Very happy with the finished product .
Im not very happy with their timing and their workmanship .
The workers arrived at Dads house 4pm on a Monday Night .
It was forecasting 50 - 70 mm of Rain for Monday night and Tuesday .
The workers went for supper and returned for 5 pm and started removing the existing shingles on the entire roof even though it forecasted heavy rain. .
The roof had no leaks before they arrived with the existing roof.
They worked until 11:30 pm Monday night stripping the roof as it started to rain.
The roof leaked that night.
The ceiling tiles in the closet fell in and the entire kitchen ceiling leaked.
When I returned home that weekend, I had to go up in the attic and remove all the insulation over the dining area, Portch and closet.
Ive replaced the ceiling tiles and had to paint the ceilings, remove moldings.
My 86-year-old father had to remove all the wet clothes from the closet and in-between when VON was coming to tend to his paralyzed wife in a wheelchair.
The water filled the light fixtures and destroyed them as well.
This should never have happened!
Dad showed the workers how it leaked.
They didn't offer to help clean up their mess or help pay for the damages.
Dad had already paid for it when I returned home but he shouldn't have i wish i had of got home before they left.
You took advantage of an 86-year-old man and let his house get drenched with water inside.
There for I would not recommend you to any one i know.
The VON has 60 different workers that come to the house in rotations to take care of mom that is paralyzed from the chest down.
All 60 of these workers see that you left their house in a wet mess inside. All the workers said they would not have you or recommend you do their roofs.
It's very unfortunate because I'm very happy with my roof that you did for me years ago and I was the one that persuaded dad to get you guys. .

I like the look of the finished product, however it is too early to give an honest opinion until we have been through a couple of winters.

Pleasant workers who were willing to tell us the steps they were going through. Cleaned up after themselves.

The crew was punctual, professional, hard working and friendly. Ngl, I can be difficult. I expect exactly what was agreed upon in the contract and that's what I got, without having to fight for it and I appreciate that.

The sales process was painless and the salesman was kind enough to answer our many strange questions about styles, scheduling and pricing.

True a metal roof is more expensive but the added comfort of a durable, pretty roof (that insurance companies like) is a good trade off.

The guys doing the heavy lifting came promptly and were professional & friendly. They worked on the hottest days in July and got the whole roof finished in just a few days.
They stored materials at the side of the house for a day or two and cleaned up everything after they left.

We are very happy with how the project turned out and would gladly recommend Interlock Metal Roofing-Halifax to our friends & neighbours.

Well, it's only been two or three weeks, so we don't know about the quality or if there are going to be any leaks. There are some troubling signs because there is some damage to the flashing in front of the garage, and we are trying to contact Interlock, but we don't seem to get any response from them. That is pretty troubling at this point.

The house looks absolutely amazing with the Interlock Roofing!!!

Don't hire these people if you have a TV antenna or satellite dish on your roof.
