Well, it's only been two or three weeks, so we don't know about the quality or if there are going to be any leaks. There are some troubling signs because there is some damage to the flashing in front of the garage, and we are trying to contact Interlock, but we don't seem to get any response from them. That is pretty troubling at this point.

The house looks absolutely amazing with the Interlock Roofing!!!

Took ++time to complete our roof. Workers would leave garbage and tools over the yard and arrive later in the morning and leave early afternoon (did not appear to have a good work ethic and people from the community and our neighbours commented on this as well).

The product is good however the installer needs more english speaking staff so when issues arise they can be dealt with.

It's really hard to tell at this point if I am likely to recommend Interlock Metal Roofing to a friend because it is yet to be seen how efficient it will be for saving on electricity. I was confident in choosing them over anyone else because of the material and the warranty.

I'm not sure I'd recommend them to a friend because I think they're not for everyone. They're very expensive and we were told when we first bought our roof over ten years ago, it would be weather-resistant and it wasn't. I'm still kind of sitting on the fence on that.

The overall finished look is not what i was hoping for. Some of the finishing is a bit crude and 'chunky'. In fairness, there has been some attempts to remedy these. Some of the roofing material reminded me of the early days of siding when they would side up to the electrical entrance without removing it, then start the siding again. This is really not a workmanship issue; more of an engineering issue.

Professional installers, answered questions, left site clean after every workday

They're wonderful. They have been very safety conscious, they have provided excellent work, they displayed excellent work ethics, and they were extremely careful about how to work within the property. Very prompt and very professional.

We appreciated the sales person Bryan making adjustments so we could afford this product. In the end it worked out for your company because we did the shop as well. The installers did an excellent job.

Never have them do business with them. Not honest, transparent. They then tried to take legal action against me.

I am happy with the results.

The installers were not Interlock employees. I assumed they would be and was surprised to learn that they were "piece mealed". They were independent roofing contractors who install many different roof materials and as a result, there were some mistakes made that needed to be corrected after I brought them to the Installer Manager's attention. They also did not speak English well or at all. At times, I was having conversations with the Supervisor through an iPhone translation app. The cost for the job was outrageous in my opinion but then I did sign the contract agreeing to this as I knew much of the cost was to support the warranty and future trips to the house for repairs if needed. In other words, I was paying for a warranty not the cost and reasonable markup for the job. Having paid that, my expectations were high yet I had to get pro actively involved to make sure the job turned out as expected. So in a nutshell, I would be somewhat hesitant recommending Interlock Roofing because of the price and non-English speaking installers.

The product is first class and the purchase experience extremely professional from start to finish. I stronly recommend their product & services.
