thousand.

Ond day install resulted in issues that required having issues and resuling in additional work and delay in rescheduling. . Now it will have additional work scheduling date to be assigned. Note all the installers were very professional and any concerns were addressed without issue. Just that it will require unknown delay peroid.

We were very pleased with the whole process. The installers were awesome; they were very polite and very cautious about not getting any dust or dirt in the house. My housekeeper came in on Monday and we were so surprised there was not dust on my glass table. They cleaned the air and wiped all the counters down. There were a couple of things I think they could do better; we liked the salesperson but we don't do computers and he knew that and we didn't have the names of the different things we had ordered; when they called to verify what we ordered, we had no idea and had to trust the salesperson he put in the correct information. So if they would have a little something for people who do not use the computer. They need to have either the installers or someone that explains all the knobs on that shower better. We have a tankless water heater so it takes a while to get it warm and he said you just turn this little knob and set it to whatever temperature you like and it will always be that temperature. You have to turn different knobs to switch from the handheld shower to the overhead shower. The show is beautiful. I have already had friends call Jacuzzi to give them estimates.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel was very efficient, and the people were wonderful. They answered my questions. They were not annoyed when I wanted to watch and had questions when they were working. They were very courteous. Jacuzzi Bath Remodel provided excellent service, excellent quality, and very appropriate behavior.

I am very pleased with everything. It was all done as promised. From the beginning, to the end, everything was done perfectly. There was nothing that was unaddressed. Everything was communicated properly and done as promised.

I was very thrilled with the installers and the customer service representatives. I wasn't really happy with the salesperson. The order wasn't correct, and it took a long time. It took two months, and we called to find out it had not been ordered yet.

Quick and efficient

Not craftsmanship. Damage to existing tile floor and baseboard. Caulking residue on glass doors, walls and shelving.

The whole bedroom was coated in dust. The floor was sealed without cleaning a footprint off so the dirt is sealed in! And the job took six months to complete. Awful communication and incomprehensible behavior. The only reason this job was finally completed was us involving Costco corporate. Costco intervened on our behalf.

A waste of money! I can’t believe Costco supports this company!!! Very disappointed with the whole situation

We were told by the designer the project for two shower remodels would begin within 4 to 6 weeks and it took six months.

The salesperson was not completely upfront about how much money was needed down. I do want to recognize AJ Woods, Isaiah Hides, and the two other team members who did the installations. I also want to recognize Brittany Vasquez from Jacuzzi’s customer service — she’s the one who called the sales rep, Brian Morrison, and found a last‑minute replacement for the reconstruction after they finished installing the shower. That team of installers and Miss Vasquez should definitely be recognized.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel had poor communication, and the quality of work is not the best.

Great communication, installers were respectful of my space and time. They did a great job and thoroughly cleaned up the area when done.

The guys were efficient and conscientious about the house. They did not track any dirt in or get plaster anywhere.

They were on time and very courteous with their work.

I never expected to have an outsider replace my tub/shower. The two workers, Jose and Jose, completed the job professionally, maintaining efficiency and cleanliness much better than I would have expected. Full recommendation for both.

Quick. Easy process. Very clean and respectful installers. No sign that they were ever in my house. Pleasantly surprised with the results. Worth the cost.

The guy who did mine did an excellent job. He was in and out in 7-8 hours. I like it a lot.

My shower installation was completed on June 18, still trying to get my towel rod reinstalled, finally got a July 6th appointment. Contact me after that.

We were impressed with the quality of the materials used. The installers were respectful, knowledgeable and very experienced. They gave us the shower of our dreams, we love it!!
All in all it was a very positive experience.

The finishing work/caulking was terrible. Even after sending out a second guy, who tried his best to make it right, the underlying caulk job was so bad, he couldn't do much to make it better. I do not think it's worth $17K I think it's probably closer to $12K for the level of work and craftsmanship I got.

I am having issues trying to get problems resolved.

Easy process to work thru. And seemingly great warranty if issues should arise. Wanted solid surface due to mold behind tile walls.
