The overall design of the house is well thought out, however, there are some areas for improvement. For example, the small, square windows on the face of the house look beautiful, but functionally, they don't allow for needed privacy in the master shower. Also, the window in the garage allows for additional privacy concerns that forces the homeowner to account for window treatments in the garage. Unfortunately, we found a lot of areas where the finishes were dirty and windows scratched.

Very difficult to know what was actually being included in price and salespeople were not very knowledgable or able to answer queries.

During my purchase experience, we almost fell out of escrow because the cook top range and hood were not installed before the initial and follow up inspections. Additionally, none of the office outlets work, the light and fan in the first floor bathroom don't work, there are cracks in the tile grout in the master shower, many of the window vinyl frames sag dramatically, several of the drawers don't close properly, the garage door opener is missing both light bulbs, there is a garage lamp that doesn't turn on. In my opinion, there are too many small issues for the price of this home. The warranty company took over a week to invite me to register which meant that I could not report any of my claims. In fact, the warranty call center hung up on me twice when I was trying to telephonically report my claims.

They build a good home. I realize there's a ton of moving parts that have to be done with many different contractors, but when you enter a contract and you meet the actual builder in person, a homebuyer should not feel like all the repairs that they need are a nuisance. Moreover when there is one major flaw in the positioning of the A/C unit, that should be caught as early as possible and corrected. I will say though, I will enjoy living here.
