A waste of money! I can’t believe Costco supports this company!!! Very disappointed with the whole situation

We were told by the designer the project for two shower remodels would begin within 4 to 6 weeks and it took six months.

The salesperson was not completely upfront about how much money was needed down. I do want to recognize AJ Woods, Isaiah Hides, and the two other team members who did the installations. I also want to recognize Brittany Vasquez from Jacuzzi’s customer service — she’s the one who called the sales rep, Brian Morrison, and found a last‑minute replacement for the reconstruction after they finished installing the shower. That team of installers and Miss Vasquez should definitely be recognized.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel had poor communication, and the quality of work is not the best.

Price is high. This my second shower. But I felt price was excessive and I was paying for your massive ad campaign

Great communication, installers were respectful of my space and time. They did a great job and thoroughly cleaned up the area when done.

The guys were efficient and conscientious about the house. They did not track any dirt in or get plaster anywhere.

They were on time and very courteous with their work.

I never expected to have an outsider replace my tub/shower. The two workers, Jose and Jose, completed the job professionally, maintaining efficiency and cleanliness much better than I would have expected. Full recommendation for both.

Quick. Easy process. Very clean and respectful installers. No sign that they were ever in my house. Pleasantly surprised with the results. Worth the cost.

The fellows were great! New bath is fabulous - except they didn’t clean the silicone properly and I’m dealing with the mess on glass doors

Even though our process required 2 days of 8+ hours a day the workers provided frequent updates and support, giving us a quality finished product. We are pleased with every step of the remodeling process and will highly recommend them to anyone interested in improving the value of their home. The guy who did mine did an excellent job. He was in and out in 7-8 hours. I like it a lot.

My shower installation was completed on June 18, still trying to get my towel rod reinstalled, finally got a July 6th appointment. Contact me after that.

We were impressed with the quality of the materials used. The installers were respectful, knowledgeable and very experienced. They gave us the shower of our dreams, we love it!!
All in all it was a very positive experience.

The finishing work/caulking was terrible. Even after sending out a second guy, who tried his best to make it right, the underlying caulk job was so bad, he couldn't do much to make it better. I do not think it's worth $17K I think it's probably closer to $12K for the level of work and craftsmanship I got.

I am having issues trying to get problems resolved.

Easy process to work thru. And seemingly great warranty if issues should arise. Wanted solid surface due to mold behind tile walls.

My experience was a lot. The project was supposed to be done quickly, but there were lots of delays and things Jacuzzi Bath Remodel didn't tell us about. There was a lack of communication, and it was extremely difficult to get a hold of someone to help me. We didn't have a bathroom the entire time, which was very frustrating.

They were very efficient, came on time, cleaned up after themselves, and the product was very, very nice. We just had a problem with the other bathroom with all the banging. The bathrooms are back-to-back and we had tiles falling out of that bathroom, so we have to get somebody to grout that. That is the only issue that we really have.
