I was provided a weekly update and status of my project. All employees have been friendly and courteous. Again, installers, Demetri and Lenoid were the best, and they did an excellent job.

the product is excellent! the installers were great! the company itself has horrible customer service. They don't return calls and make it difficult to get in contact with and there seems to be a disconnect between the home office and the installers. when I would call and actually talk to someone they kept saying someone would be out to do the finishing on my window or garage door. I had a front door installed.

Salesman was obnoxious , by the time he was done with his 25 minutes spiel , I couldn't tell you what he said. It almost cost him the sale ,until I saw the windows.

Timely delivery and installation. Installation crew was considerably cognizant of keeping inside of home clean, not disturbing us as much as possible. Installation completed in one day. Chris kept us updated as necessary and was great answering and returning calls. Great company to work with.

Very nice products, did a good job on installing my patio sliding door. Follow up inspection and put finish touches by Benjamin was excellent. He found a defect in sliding screen and is replacing it. He is going to replace it with a new screen. Kudos for having him as your employee.I will get another sliding door installed in nest future. And later will replace front door by them.

The only reason I gave a rating of nine is due to the ability of Chris Benjamin to allay most of my concerns. Also his grasp of customer service is what I expect of someone representing a company trying to get a potential customer to make a significant investment through the purchase of that companies product.

The windows have been nice to have. They have kept the heat down inside and have reduced the noise. The overall cost is outrageous, everyone knows the price is excessive but when you don’t know how to do installation on your own, this is what is expected. I was not told the type of window until it arrived on site. I thought the windows were made by/for FHIA. The other thing that I am still disappointed about is that I asked for the top window in my bathroom to be clear with the bottom frosted. The entire thing came frosted.

The salesman need to learn about the installation process and procedures.
