We had our front windows replaced by FHIA who from what I understand merged with Renuity which is why we chose this company. Unfortunately for Renuity, they did a wonderful job so our expectations were apparently high. I laugh because my husband Ron was upset that not all screens came with the first installation. They came out and installed them without our knowing. Easy fix. The front window installation, they maybe made one nick in our dry wall. Unfortunately, the first Renuity installers that installed the back windows banged up and damaged every window they worked on. As I told Chris, they were very nice and respectful, but just didn't have the finished quality we had gotten with the front windows. My husband has sanded and restrained all the sills that were scuffed, knocked and damaged. The kitchen windows hurt the most. They damaged the drywall on a middle support of our bay window and just slapped some drywall mud on it... My husband has sanded that. Now I need to paint it. The kitchen is painted and then coated with a glaze, the glaze is no longer available. I haven't touched because I fear it is going to look like an eyesore when I am done.
Also, I'm laughing over the screens again... Our back bedroom window came in 10 inches too short so we had to wait for that another month. A window in the living room had a row across the bottom of tiny scratches, which was brought up with the first time Renuity came out for installion. Chris came to check this job with the installation of the back bedroom window. He said he would order a piece of glass for the living room windows and actually ordered a new window. Thank you!
So appreciate that <3 Which took another 3 weeks, still laughing at the screens from first installation with FHIA. Chris also offered a gift card of $100/$200 to help ease for the inconvenience - and at this point we aren't actually expecting that to show up, though it is what motivated me to fill this out. And my husband and I are laughing (wink) over that too. . .
Friendly knowledgeable and always get us informed on the status of our windows
Lower prices
Tell the homeowner the truth about everything that will happen with replacing the windows and repairing the frames afterwards. You either need to have a professional stucco repair person on staff or a professional stucco repair company that you work with that can repair the damage that your people do to window frames back to its original state and matches the current stucco on the home. Not telling the homeowner that you are not a stucco company after you have already done the damage while replacing the windows. Quit telling the homeowner that the windows you are installing are Pella windows when they are actually windows from a company Pella just purchased. Not windows Pella has made for years. This is misleading!
The project was handled professionally from start to finish. Excellent quality and communication!
My window job turn out Beautifully, from the sales presentation to the final inspection! Will be getting more windows from Renuity!
The whole experience was very professional!
The installers did an awesome job
The crew were all verrry well trained and took pride in the work
We have used renuity twice now and have had excellent results with both projects. Windows and now a kitchen.
Very satisfied with their professionalism
We had two sliding glass doors and a large picture window with windows on either side replaced. The sales presentation was very good and the installation was flawless. Very happy with the results and will use them again.
Very organized and informative before, during and after the installation. We really like our new windows, and the installation team was great.
When they promised something they delivered. Everyone was well trained and cleaned the property as though they had never been there. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a new roof, new windows and a new paint job.
.
Clean ed up fast work
They were very reliable excellent workmanship . Cleanup perfect would highly recommend them.
Renuity did everything they promised from start to finish. We didn’t have to worry about the little details (permitting, HOA approval) and the entire process happened on schedule and no hassles.
Team was thoroughly clear on what’s to be expected from them. They maintained the schedule but pricing was a bit more than expected. Liked the price guarantee for 2 years
Positive experience all around from the initial consultation with the sales rep through quality installation of the windows. Everyone we had interacted with had been polite and professional.
I'm likely to recommend mainly because even if you have a discrepancy with any portion of the installation, they will fix it change it or ultimately replace it.
Professional and on time and very willing to make the visual aspect right.
I love everything about the team that handled the entire experience. The sales person was awesome. Answered ever question we had and showed us what the windows would look like. The presentation was relaxing, not pushy at all. Thank you for the ease and knowledge given to us
We’ve had a great experience from start to finish. Quality windows, good pricing, great install, we are already recommending to people we know that are considering a project.
I would recommend them, but let them know that there is the potential for delays
From the first person I talked to at the Home and Patio show to the last person that signed off on the job, I have nothing but praise for their knowledge and professionalism installing my sliding glass doors. They showed up on time and kept us informed of any problems. The quality of my doors is super. We are very happy with their product.
