From start to finish, Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona handled themselves in a competent and professional manner. From the designer to the installers, everyone knew their job and everyone had valuable suggestions to make. There was a glitch or two in the process but those glitches were resolved immediately by telephone. We didn't have to endure a week of discussions by committee. The installers worked diligently and left the area clean. Overall, we are happy with the look and feel of the materials and the quality of the installation and we're glad we did it. Last but not least, everything is so attractive and easy to use that it's actually fun to take a shower.

The work is still not done. It started in December.

It was screwed up from the begining. During the installation the measurements were off. They installed the wrong wall covering. It took three days rather than two days. They installed items in the wrong bathroom. The installers misunderstood what was orders. I am very upset.

From the start to the ending the guys were just awesome! They talked to us, showed us, and they took their time. It was awesome customer service!

I couldn't be any happier with my Jacuzzi bathroom remodel experience. I was kept informed of the steps that would happen and when. The installers came at the times they said they would. They covered their path from my front door to my bathroom with protective material and they used plastic to protect items in my bathroom as well as the nearby room. They were respectful of my property and answered any questions that I had. They worked tirelessly and when completed, they swept the floor where they had entered the house all the way to the bathroom. The bathroom was left spotless. I am very happy with the result. The shower looks beautiful and was exactly what I had ordered.

Took 4 days instead of the 1 1/2 days estimated

The quality is very good and the doors were good quality. The finish on the wall enclosures look good. They did a really nice job and it was on a beveled corner. I was really impressed with that. The installers were true ambassadors for the company. They were all business. They went right to work, covered up things, and cleaned up up well. It was immaculate when they left. It was a very positive experience overall.

I would not recommend them to a friend because we started the project mid-December and it's still not completed.

The technicians are good, but the schedulers are terrible. I got pushed back twice for my project.

It was a great service. My bathroom looks beautiful. It takes time to get all the materials. It took two months to install, and if it needs to be finished in an emergency to be ready now, it won't work. I had a powder room and restroom and didn't need it right away, but if there's urgency, it might not work for them.

They were very good and very polite, and did it one day.

The shower turned out beautiful. The three guys that did the work were courteous, hard workers and cleaned up after they finished the job.

After installation, there was a bit of a breakdown in communication. I called the number I'd been given numerous times and left messages to no avail. Finally, I contacted the original salesperson, who gave me a different number and someone came to assess the situation.

WE ae having issues gettng our project completed. I have had a manager come out last week but no one got back to us et. Also discrepancy on amount owned Greensky credit company.

They did what they said they were going to do. The installers were professional, and they worked really late to make sure the job was completed.
