This is a high quality product and is therefore relatively expensive compared to other roofing systems so it is not for everyone. We are an older couple (in our 70's) and the costs were partly offset by insurance so for us it is not requiring many years for the return on investment. Without the insurance contribution we would probably not have chosen this system but we are very happy that we did. I would recommend the system for people planning to live in their homes for a long time.

Relatively expensive.

Love the product and the way it looks on the house. Not sure if my experience is unique, but was required to pay additional money after the project started. Plus, I had a leak right after installation that was quickly resolved, but they will ghost you about getting repairs to the inside of you home.

Interlock Metal Roofing was a great team to work with.

We're very happy with the customer service and the product. The installers are also great. It's a more expensive product than a traditional roof but we completely think it's worth it. Given prices right now and what inflation will do to prices in the future I actually think this product is the smarter choice in the long run.

Very happy with the finished product .
Im not very happy with their timing and their workmanship .
The workers arrived at Dads house 4pm on a Monday Night .
It was forecasting 50 - 70 mm of Rain for Monday night and Tuesday .
The workers went for supper and returned for 5 pm and started removing the existing shingles on the entire roof even though it forecasted heavy rain. .
The roof had no leaks before they arrived with the existing roof.
They worked until 11:30 pm Monday night stripping the roof as it started to rain.
The roof leaked that night.
The ceiling tiles in the closet fell in and the entire kitchen ceiling leaked.
When I returned home that weekend, I had to go up in the attic and remove all the insulation over the dining area, Portch and closet.
Ive replaced the ceiling tiles and had to paint the ceilings, remove moldings.
My 86-year-old father had to remove all the wet clothes from the closet and in-between when VON was coming to tend to his paralyzed wife in a wheelchair.
The water filled the light fixtures and destroyed them as well.
This should never have happened!
Dad showed the workers how it leaked.
They didn't offer to help clean up their mess or help pay for the damages.
Dad had already paid for it when I returned home but he shouldn't have i wish i had of got home before they left.
You took advantage of an 86-year-old man and let his house get drenched with water inside.
There for I would not recommend you to any one i know.
The VON has 60 different workers that come to the house in rotations to take care of mom that is paralyzed from the chest down.
All 60 of these workers see that you left their house in a wet mess inside. All the workers said they would not have you or recommend you do their roofs.
It's very unfortunate because I'm very happy with my roof that you did for me years ago and I was the one that persuaded dad to get you guys. .

I like the look of the finished product, however it is too early to give an honest opinion until we have been through a couple of winters.

Pleasant workers who were willing to tell us the steps they were going through. Cleaned up after themselves.

The crew was punctual, professional, hard working and friendly. Ngl, I can be difficult. I expect exactly what was agreed upon in the contract and that's what I got, without having to fight for it and I appreciate that.

Interlock Metal Roofing did a good job.

They were very professional, very cooperative, very friendly, and did an excellent job.

The sales process was painless and the salesman was kind enough to answer our many strange questions about styles, scheduling and pricing.

True a metal roof is more expensive but the added comfort of a durable, pretty roof (that insurance companies like) is a good trade off.

The guys doing the heavy lifting came promptly and were professional & friendly. They worked on the hottest days in July and got the whole roof finished in just a few days.
They stored materials at the side of the house for a day or two and cleaned up everything after they left.

We are very happy with how the project turned out and would gladly recommend Interlock Metal Roofing-Halifax to our friends & neighbours.

Looks great on our house!

Very professional service . Good quality of work

Interlock Metal Roofing was a very professional company to deal with.

Price and install schedule availability would limit my recommendation for some situations.

I like the quality of the product and how it looks.

Interlock Metal Roofing has surpassed our expectations as it has transformed the look of our house that conventional shingles cannot match. The durability, protection from the extreme elements in Alberta and 50-year life expectancy of this product is a great comfort as our house is our biggest and most valued investment. Living in an area for repeated wildfire risk and extreme winds, Interlock roofing provides us a greater chance for negligible damages. I would definitely recommend this product to our friends and neighbors.

Great product and good installation crew.

The product seems perfect for our very windy environment.

The quality of the workmanship and the willingness to discuss the project with the install team .

We have already recommended them, and we had someone stop by in front of the house and take pictures the other day—someone here in our same town. We told them how happy we were.

Professional installation and a very durable product that looks great decades down the road.

Every comment below tells you how you disappointed me.

Yes will recommend.

Well, it's only been two or three weeks, so we don't know about the quality or if there are going to be any leaks. There are some troubling signs because there is some damage to the flashing in front of the garage, and we are trying to contact Interlock, but we don't seem to get any response from them. That is pretty troubling at this point.

The house looks absolutely amazing with the Interlock Roofing!!!

Very punctual from beginning to end. Great communication and follow-up.

Don't hire these people if you have a TV antenna or satellite dish on your roof.

Did work when scheduled, on time

Colour and design. New roof didn’t improve appearance of house very much.

This is our second interlock roof. Our first is 28 years old and looking great. We are very happy with our investments in our roofs.

Quality product, good reputation is better and referrals, better than glossy brochure advertising.

I like the product and the installation features over standing seam roofing for this application.

Great install, great product.

Jonathan was not great at reading the room. I did not need a lengthy sales pitch; just information.

Took ++time to complete our roof. Workers would leave garbage and tools over the yard and arrive later in the morning and leave early afternoon (did not appear to have a good work ethic and people from the community and our neighbours commented on this as well).

I am very happy with value for money and professionalism of the team.

Great product, makes the house look so much better than the old roof!

The product is good however the installer needs more english speaking staff so when issues arise they can be dealt with.

Everything was handled very professionally.

Builders (staff) were excellent to work with.

That's exactly the point, if the work is not done according to the specifications, what are we doing.

Their customer service was really poor.

The installation was very high quality, and I am happy with the installation and the roof that was provided by Interlock.

Easy to work with. No drama!

The installation team took the time to explain everything to us and answer our questions. Their craftsmanship seems excellent. The company was able to squeeze us in at the end of the year on short notice.

I own a house, but I'm not a home owner. Property is currently for sale and then I'm headed back to apartment life. In this situation I believe the topic is unlikely to come up.

Excellent product excellent crew

The install team was fantastic, from communicating progress, status, were responsive to questions and concerns. Top quality installation and cleanup.
